Staff was a bit rude and racist.

Housekeeping staff does not know English and they do not change towels even if they are left on the ground to be changed. But the other staff were over average.

Breakfast is top quality. Egg scrumble is fresh, full of taste and not dry ( wich is rearly in other buffets ). There are many types of vegetables & fruits, good choises of cheeses and breads as well. We love your shower in room - strong stream of wather ! Whole bathroom gives comfort feeling with good lightning and lovely ceramic tiles. Beds are very comfortable, enough space in lockers. Stuff is friendly and professional. Location is the best for one who wants to explore the city.

Very central location, amazing staff, lovely breakfast, a lot of options! I do have to recognize the employees during breakfast while our daughter screamed and cried. They did not make me feel bad or shameful. They helped in anyway they could. Cleaning employees are so sweet and are diligent! Booking a taxi was very easy, the front desk handled everything. Superior employees all around, thank you for the warm welcome on our first trip to Hungary.

The stairs going down to our suite from the lift. If you have a stroller you have no option but to carry your stroller down the steps and take your child out. Maybe add a ramp?

The breakfast was complete and excellent, I could always get all the nutrients and calories I would need for the day in enjoyable ways, the room was everything I could ask for and more with extra features such as audio connection to the tv and the fact that the tv also had a speaker in the bathroom, the location was also great.

I tried watching YouTube on the tv but that didn’t work and I couldn’t connect a video to the tv because I don’t have an android, also there was no way to not have the tv connect its audio to the bathroom, besides those small points I have no complaints.

I read a few reviews that didn’t seem so good, I needn’t have worried, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the receptionists were so helpful with directions and recommendations, the room was on the smaller side but the bed was the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in!! The shower was great, nice coffee machine with pods and a small fridge with some complimentary water in. Breakfast was excellent. Huge choice available and a chef to make an omelette if required. Close to the metro station and lots of bars and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

everything was as expected, the breakfast was amazing, the room, the cleaning, the shower, everything was spotless.

The parking is a big issue. although it is very easy to go down and park (compared to other hotels that test all of your skills) and I do not mind the 25E fee, they allow more cars to go inside than spaces available. Or maybe guests figured out a way around paying the fee and going in. But honestly, I am a Romanian and i was shocked to see how many Romanians parked in the garage. I payed for 2 nights, and every time I wanted to park i had to wait for others to go out. Even the handicap places were taken, by cars that do not have a handicap ticket (I do have a handicap ticket). So if the hotel doesn't fix this problem, I will not book again, because I want to be able to go in and out as I need, especially with this fee

I had a really excellent room at the front of the hotel. If you are a light sleeper, the sound of trams passing outside might be a problem - it wasn't for me. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and the breakfast room is large enough so that I never had to wait for a place. The location is brilliant, on the Great Boulevard between Nyugati Station and Oktogon, large numbers of the main attractions easily reachable on foot or by tram or metro (buy a one-day or three-day transport pass).

I can't think of anything that could have been improved.

The hotel is located a block away from the main train station and less than 5 minutes away from other metro stations, which is very convenient. Budapest is also a very walkable and pleasant city, so there are many options. The room was spacious and clean and very well-appointed. Breakfast was spectacular and the service excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful interiors, every space in the hotel was incredibly clean. Staff were polite and professional. 15min walk to Hungarian Parliament Building. We explored almost the whole city on foot. The room was quite small but extremely well fitted out with lots of little extras that really do give a quality impression. Modern furnishings and decor. The spacious bathroom was the best part of the room, the shower was hot with great pressure. The audio speaker in the bathroom was also a highlight! We could also connect our phone with TV. Nespresso machine was a nice touch as well. The desserts we got from the hotel bar were a bit expensive but delicious. Great buffet breakfast with lots of choices.
