Everything was good from staff being super helpful to cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable and. room spacious .

The reception does not have a phone with a whatsap as a result communication about exact location can be challanges

The hotel is in a quiet location, up a hill, with ample parking. Although I didn't avail myself of it, It seems to be in walking distance of public transportation and the front desk sells tickets, too. I had the studio and I found it to be mostly roomy. The dining table was a bit cramped, but i think the sofa could be pushed a little to make enough room. The bathroom was of a decent size and it was clean. Hot water was quickly available. The room was decently stocked for a one-night trip. It might be a bit short on supplies for and extended stay, but the front desk seemed really nice and very willing to help.

The AC being a paid feature seemed a little odd, and at 3€ a night straddles the boundary between being cheap enough to not fret much about it, but also enough to wonder why not offer it free. It also seemed a bit under-sized for the spaciousness of the studio apartment.

We had the largest apartment. Very spacious, neat, well furnished, good-sized and neat bathroom, large balcony at the back. Parking on site and safe. Breakfast was limited but enough. Must appreciate the lady who checked us in, very friendly and helpful.

The kitchen area was a bit cramped, but doable. The only spoil of the stay was the lady at checkout, probably the management or owner, who didn´t even bother to reply to our thank you and good-bye (too busy on the screen at the back). Just told us the leave the keys on the desk.

everything went smooth, as it is suposed to be. We arrived there by car, found the location easily, checked in and that's all. The room is pretty big, we were two adults and a kid and in the room there were two big beds plus a small bed for kids. Also there was a small kitchen in the room if you want to eat something. They have parking space if you go by car. The room was very clean, nothing to complain. The location is a bit away from the center but if you are with your car, this should not be a problem. Otherwise, I saw that there are buses going around.

Silvia at the front desk was very helpful in navigating us with the bus information as well as sightseeing advice. We appreciated the time she took to help us. She even arranged a ride to the airport for us. The room was fairly quiet besides a barking dog nearby. The apartment is up a hill so if you are on foot, take note to wear good shoes and be prepared for some exercise. The room was clean and there was a door to separate the bathroom area.

The breakfast was OK and very affordable but the coffee wasn't satisfactory. We went to lovely cafes on the Pest side for delicious breakfasts instead.

Good room, nice bed to sleep in, bathroom also clean, so generally quite OK. Nothing extra and terrific, but nothing bad or unpleasant either. Overall, good. Breakfast is good and plentiful.

The room I got was just next to reception, so it got a bit of "pedestrian traffic" and some noise from other guests checking in and out, but overall it was not that unpleasant at all. The place is a bit outside from the city centre, and unless you have a car (which I did), you have to walk uphill from the nearest bus stop.

Great location if you are coming by car, you can avoid the busy city centre and stay in a nice area up the hill with lots of trees and plenty of parking. Bus stop is really close and the line goes to the city centre. The hotel is really cosy and the staff is lovely. Room had everything you need and the shades are really good, barely any light comes through. Overall, extremely good value for money and would rebook if coming back to Budapest.

Fridge is a bit noisy, so our car acted as one. 😆

I had a two-room apartment and it was very comfortable, nicely decorated, extremely quiet as regards street noise, though there was occasionally some, not really disturbing, from inside the building. The kitchen was adequately equipped All-in-all everything a person (or couple) could ask for.

The location was problematic given the wintry conditions. There is a bus, 8E that will take you into the centre of Budapest (Ferenciak Ter) in about 19 mins and 4 mins further on to Keleti Palyaudvar, the main station. However, there is a 10 minute walk along a narrow road to get to the bus stop and it was dangerously slippery at times. When the weather is fine, on the other hand, that little walk would be very pleasant.

I arrived in the early hours of the morning and was warmly welcomed, around 3 a.m. I alighted from the 908 bus, if I recall correctly, considering that the 8E line (which shares the same stop just a block away) operates frequently until 11 p.m. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Due to undergoing dental treatment during my stay, I only managed to indulge in the delightful breakfast on the first morning. However, the experience was nothing short of remarkable. The room itself was expansive, featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed. The amenities included a television, and I was pleasantly surprised to find soap packets enriched with olive oil in the bathroom, a thoughtful touch. The breakfast area exceeded my expectations, especially given the reasonable pricing. The spread included both white and whole-grain bread, an array of cold cuts, an automated coffee machine, assorted juices, milk, yogurt, and crisp apples. The overall ambiance and offerings contributed significantly to a positive stay, making it an excellent value for the price. The staff's friendliness and the well-appointed room made my experience memorable and comfortable

The Wi-Fi signal on the first floor didn't reach with optimal strength. However, it's not something I disliked; I mention it merely as a consideration for future guests who may require a more robust internet connection in that particular room.

The best accomodation in Budapest for me = price vs. quality. Is little far from centre (20min by BUS) but is very good travel with BUS from here. Bus stop is 3 minutes from pension and BUS go to directly to the center. (Staff give you all information :-) ) I recommended an app "BudapestGO" - top application to plan travel in Budapest (you can buy travel card here too - 24h/1 person - 2500,- HUF or 5000,- HUF for group to 5 people) Very nice and quite location with good place on parking. Very friendly staff. We wanted park car after check out on penzion parking on the street and there not be a problem :-) Room has balcony with nice view, air condition and kettle (coffe and tea too). We didn't have breakfast so I don't know rate it (we wanted to try breakfast on Budapest, so I recommend ZOSKA BREAKFAST CAFE) If we will go to Budapest again, we will go to Helios again :-)
