Top location. Clean room. A bit narrow room. Nice terrace. This is our second time. Nice hotel. Good breakfast.

There is no hanger for outer clothes. They clean the rooms very early at 8 o'clock and the cleaner is noisy. Keep in mind, it's hard to sleep. Last time there was a gift of a bottle of wine and a sweet, but this time nothing.

It was the second time, when we stayed in this hotel. We got exactly the same room as 14 years ago. The hotel is very close to the attraction of the city and the sea. Unfortunately the parking is almost impossible as a non local residents, but the hotel offers a closely parking house for 13 Euro per day. If you leave your car there, you have to leave also the car’s key at the staff, but it is not a problem, because they are reliable. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. You can choose traditional Greak breakfast but also continental one with hot meals.

The shower in the bathroom is a little bit narrow and separated by only a curtain.

We loved the location - 10 minutes on foot to the sea promenade going through Aristotelous Square. The room we received was comfortable and had a big terrace with views of the Roman Forum and the mountain - we loved it. We also enjoyed the fact that we could heat up the room on a rainy day pretty fast with the AC. The staff was smiling and helpful, especially the Reception team. The breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Although sound proofing from outside noises was really effective unfortunately inside proofing was almost not existent - we were woken up many time during the night by people screaming in the hallway or by the the people in the nearby rooms moving furniture or using the showers.

A gem of a hotel: clean, comfortable and a great location. Walking distance to city centre, the sea and promenade. They take soundproofing seriously, so although city life was bustling and busy, we slept soundly. The breakfast spread was also good, a combo of some Greek favourites and more continental options. All in all, excellent for a short stay in Thessaloniki 👍 P.S. Big thanks to Vassilis at reception, his help and complementary wine and snacks! Much appreciated after a long drive.

The room is a good size, but the bathroom quite small - yet space is used efficiently, so it wasn’t too much of an issue.

Great location in a close proximity to most of Thessaloniki's must see places. We stayed in room no. 212 (triple room) Great and varied breakfast for everyone to choose. Bed and pilows were very comfortable and we had a great night rest. There's also an armchair that was converted to a comfortable bed for our kid. There's a closet with a safety box in it. Room has a 32" TV. Bathroom was spacious enough and had a jacuzzi;-) Room has a big enough terrace with a table and 2 chairs. Central A/C unit was remarkably quiet and very efficient. Communication with the stuff was great and without any problems. Cleanliness was great, our room was cleaned both days of our stay. HO recommended the parking garage (Karavan Sarai) to park our car for €13/night. We didn't like the idea of leaving the car key but the service we got was very proffessional and we have no complaints. If you don't want to leave your car keys HO will recommend another garage (like Parking Plateia) close to the Aristotelos Square, but it's much more expensive (€21/night).

Lovely and very clean place. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, both in terms of quantity and quality. I loved the idea of the "greek breakfast" section, a really nice touch. The hotel is located in the very center of Thessaloniki, with its pros and cons (the parking situation, see below).

The parking situation is often tricky, as the hotel is basically located in the center of the city. We parked in a parking about 3 minutes walk from the hotel, and we had a discount as hotel customers. We had quite a bit of luggage to bring, so it was not the smoothest arrival. However, we are in the center of Thessaloniki, so it's really no big deal, as long as we get to park the car in a safe and not so far away place.

I loved our stay! 😍 All of the stuff members are absolutely amazing, very helpful and super friendly! Breakfast was really good, pretty big variety of options and you could even make Greek coffee (stuff members show you how to do everything). When we went to excursions and couldn't make it to breakfast, they made us breakfast packages to take with us on excirsion. Everything was wonderful, definetly recommend.

The hotel has a great location, has a lot of great restaurants nearby, a paid parking and you can get to Aristotelous Square in less then 10 min by feet. The room is modern, clean and has all the needed facilities. Is was not very big, but it was ok for 2 people. The breakfast was the same everyday but there were a lot of varieties and the food was fresh.

The room next door had a couple of kids who would play, run, laugh and scream in the lobby at midnight. They did a lot of noise until around 1 am, when their parents would turn back to the room they would stop. The noise waked us up and also other guests. This is not the hotels fault, but I think that the hotel should take some precautions so that guest would not be bothered again by similar situations.

Location was great. It was almost walking distance to any touristical sightseeing. We were travelling by car and the hotel forwarded us to a 7/24 parking venue. It wasn't for free but that didn't cost much. There were tens of pubs and cafe houses on the street where the hotel was located. The breakfast was quite satisfactory. It wasn't my first visit to Thessaloniki but compared to my previous stays in the city this hotel was the best of all. I would definitely like to stay here again if I find an affordable price for my next travel.

Although I had 36 more hours to the end of my free cancellation opportunity, the hotel blocked a pre-authorization amount during this period and my available limit during my Balkan trip was affected.

It was clean, cosy and staff was friendly. Location is great - it is dead center and as such very close to the sea and amenities.

Not something that I did not like; it is just so that the parking required a bit of effort to find, but I think it comes with the location. Still there is a garage nearby (ask the staff, they will give you the address) and with a bit of effort you can find a spot in the nearby streets (you have a QR code you can use to pay for the parking). Luckily, we were there short, for the weekend, so we managed, with help from the staff.
