During our recent stay at the hotel, we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our experience. The reception team provided exceptional service with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine willingness to assist in every situation. The hotel's location in the center of Thessaloniki was also very convenient, providing easy access to local attractions and dining options. It’s definitely worth the price, offering great value for money. Overall, the combination of top-notch service, high-quality rooms, and excellent amenities made our stay truly memorable. There was nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! This trip was a special celebration for my birthday, and I was thrilled by the wonderful surprise in my room. The decorations and thoughtful touches made it so memorable. The staff were exceptional in every way. Babis, Anna, and Stavros went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect experience. Efthimios also was very helpful. Their kindness and attentiveness were truly remarkable, making us feel incredibly welcome and valued. The hotel itself was beautiful, with excellent facilities and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail was taken care of, from the pristine cleanliness of our room to the delicious meals we enjoyed. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday trip. Good location. Luxurious design, especially lighting, multimedia and large and comfortable bed. Unique and rich mini bar and free nice espresso and water.

High hangers for clothes in the wardrobe, for short people is a problem. There is not external hanger next to the outer clothes room door. At night, after 2 o'clock, the fire alarm woke us up for 10-15 minutes and no staff came to inform us if there was a fire or it was fake. It ruined our sleep and scared us. At 7 and 40 o'clock in the morning he woke us up again for the final. One damn night in 5 star luxury. Thank you.

For our purposes the location was very good as we could walk to all the sites we planned to see in the city. Staff was very helpful & gave us water or extra towels whenever we asked for them as well as leaving 2 bottles of water in our room almost every day.

The breakfast buffet was very good when the staff actually replenished it which didn’t happen most of the days we stayed. Only 1 staff member appeared to be working the breakfast room to include cleaning & resetting tables as well as restocking the buffet. Getting replacements for bread, juice, cheese, yogurt, fruit was almost impossible. This was especially true 4 of the 5 days we stayed. The room needed at least 2 people working in the room.

the hotel was nice in a good location. the personnel was very helpful and gave us our room a lot quicker than the check in time. we did not have breakfast but the area is full of bakeries. the area is sourounded by restaurants, very close to the shops and very close to the sea front.

i would prefer if the refrigerator was not entirely full in order to have space to add own things in like cosmetics and some items we bought. the arrangement of the bathroom was a bit strange - toilet seat totally adjacent to the shower glass which was a bit uncomfortable.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Perfect location and really nice hotel, aesthetically. Room was good although it felt a little crammed for a premium room. Nice bathroom and amenities overall. Friendly staff and they were helpful with parking arrangements.

We booked a room with a large double bed only to find 2 single beds when we arrived. Upon contacting the reception, they offered to move us to a lower category room than the one we booked (probably the only available since the hotel seemed filled up, but still), without an explanation as to why this was the case with the beds. In the end, they did offer to come and change our bed to a double one on the spot, which is more confusing as to why we couldn't have the double bed we booked in the first place...

Room was hot for my liking.

We loved loved loved the staff, all of them were very accommodating and helped us out multiple times. They gave great recommendations and were available for us at all times. The hotel is also very clean and looks great in general, and is in a very nice central location that felt good to walk around in at all times of the day and night.

Breakfast could have been better, I honestly did not enjoy it and do not recommend at the moment. The selection was fine, but the quality and taste of the food wasn't great.

No. 15 Ermou Hotel is located within walking distance of the waterfront and near many wonderful places to eat and shop. It is also within walking distance of the Roman forum. The hotel staff were friendly and eager to offer advice about good restaurants and parking. Parking was available in a lot a few blocks away ($10 Euro/p/day) or cars can be registered (through the hotel) for parking on the street (fees apply during the day and free at night).

Excellent hotel! Great location - close to everything, small but stylish, quiet and comfortable room, and very comfortable bed!😃 Cleaning was every day and it was always nice to come back to a fresh and clean room after a long day. Good breakfast and good coffee, which is important for us:) Many thanks to the hotel team for our wonderful stay❤️
