Very clean and spacious room with a nice balcony. Excellent location, we walked to all the museums, ruins, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the breakfast selection each morning. The spa, although a bit dated and in need of an update, was fantastic. We scheduled a massage and body scrub for the day before we left and it was so relaxing! We wished we had gone sooner because we would have returned for a second massage before we left. We also used the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and workout room which was a modest cost of 5 euros. Alexander at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I definitely would stay here again! Use of the in room safe is free, it says there is a fee on the booking.com site but that is incorrect.

Nothing!

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The location is perfect, close enough (600-800 meters) to everything we wanted to see. The hotel is spotless and well-kept, and the breakfast was both tasty and varied. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Mr. Socrates, who made our stay even better. He arranged an early check-in, helped with luggage storage, and ensured we had breakfast before check-in time (we came early morning)

The spa is simple and not big, but clean and cosy.

The breakfast was rich with great quality. The location was excellent. Convenient to go anywhere. The room was spacious and really clean. It was also very quiet.

The pancake machine at breakfast was slow and most times didn't work properly. The shower doors need to be better isolated as water would drip down the shower floor when taking a shower and puddles of water are formed making it a bit dangerous to get out of the shower, especially the kids.

We stayed for just one night, in the middle of a long trip, and the hotel was exactly what we were looking for! Cozy room in the heart of the city, in walking distance from most attractions. There was a nice large bathroom and very comfortable beds, and a little balcony. Breakfast was great, with good espresso coffee and lots of fresh local food, including three kinds of bougatsa.

The room was slightly noisy, as our balcony was overlooking the busiest avenue of Thessalniki, but that wasn't a big problem.

Comfortable room. Plenty of storage. A/c was effective and quiet. Good breakfast- plenty of choice and constantly refilled. Nice place to relax away from the heat of the city.

Just some little things. Having seen the swimming pool in the photos we thought it would be free access for guests but it was part of the spa package - 5euros an hour for access to facilities. Left luggage lockers - 3 euros Breakfast room was functional - not very inspiring. Would have been nice if it was on upper floor with a view of city as shown in some photos.

The room was spotless clean. Very comfy bed. There were tea, coffe, snacks and water for us in our room The staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast great. I might say the best breakfast that I had. Location next to the Aristotle Square. A lot of restaurants, tavernas, shops in walking distance. Definitely I will stay at the same hotel next time in Thessaloniki. The guy from reception parked our car right infront of hotel so we didnt have to pay. We arrived early and tbe check in was at 15 but he immediately gave us the room. So yes my rating 10+

There was nothing not to like

This place is located right in the center, just a few meters from the main shopping area. We had a suite on the top floor with a huge terrace and views of the surroundings. The rooms were spacious, there was a bath tub with massage function which was convenient after a long day of sightseeing. It was quiet at night so we had a relaxing sleep, too. Staff was very attentive and made us a breakfast bag as we had to leave very early.

Everything was great

The bus from the airport stoppet right outside the hotel. I was then met by very polite and helpful staff, who also informed me I had gotten an upgrade on my room - amazing! The room was huge, with a big, nice veranda and a pretty view over the city life. Clean, quiet room, and access to the spa.

I appreciated the opportunity of a gym room in the hotel. However, I found the machines to be quite old and squeaky, the air getting too warm and humid as it was directly outside the spa and no AC, and the whole setting to lack a bit of privacy, as the spa receptionist + their friends were stationed just one meter away.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the lady on reception who helped with our luggage storage as well as ordering a large capacity taxi for us. The spa staff were also very friendly but we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it. The location was central, close to Aristotelous Square. The suite was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4 and we also really enjoyed the breakfast options. I would recommend Egnatia Palace as a great place to stay in Thessaloniki.

Excellent location, really kind staff, great view from the balcony, really good spa facilities (enjoyed the massage session that came with the room!)

The suite's jacuzzi looked bigger in the photos, but could barely fit one person. And the blind stores in the room didn't close properly, so the sun woke us up around 7.30am and it was impossible to sleep after that.. Details that when you pay for a suite, should be taken into consideration..
