Staff was a bit rude and racist.

Everything was perfect: the room, the staff, the breakfast, etc. I can highly recommend this hotel in this exciting city. A big thanks to the service guys at the reception, who are always keen to help, e.g., find ways around the city, get a taxi, and inform us about different things. The shower in the room is one of the best I have used in a hotel room. There was a great selection of various foods for breakfast and excellent service most of the time. The hotel's surroundings are exemplary.

There is nothing to complain about but to say something; once, a particular grey-haired gentleman who worked in the breakfast room displayed a strange attitude. The location could be better if you are going to spend most of your time in the central city (Vaci). It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk downtown. The quality of the TV was not good, which bothered me a bit when watching the EURO. It would have been a good idea to have a good quality TV at the bar to watch it. Again, nothing to complain about.

The location is fabulous, in the middle of the city center so you are very close by walking distance from the Parliament, Heroes Square, Opera, Cathedral, etc., and few minutes from Octogon Square or Ngyugati Train Station. Beautiful building, access directly to the main street, but you don't hear a noise from your room. Bathroom and rooms are renovated, all new and clean. There is a small fridge in the room, and storage to fold the stroller. The room is big enough for a family traveling with little children, as they can have a suppletory bed where they can fit and sleep (as per today's policy, for children under 3 years old was free of charge), even one adult can sleep confortable with another child (I think the suppletory bed in our room was the extension of the couch, where a mattress was added on top, and at least 1,20m x 2m size). Buffet breakfast was also nice, and the personal was polite and helpful, everyone speaks very good English and will appreciate few words in Hungarian.

Nothing, all was very good. We will stay again here the next time we return to Budapest.

Better than Vienna's Radisson Red, in all respects, location is great, we did a tour and including dinner, castle and Marget and the next bridge, room was much better, separated beds (I was with my 15 years old son), we liked especially the setup for digital but most the bed sheets, and breakfast and the recepetion people, they connected and they helped.

Breakfast to start the drive back to CH, the bed and bathroom to close the day, the accomodation overall has class and style, the location and the views, the tour we did about 5km walk.

Location is perfect. Within easy walk to main sights and transportation. The hotel looks good and staff are always around.

The man who checked us in messed up my parents breakfast, only charging them for 2 nights instead of 4. When they checked out, nothing was said but when they got in the taxi and set off, the hotel called the taxi to come back to sort it out costing them stress getting to the airport and extra money for the taxi. Luckily I had not checked out yet so I could sort it and they could set off again to the airport. Apart from that everything was perfect.

One of the best hotel in Budapest, I stay more than 5 years so many nigths, I have suggestion for breakfast maybe management will think about it, recognize it, Some of us, vegetarian some of us dont eat pork, they have so many options for breakfast but many of them next to pork products and When I saw pork products than next products I dont feel to eat beacuse same food tongs could be used careless person or kids who took pork and potatoes same food tongs. I guess we deserve this attention who doesnt want to eat pork for health and religion reasons. Plese take a plate and try to get breakfast like me so you will see so many nice things you will not be able to take it. Omelette part is fantastic with pork smell. Respect should be valid for everyone. I told you, it is suggestion almost everywhere same nobody care but maybe Radisson will care us in their hotels.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a direct bus connection to all the major city attractions, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The room, though on the smaller side, was quite comfortable. It was well-appointed and cozy, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. A small but thoughtful welcoming gift added a nice touch to the stay, making me feel appreciated as a guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The selection was varied and the quality was good, providing a great start to the day.

However, one odd thing was that the bathroom amenities included shampoo but no shower gel. This was a bit surprising and slightly inconvenient. The smart TV works with Android phone only, so not for us :(

Location is amazing, closer to train station

Housekeeping staff does not know English and they do not change towels even if they are left on the ground to be changed. But the other staff were over average.

I cannot say enough just how helpful the staff were. I ended up needing medical attention on the day I arrived, and they were extremely helpful getting an emergency doctor out to see me, and even walking down to the ATM with me so I could get cash out to pay the doctor. I was traveling alone and had fainted earlier in the day, so it meant so much to me not to be left all on my own to do that, worrying what might happen if I fainted again, alone on the street. The room was clean and comfortable as well, and the hotel is well located near multiple forms of public transit.

The bedding is down feather, and I'm allergic. I see now though that hypoallergenic rooms are available, so I'll be sure to ask about that if I'm staying again.
