The hotel is conveniently located between Opera metro station and Nyugati pu station. The room was clean and fully equipped. Quiet at night. WiFi was good. Please be aware of that some electronic devices which are brought from abroad may not be able to connect to the internet. I arrived early, and the hotel tried to let me check in early, which exceeded my expectations.

Having no tea / coffee making in room. Buffet breakfast which we tried once didn't have enough cooked food options compared to other hotels I've stayed around this price bracket.

Once we arrived at the hotel, the room was ready. The person behind the desk was really helpful and let us know everything that we needed to know about the hotel and how they work. When we entered our room, it was really clean and bright- an thankfully was cool as it was very hot outside. There was a mini fridge with complementary drinks provided. The room also had a safe which was free to use, and really easy to operate. This was really appreciated as we only brought cash with us on the trip, and felt uneasy with the thought of carrying it all around with us whenever we went out. In terms of sleep, we both slept really well. We weren't disturbed by external noise, nor by any other of the guests at the hotel The hotel is really well located, with it only being about 20 min walk to get to some of the 'big' tourist spots. Wherever we took an Uber or Bolt, they always easily found the hotel and had pick up spots right outside the hotel

the hotel was pretty basic but functional. the room was clean and the bed was fine. overall ok for a 1 or 2 night stopover. similar to a UK travelodge. the location was ok. not too fat from some cafes etc and quite near transport links. if I was going back to Budapest I would stay closer to the river and spend a bit more on a bit more upmarket place but this hotel would be ok for a quick city break

the room I got didn't have a balcony like the advertised room. no English channels on the TV. not much of a view outside the hotel.

My friend and I liked everything about the place. First of all, the staff was really nice and approachable, they helped us with every question we had. They were nice to give us spoons when we needed them and they heated the water for us for our noodles. It was a huge heat in Budapest during our stay and they even had a free lemonade and cookies at the reception desk! The room was amazing. Free drinks waited for us at the fridge, which was so nice! The room was really clean, spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, I have never slept so nicely in my life!! The location was great to, being close to a lot of landmarks and all the public transport that’s needed to go around the some other landmarks + in our case the M2 line on the way to the F1 race. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!! (Ps the photo was taken at the time we were leaving and therefore the beds were not perfectly furnished haha!)

A clean, comfy hotel in a quiet location away from the main roads. Metro station 5 minutes walk away and there were plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance. Good breakfast with both English and continental available. Helpful reception staff who allowed us to change rooms after a sleepless night due to an inconsiderate neighbour.

The walls of the hotel seemed to be very thin and we had a noisy neighbour next door who chatted loudly on the phone at 0020 and turned his TV on at 0230!

It was incredibly comfy and warm, especially during the winter months. The bed was exceptional and it was a surprise that there were a selection of free drinks in the mini bar!

The safe was free to use which was brilliant considering most places charge. However, when we were unable to lock it, we asked reception if they could help and they said they would look into this for us. Unfortunately we heard nothing further afterwards. Despite this, we hold nothing against the staff as they were nothing but friendly and the whole hotel was beautiful!

The hotel was situated only a five minute walk from Nyugati Pályaudvar and its very close to a well lit Main Street. Also only 5 minutes from Oktogon metro station. Very convenient. Hotel was nice, new and clean and it was easy to find my room. The gentleman at reception was very polite, welcoming and was well informed too, so he could answer my questions on the spot. A thumbs up from me there! The cleaning ladies I saw when checking out were also very friendly. Clearly, they must know that a simple “hello” and a smile is enough to make someone’s day instantly better. The WiFi was good and most importantly free. The room was well lit. And most importantly the beds were extremely comfortable and I had a great sleep here. The free drinks at the minibar I definitely made use of. Shower was nice, clean and worked well. Toilet was clean and well stocked. This hotel is brilliant value for money. I will certainly consider it if I stay in Budapest again.

I had a couple of small problems. These would not change whether I stayed here again or not, but is something the hotel could do better on. I asked for a double room but was presented with a room with two separate beds. No big deal, but I’m staying alone and would like to have all that space to myself without having to switch beds! The BBC news channel on the TV had no signal. But there was a Hungarian sports channel on TV which kept me entertained. Also, when entering the bathroom, a small section of soap had accumulated from the hand wash dispenser. While it looked dried and engraved, a simple wipe with some tissues quickly got rid of this. Other than that, the room was entirely clean and well prepared for my stay. Maybe this was overlooked.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the included minibar was a nice bonus. The staff on the front desk were very pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. Location is in the middle of town so handy to all trans and trolley buses plus an easy walk to everything. Also close to the main train station.

The street is a little dodgy looking. I’m not saying it is dodgy as we had no issues at all but it’s a little dark and narrow. I imagine a single girl might be uncomfortable walking their at night.

Perfect location. Very close to city center with its attractions. Close to metro stations, to bus stations. Pet friendly - no fee for a stay of our 4-legs friend. Free drinks in a fridge.

The strangely designed access to the underground garage by elevator: the garage has 3 levels, the elevator reaches level -1, and level -1 of the elevator is located between levels -1 and -2 of the garage. As a result, you can take the elevator to level -1, which is between -1 and -2, then you have to carry your luggage down the stairs. But this is some stupid, ill-considered idea of ​​the architect - it does not burden the hotel.
