The room is clean. Nice staff. They welcomed us warmly. Shoutout to Mr. Gabor. He helped us organize our trip back home smoothly. He always greet the guests that passed by with a smile even if he is answering hundreds of calls. And he also not neglected us while waiting at the lounge. . Breakfast is good but needs a little improvement. We stayed for 5 nights and the choices are the same. But because it is always fresh, and lots of variety, we still enjoyed it. There is also a mall and a lot of restaurants nearby which is a savior.

Not that close to the city center. You have to walk for about 300m to reach the metro and tram. But it's ok for those who stays longer like us. We explored the area nearby while heading to the metro. One day we also passed inside the mall and exit at the other side. It is on the way to going to the public transportation anyway. Toiletries are very small. For 2 persons just 2 bottles of body and hair shampoo. One bottle each. Good thing i bought my shampoo cause i got a long hair. But its ok because you can find the cleaning lady on the passage outside early in the morning and can just ask for additional. She is nice too.

Very clean and in a fantastic location super close to heaps of food, shops, mall etc. Very family friendly - little playground for kiddies, books and colouring in books + highchairs at breakfast, cot provided for our toddler in the room. We were upgraded from a 1 bed to a 2 bed which we appreciated so much. Beds and pillows were so comfortable and the apartment was really well set up so we really enjoyed our stay. Included breakfast was really good! All the staff we met were super lovely too.

The apartment was perfect for my break. It is just 100m from restaurants, cafes and shopping mall with a nice grocery store and decathlon in it. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Mr Gabor at the reception would provide info and assist with anything. More importantly, he made guests feel welcomed. Breakfast was great. House keepers showed up everyday. I was on the ground floor with a little garden too. There was a locked garage to store my bicycle safely for a week. Perfect.

Escala was conveniently located. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and warm. The breakfast excellent. They actually went above and beyond after I mentioned that my airline put me on standby. Offered to hold the room in case I need to stay 1 more night. I wrote an email around 4 pm from the airport when it was clear that I will depart. Thank you, Gregory! And thanks to Everyone! I am looking forward to visit again soon

Specious and beautiful apartment located at the 9th floor with a fantastic view. Large terrace, surrounding the apartment from two sides. Great location, near metro and tram stations and just 5 min walk from a shopping centre, restaurants and bars. Great place for a family stay!

Maybe, the underground parking lot could be bigger, as some places are not designed for larger cars. Breakfast dishes could be supplied until the closing hour, as being a late comer meant to have poorer food selection.

The apartment was very big, spacious and clean. All the facilities you may need in the house, the kitchen was very well equipped. Breakfast very diverse and great coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend and choose again, when the weather is warmer.

The only issue we found (in a February freezing day) was the fact that when we arrived it was a bit cold in the apartment, we turned on the radiators but still cold in the morning, even if the radiators were warm. It would have been perfect if the radiators were on a few hours before arrival.

Hotel is in a great location. It is beside a great shopping centre and only 15 mins walk from Danube river and main tourist area .

The hotel has only a tiny lobby so it doesn’t look wonderful . But our 2 bed apartment was on 9th floor with massive balcony and views over the city . We had 3 bathrooms and plenty of space including cooking area. Sofa seating not terribly comfortable - otherwise no complaints .

Space between elevator and stairs is tight as a fact. But when the cleaning ladies are competing with guests for the elevator it is not fun. Some gave priority to me and my years kind I was carrying while others were just like I'm doing my job here and I need the elevator. One even was kinda upset when I got in ahead of her with her working trolley. I understand that the have to work but priority should always be for the guests..

The location of the hotel was so close to the centre, and the M3 undergoing where takes you everywhere.

The only thing I would like to mention is room 105. It was so close to the breakfast area, and the sounds make me wake up once they start the service.

The room was good and equipped with all necessary things of a home. The breakfast was good and had a good area with a nice spread of assorted food. Was nice and the staff was also helpful. The location was assessable by train and metro station is very close by. Its quite close to the mall wherein you get anything what is required so no hassles at all.
