The ambience of the entire places was very relaxing. It was a perfect weekend getaway from the hustles of city life. The hotel was surrounded by lush greenery and the great hospitality of all the staff made our staycation a memorable one. Plus points for the food, right from the snack bar, to the scrumptious dinner and a great buffet breakfast. It made us wanting more, but we were so full. The newly renovated Finnish sauna was very relaxing after a long work week. The pools were well maintained and on the whole the property was very clean and comfortable.

Honestly, there was not one thing which disappointed us. Everything was top notch and above our expectations.

All inclusive is a great one, we have spent fri- sunday, every day was different food. Breakfast 07-10 AM, from 10-12AM snack time (cofee, pastry, drinks), lunch 12-14PM than 14-1600 snack time(langosh, chicken wings etc, and dinner from 1800. All for for vegetarian, lactose intolarance, kids, babies. Plenty of fruits and cofee was good too. All inclusive includes beer and wine nothing else, but I appreciated in the saloon every day 1.5 l of cold szentkiralyi mineral water, beside of the other free beverages, like coke, sprite, juices etc. The kids got suprise package saturday morning in front of the door, so nice. So many animation is available, written everywhere in 3 different languages. Interactive tables are available, but also board games as well. -1 floor has a gamer room for bigger kids but also play room for lil kids. 1 first floor had all activity area for the animation and another playroom for the kids. The kids pool was the best and next to it another pool for babies.No chlorine smells at all and sightseeing train is avalible as well. Outside of the park found several tennis courts, mimigolf, outside chess, bowling, playground. All in all number one for families. Internet was good in the room too, 5 th floor.

2 elevators not enough, but we found the stairs. All inclusive should contains coctails too(we dont like wine or beer) anf the dining was a bit chaotic, however we are talking about fri and saturday. Bed was too soft for us.

Food was delicious, snacks were probably the best. The variety of food was really big, there were also meals for vegans or deserts for diabetics so everybody had more options. Saunas with aromatic oils was a big plus for me. Minigolf was the only thing for free. There were tables with touchscreen with some nice games on them, but there were only 2 of them and were full all the time. If you will visit this hotel be sure to order pina colada, not sure if every bartender follows the same recipe, but best drinks I have ever had in my life. Fast wifi in the whole area.

One of the pools were closed for the whole stay because of cleaning and jacuzi was working for like 5 minutes a day which was pretty dissapointing. All the games except minigolf are paid, bowling is availvable only on friday. The showers had bad smell for half a minute after turning it on. Towels were not changed although we had the sign on our doors. Be carefull when you book this hotel, friends that booked the hotel with us paid 150€ less for the same date. Prices are different based on day when you book this hotel I guess.

The food was exceptionally good and with a massive variety, which is not normal for a place that offers all inclusive packages. The wellness area is quite big with several pools and the one dedicated for small children is absolutely perfect. Staff members are very kind and professional and the cleanliness was spotless. Close to the town where the hotel is located there are several small towns that are worth to visit like Sárvár and Köszeg. Overall this was a great experience for my family and I will surely be back again. I highly recommend it.

There are only 2 elevators, which is not enough for such a big hotel and sometimes it can happen that the waiting time is too long. but this is a minor thing and did not have a significant impact on my stay.

location and facilities are nice. food is excellent and varied. spa and pools are nice. it was a cosy atmosphere in december already

some rooms are not updated yet, but it did not bother us to stay in the not so modern ones. one pool from the spa was closed. heat in the room was tricky, there is a heater but only started at certain times - centralized controlled most certainly. the air conditioning from the room set on heat did not seem to work.

I was in this hotel 3 months ago and have returned to repeat the experience, so I guess this tell it all. Travelled with my wife and small toddler and if you take the all inclusive package like we did you are set up for a great time. It is very child friendly, the staff is very helpful and professional, the food excellent and with a huge variety, the room has a pretty decent size. some floors of the hotel (3 out of 5) are fully renovated, others are not, but are still nice.

The elevators for guests were out of order for the two days we spent there. The elevators of personnel had to be used which were overcrowded and superslow and their quality and perhaps security were dubious. The beds were wheeled and so non-fixable, so they could not be used as double beds at all. By the time of our arrival in the afternoon of Saturday, the reception for wellness services was already closed and reopened again on Monday morning. So it was impossible to book any wellness service like as massage etc for our stay. It was very awkward...

comfortable room, delicious food, quiet place around, nice garden with games. All inclusive: 7-10 breakfast, 10-12 snack, 12-14 lunch, 15-17:30 ice cream, pizza, snack; 18-22 dinner; drinks all day. 2 playrooms for children, playroom for adults. Various pools, sauna. comfortable bed, big shower, kettle in the room, towels and bathrobes.

My mum had a very good time. She enjoEd her stay and all the included services in the restaurant, bar and wellness.

I asked for a greeting message with a fruit plate to be set in the rooms as it was a gift for mothersday for my mum and her friend. But the reservation/reception/restaurant couldn’t manage the fruit plate after many calls, messafes and emailing. I did pre-transfer the extra fee to get this done. It felt very disappoionted as thought it would be a rutine service in a high standard hotel chain like the Danubius.

We go there often, and is almost always ok. This time was little hectic because of some guests coming for a sport event, which made the space more crowded. I love the parc with the linden trees.

The mens toilet in the ground floor could be cleaned better, as there was constantly a bad smell inside. There should be only special places for smokers, not everywhere in the garden, nor on the terrace.
