Absolutely loved the hotel. Very clean and fairly modern, given the location. It's easy to find this hotel even though it's not in a touristy area. The fittings are all fairly new and work well. Bed was super comfy. The wifi worked great. Breakfast was delicious.

Bathroom was small, could use a divider or screen between the bathing area and the rest of the washroom. Taking a shower effectively made the entire bathroom floor wet. There was construction work happening which was noisy during the day, but not too bad. The stairs were blocked off during the day so you had to rely on elevators and a key card even to go up or down a floor.

This is a beautiful new property. The lovely man who checked us in upgraded our room so kindly and it was just amazing. This is just what we needed after a long day of travelling. Everything in this room is designed to perfection to give you all the comfort you need. I have stayed in 5 stars in the area and they do not even come anywhere near this property. I believe they deserve more stars as they have truly executed this hotel concept beautifully. Staff are friendly and welcoming and helped us with our bags from the very start. I have extended two more nights as I was so impressed. USB sockets and everything is new and very clean within the room and the entire building. Also the menu for room service is huge with so many varieties and choice! I travel a lot and it’s so nice to see a hotel that actual goes the extra mile.

Windows in all rooms are permanently closed, I did not understand why. AC all the time is not good for the environment as well as for health. Ahmedabad has fairly good air quality, so I don't understand why all windows have to be closed. Size of rooms could have been bigger.

Nice hotel with very kind staff and some of them speak english (all of the ones at the desk at least do). Building seems new and the elevators have card-only floor entry security system. Great location with 2 and 10 minutes to two Jain Temples (the white temple and Hutheensing temple) which were by far the MOST beautiful sightseeing locations in Ahmedabad, out of all the tourist points. Both the AC and the ventilator are pretty strong. They give 1 courtesy water bottle per day, which you need for brushing your teeth. I didn't had they breakfeast, but it seemed really nice. They had internacional model chargings points everywhere, including in the lobby, around the couches.

BEWARE westerners: although they have Western style toilet seats, they do not have Western style shower (it's just the Asian style bucket with a cup); this does not bother me, but clueless first time travelers be warned. Bed is okay, but I feel like they don't bleach the linens, I would recommend them to do this. Plus, when you order something, you have to sign every time upon receipt at your door, idk why, it's just their form of control I guess...

staff hospitality. when I tried getting connected to wifi and followed instructions mentioned by the staff/receptionist, I was not connected. I asked the receptionist for help and he said I might have keyed in the credentials wrongly. Also he behaved as if I do not know anything about how to get connected to wifi. But what annoyed me the most is he asked me to go to him to get it sorted rather than sending some help to the room. I definitely feel this can be changed especially since it is hospitality industry.

Very comfortable hotel at a reasonable price. The staff is excellent and professional. Also, I don't stay at hotels because of the restaurant, but I was very surprised at the quality of the food and service there as well as reasonable prices. An excellent restaurant! It is worth eating here even if you are staying somewhere else. Finally, it is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Jain Hutheesingh Temple, although you must be nimble if you are going to walk--you will have to cross some roads and the traffic is fierce.

There is a policy that doesn't allow outside food in the hotel. This is an unnecessary annoyance, and the first time I have seen it in any hotel after staying in hundreds of hotels. On the other hand, as I have written, the restaurant is excellent and room service is available if you want to eat privately.

Location, Specially Food is just looking like a Wow ! Lol. Just tastes wow wow wow ! Rooms are neat ! Near to Airport , Just about 15 min by auto / car.

Room space is less as compared to other of similar price like Artilla. The bed is big but two beds joined together which is much disappointing and very small blankets as they were two beds joined together. Much confused on that part. Rest Good to Stay !

I really liked the hospitality, location and almost everything about this hotel except for the size of room. The hotel staff is very cordial. Room service is very good. Food is delicious. Location is just soo apt. Everything is nearby. Try to find a bigger room and you'd love your stay.

The room size is too small. You have everything but just feels congested. Also, due to some security issues, they have completely sealed every single window in this hotel. You have to live with AC and fan. If you are someone who prefers fresh air, you can avoid this hotel. Also if you are claustrophobic, you will not regret giving this a miss.

Our room was clean, comfortable, fully equipped and quiet. Breakfast was satisfactory. The location is good for sites in nearby parts of Ahmedabad (Sardar Patel Memorial, Gandhi Ashram). Other sites can be reached by autorickshaw to your destination or to the nearest Metro Station.

The hotel is on a busy street and there are not many places that you can walk.
