Very accommodating and cordial staff. Cebtrally located near public transport and attractions. Convenient Parking in the garage for a fee. Last but certainly not the least, the breakfast and the staff managing it are very kind and nice people. Highly recommended!

Close to the Keleti train station, this is a very interesting accommodation. It sits on top of a shopping mall. The entrance is a bit weird but once you get to the floor, it is a different thing. Very clean, bathrooms were spotless as were the rooms. The breakfast was one of the biggest surprises, the nice lady who was cooking there, although she spoke no English, was very nice and added a nice familiar vibe to it. The food was great and a lot of things to choose from. You could also have breakfast on the terrace, which was nice. The staff was very helpful and the self check in was super easy. The instructions were clear.

The single room is a bit crammed but I guess it was to be expected. Also, the walls are pretty thin and you could hear other guests doing all sorts of things.

All the rooms are situated on the rooftop of a building and they all have access to balconies and the terrace, which gives you a nice view of the flat side of the Danube ☺️ the breakfast room is an all-windows room that allows you to bathe in the sun while having breakfast ❤️ there’s a very wide variety of foods, their French toast was the absolute best and the chef kindly arranged glutenfree options for my friend. They even offered multiple times to pack a breakfast-bag for us, as we had to leave very early in the morning ❤️

Everything was perfect. Rooms are clean and warm and have all the appliances one needs 😊

We really loved almost everything in the hotel: the staff were amazing, always helpful and polite, always happy to give the necessary info or help. The place was so cozy and homely, the breakfast delicious. I especially loved that there was a choice of vegetables and salads both fresh and cooked. The location of the residence is great, really close to the centre, but the street itself is quiet, so there was no trouble with noises or crouds. We really enjoyed our balcony with the amazing view over the city and would love to return to enjoy the terrace more.

What could be improved: the shower cabin was leaking, so the mat always ended up wet after shower. We were also surprised not to find the usual slippers inside the room. I understand that this is done for ecological purposes and really appreciate it, but since I didn't take any slippers with me it was rather inconvenient to go out on the balcony. However, these issues haven't really affected our stay in a negative way.

The hotel is an excellent surprise. Clean and spacious room Great breakfast, and very nice and concerned staff 7 minutes walking distance from the subway station, and in 3 stops you are downtown The hotel occupies a roof top, and that’s a cool concept. Can be a difficult to find, but if you look carefully, you will see the billboard information, with all the instructions how to get your door open It was a great experience. I imagine during summer time, with the garden and the sunset.

They offer an online check in, and they “kind” of insist that you use it. I’ve been even contacted via WhatsApp. We didn’t use because we arrived during reception opening hours You have to allow a 100,00€ deposit in your credit card. They state that in the booking page and they message you, via booking, with that and other important information. The reason I mention it is that is kind of awkward, it´s not a hostel, where we can accept this procedure. But the process is smooth, and transparent

The staff were amazing! The gentleman at reception was helpful, accommodating and very kind. We felt welcome right from the start. The lady that prepares breakfast was also lovely and sweet. Can't praise them enough. I travel a lot for work and leisure and it is rare to find genuinely kind people that make you feel at ease... this place has found the right people to welcome their guests. The room was of a nice size, very clean, nice clean bathroom, comfortable chair in the room, spacious wardrobe. There was a refrigerator as well that was not working on day one... and it got replaced while we were out the first day! We didn't even ask for it, they must have noticed and made sure we had a working refrigerator for the rest of the stay. Again, amazing service. The rooms are at the top of a big building, and you look out to the center of the building that has a nice central courtyard, it is quite a nice view in the middle of a built up area of the town. They have also planted a lot of lovely flowers and plants in different flower beds so the rooftop looks quite nice. They had chairs outside to sit, have a chat or even have breakfast. Lost of options for public transportation nearby. We took buses, electric buses and even underground from Keleti station to visit different parts of Budapest. The Budapest Go App for public transport is the excellent (better than I have seen in other cities in Europe). There is huge and fantastic park 4 blocks away, Varosliget, that is huge and has a lot of interesting activities (playground, piknik area, exercising options, a castle, museum... and many more). There is a Lego shop about a block away that has absolutely everything a Lego enthusiast could want (they only take cash and only local currency).

I was confused on how to enter the building when we arrived. There are two different keypads and the door tells to dial a number, but there where also some other pads and sensors... we managed to get in but it took me a couple of minutes to figure it out which keypad to use and what door to use (the instructions are written on something that looks like a door, but it is not a door :-)). The area of the town from the hotel towards the train station is not the nicest, but it does have lots of options in terms of public transport to move around Budapest.

The room was freshly renovated, all the furniture was new, starting from the beds (my fav, super nice in this blue color😍), through the mattresses and so on. We loved it, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is worth the money, the selection is wider than in a big hotel. We liked that it is a small place, only 19 rooms and the staff is so friendly. Underground garage is easily accessable (same elevator from the garage to the hotel) and the entrance is the same as in the picture that you get in the message after makint the reservation.

Friendly helpful staff! Just a few minutes walk to Metro and train Station Keleti. Take Metro 2 and City Center is a quick 3 stops away! Very secure! You’ve got to go through 2 security doors before you get to the lobby!. The breakfast was very good. Nice variety of warm cooked foods, eggs, meat etc.

There is a musty, damp smell in the hallways of room 10-22. My wife wasn’t as sensitive to it as I was. Hallway of room 1-5 had a nice perfumed smell when I walked over there. Our room was very cold but they said because it hadn’t been used in a few days. Took a bit to warm up. They did provide us with extra blankets upon request.

Good location close to city centre, lovely view from the rooftop and excellent breakfast

Location was awesome, gardens in the sky almost 🙂. Services provided were very good also and breakfast was very good: diverse, tasty and well organized in the space they had for it.

Arriving at the property after hours may be tough, especially of arrival is by car. Getting into the car park is by itself tough, but without a person telling you how to get there would be tougher. I felt happy I found a person (very nice she was) to tell me how to make it in the car park. I think the property should have 24/7 reception services, especially for people arriving late by car.
