The apartment is huge. It is one bedroom but the space is massive. There is a 24/7 reception that services apartments in several buildings so I am not sure if all apartments are the same. Two lovely terraces we did not use as it was January, but I am sure are a delight in the summer. The staff at reception are very helpful; they offered several ideas for trips, food, etc. You can buy tickets to some of the attractions at the reception. 20-25 minutes walking from centre, less than 10 minutes from stop 11 of the hop-on, hop-off bus. Street parking free during the weekend, otherwise the apartment offers parking at a reasonable price (12 euros).

Whilst it was very clean, there was an irritant smell, which I assume came from one of the cleaning products. I opened the windows for a couple of hours and it cleared somehow, but never got rid of it completely. It may not bother other people, but I would be careful if anybody is asthmatic or just sensitive.

Everything is excellent in this apartments. The best place is in the center of the city. You can enjoy the silence or walk 5-10 minutes to the bustling street with restaurants, bars and entertainments. Most of the tourist sights are within 10 - 30 minutes walk from the apartment. Near the metro, grocery stores SPAR, LIDL etc. Modern, spacious, clean and comfortable apartments. Friendly and helpful reception. Everything corresponded to the photos on the Booking. Parking in the same building (good price for city center). No problem with payment. Everything is clear Apartments were very spacious, comfortable and clean. In December it was warm in the apartments, the temperature can be regulated. A comfortable bed and pillows (snow-white bed linen.). The safe is spacious. Large and comfortable bathroom. Everything works fine. Comfortable kitchen with new utensils. In a set, everything you need. Microwave and refrigerator. Spacious furnished balcony. WI-FI work very well.

- Good location - Spacious enough apartament, very well equiped with everything you may need - Parking available, but at the -3 floor and is very norrow, our car couldn't fit as we had an upside trunk - They provided us a baby crib - 2 good size balconies - they provided one capsule for the washing machine (clothes) - also, they provided coffee capsules for the first morning

- The person I spoke before arrival told me they have a bigger garage to park our car, but when we arrived the man from the reception said he doesn't know about a bigger garage - The curtains were kind of dirty.. - Kind of noisy in the night but the apartment it's on a very busy street

The place was welcoming and warm in spite of being snowing outside. The location was superb: close to the city centre, near supermarkets, restaurants and ruin bars but a very quiet place as well, so it's perfect for resting. People who attended us at check-in as well as check-out was very kind and thoughtful. We had to leave at 3 am because our flight departured very early at we had no problems since the reception is open 24 hours. They also gave us a bottle of Hungarian wine as a welcoming gift. Wi-Fi worked perfectly; the place was very clean, perfectly conditioned and equipped, hot water... an amazing experience!!!

Just to mention something (although it is not important at all and neither a problem): it is common to wait a little bit for the lift to arrive (there are eight floors on the building).

Nova apartments are a great choice for any traveler - couples, friends, families with kids, no exception 👌The apartment we stayed at had all the amenities and comfort and is ideally located for exploring everything Budapest has to offer. The street is full of shops and restaurants, so no worries about getting good food or drinks just around the corner. The staff were very friendly and met all our requests quickly and kindly. They helped with parking, which can also be booked in the same building and is very convenient for not thinking about your car while having fun. We even got an upgraded room, which was a very nice surprise after arriving a bit tired.

Staff was friendly and check in was super easy. Great location in the center of Budapest and easy access to all major points of interest and transportation. Lots of restaurants, bars in neighborhood and even a convenience store at the corner made it Super convenient. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, cost-effective, comfortable and safe place to stay, if you’re looking for something luxury or bougie, probably look somewhere else. But this place is really a great find for the price.

Honestly, not much I didn’t like, overall had a great experience. The only thing that may be off putting for some is that because of all the bars and discos in the neighborhood if you’re an early bird and go walking, you’ll see lots of people on the street still drunk 🤣

The flat looks much better in real life, than in photos! Spotlessly cleaned, even the cutlery in the kitchen was shining. You could see the effort they've put to make this a better accomodation, by checking the windows and balcony doors - 2 sets of double-glaze windows, no noise could go through them and they worked well in keeping the heat out too. Comfy bed in the bedroom, sofa could be a bit softer (with a top matress maybe), but it was enough for getting few hours of sleep. Since we've had the flat on the 3rd floor, there was no noise whatsoever, bit of light sometimes,from the corridor, through the kitchen window (nothing some better shades couldn't resolve). And cherry on top, we've got a bottle of wine on arrival (much appreciated! :) ) and we found coffee, tea etc and a souvenir to remind us of this trip. Well done guys!

Purity! Very spacious apartment building! Despite being in close proximity to a busy street, nothing could be heard in the apartment! On top of that, the service is probably the best in the world. I have to admit that, first of all, they are nice, polite, they do not interfere with the stay, they are always helpful at any time of the day.

There were no such things! I'm very impressed. You guys are fantastic!

Lots of space, staff very friendly and helpful. We requested additional pillow and duvet and it was placed in the room very quickly. Really good central location and great value for money.

Could have been a bit cleaner. The kitchen sink needs a deep clean as it did smell from the drain. Fair bit of cobwebs which looked to have been there for a long time. But overall it was a good standard of cleanliness. Pretty quiet but if on ground floor you can potentially hear people walking around in the hallways, especially housekeeping in the mornings. Our room was backed on to a center courtyard which got a fair bit of noise in the early mornings.
