Location is very good. It is correct price for this property.

They told that taxes included in price but we had pay it afterward. Also they didn't respect our agreement about parking.

Good location in a cozy quiet Buda, close to the bridge over the Danube and within easy walking distance from the Parliament and Buda Hill. There were no problems with parking near the hotel (we were on holidays, and these days parking was free. The rest of the time city parking is paid). The room is spacious and clean, the mattresses are very comfortable, there is air conditioning and a refrigerator. Wi-Fi is fast, breakfasts are plentiful and quite varied. Very friendly and helpful staff with good English. We really enjoyed our stay, the value for money is excellent.

The room equipment and furniture are quite old. Such an old-fashion style)

The receptionist lady was lovely and very helpful, but all the hotel staff was nice. Location is perfect, we've chosen it for Sziget Festival, but it's perfect for any other plans in the city. The hotels garden is very convenient during the hot summer with a small pool and sunbeds. Breakfast is okay, there were scrambled eggs, sausages and some continental breakfast choice too.

When we've arrived our room was not cleaned. Towels were still wet from the previous guests and the bed and the floor looked dirty. The receptionist was very apologetic and offered us free breakfast after of course cleaning our room on the same day.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time and this is the second review. Of all the options for living in Budapest with a dog, this one is one of the most budget for the price of staying with an animal. The staff is always polite, friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, close to the tram stop, a 10-minute walk from the metro and a short walk from Parliament and Margate Island. Spacious triple room with comfortable beds, two balconies, air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. Also, there is a small garden with a swimming pool and several sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. In addition, they have private underground parking (but only for 3 fairly compact cars).

Breakfast is the same every day, and for three or four days it gets insanely annoying. In addition, the smell of sewage periodically appeared in our room. Parking on working days can be a big problem if you can't get into their private parking (for a very reasonable price of 10 euros/day) - because there is no possibility to reserve it beforehand. City parking must be paid for every three hours, this is very inconvenient, and there are no other options for conveniently parking a car nearby.

I liked the room, it was big enough and very clean. Having the fridge in the room was amazing! I was not expecting that. The location is great, very close to the tube stations and also very close to key sightseeing destinations such as the Parliament, Battyányi Tér, and the Castle of Buda. The latter was about a 20-minute walk from the hotel, mainly uphill. Whilst the hotel is central enough, it is situated on top of a hill, so if anybody has mobility issues, that may not be ideal. I did not find it straining at all. From the nearest Tube station, which is about a five-minute walk, everything I wanted to and had time to check out was quickly reachable by the tube e.g. Semmelweis University bookstore, Hero's Square, Szécsényi Bath, and various museums and galleries. There is a massive shopping center called Mammut, where you can find everything you need really. There are amazing restaurants and highly recommend the Thai buffet on the top floor. I enjoyed the dinner I once had at the hotel, which felt like homemade food, which reminded me of my mum's cooking who is also Hungarian. Unfortunately, I couldn't check out the breakfasts as I had medical appointments and a procedure that prevented me from doing so, but hopefully, next time. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room with tea and coffee available. I also like that the cleaning ladies kindly emptied my bin every day, which I did not expect. I liked the kind and helpful staff, so thank you all!!

I didn't like the size of the towels that were available. To me, they were the size of hand towels rather than bath towels. However, they served their purpose very well. I didn't like the twin beds, I thought I ordered a double bed. Twin beds are like two single beds put next to each other. The room smelled like sewage one of the days, which was disgusting and I couldn't get rid of the smell by opening the windows. However, that went as well, so it was only a day or evening whilst I was in the hotel. The other days, were not smelly.

The rooms are nice and well maintained. Our room had a view on the parliament and Pest side which was really amazing, especially for the relatively cheap price. Breakfast was also nice. Public transport is decently close.

Parking around the hotel is very annoying. On the website it says hotel has parking but we were told they only have 1 spot, so pretty much nothing. The city parking is very annoying to use so you will probably want to park on a private parking a few streets away and move the car to city parking for the night. (Or ideally just don't arrive by car). Bathroom has the signature hillside hotel issue of sewer smell from time to time.

We loved the kindness of the receptionist, Adrienne. Which made us so welcome. Adrienne made sure we are very well looked after which was heart touching. We were family of five people. We stayed in very nice, spacious, clean and very comfortable room. We had everything we needed. We loved the terrace with a swimming pool and number of chairs you could relax on. All the area was surrounded with lovely flowers which made so beautiful view. Breakfast was outstanding! Huge selection of food and drinks including different types of coffees and teas. Very kind and professional staff. We were so lucky to watch the fire works from top of the roof of the hotel which Adrienne informed us about it. It was a magnificent experience. Everything seemed to be really great!

Nothing really.

This hotel is a good find. Very good value for money especially as a good breakfast was included in the price. In a residential part of Buda which was nice and quiet. A nice welcome and easy checkin from a lovely lady in reception. We were just there for one night but the little garden and pool would have been a nice way to relax after a busy day sightseeing. The balcony from the room was a nice touch.

The rooms could benefit from a bit of an upgrade but that said given the price of the stay they were what we expected.

The bed was comfortable. I absolutely fell in love with the huge pillow! There was even room service. The staff were nice and attentive and there was indeed someone at reception 24/7. Breakfast was filling and varied. The hotel was situated in a quiet area with a police station nearby so I felt very safe. Also, the Chilean embassy was on the same street so anyone visiting from Chile can rest assured that they'll be taken care of right away in case of an emergency. The hotel was also just a short walk from one of the bridges over the Danube so I really liked the location. You could even have lunch and dinner for a certain price.

There was this awfully funny smell in the bathroom. It might have been coming from the drain. The lower part of the sink was dirty (there might have even been a bloody booger there, I'm not sure). Also, not so much a complaint as a warning (for travelers arriving partly on foot): the hotel is situated mostly uphill.
