Great location, right at the beach which is very clean and quiet, with excellent views. Food in all three restaurants was very good, with very courteous staff and prompt service. Breakfast spread was excellent. Service was prompt, and room cleanliness was great too. It is a large property and just walking around the property felt quite good, not to mention the long walks on the beach, with the sun setting on the Arabian sea.

The transport desk was a bit of a spoiler. Very inflated rates and curt staff. E.g. an Innova from the airport cost INR 1660 while the return trip by Innova was INR 2800, a 70% markup. Wish the rates were a bit more reasonable.

The food and service at the hotel were excellent in every way. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast that offered an incredible variety of dishes, catering to every imaginable preference. Even the à la carte dinner was freshly prepared and absolutely perfect. The rooms and the pool were maintained impeccably. We traveled with our 5-year-old son, and I can confidently say that Holiday Inn is an ideal choice for families with children, as they offer complimentary meals for kids throughout the day. The Mobor Beach, located nearby, is excellent for swimming. If you’re looking to try a beach shack nearby, I recommend the one on the left side of the resort (unfortunately, I can’t recall the name). However, avoid Mike's Oasis Beach Shack—it had terrible service and equally disappointing food!

The complimentary gala dinner for New Year's Eve did not justify its value (₹11,800 per person without drinks). The vegetarian dishes were not being replenished promptly. Additionally, I would like to highlight that Mr. Gaurav, who was in charge of organizing the gala dinner seating arrangements, misguided us by assigning us a table far from the stage. Fortunately, we chose not to follow his advice.

The location is beautiful, the beach clean and serene, although a bit rough for swimming. The room, the food and the overall facilities were excellent. The service crew at the beach restaurant were very polite & helpful and went out of their way to ensure my meals were as per my liking.

The security guards at the main gate were very unhelpful with my pre-booked transport upon my departure. They would not allow my taxi into the hotel property, I was requested to exit the gate for the pick up. And once out of the hotel space and with no phone signal and wifi, they would give me a hard time when I asked them for help because I could not locate the driver.

Brilliant location and great facilities. Super food and easy access to taxis or buses to get to the local towns. Polite and helpful staff in the dining areas. Well appointed rooms with good shower facilities. Very comfortable bed, lovely balcony overlooking gardens. Brilliant beach - better than the local village beach.

Reviews all mentioned the charm and restful environment. We had back to back big weddings in the hotel - with loud music 6+ hours a day and a bass beat audible in the next village. It would have been better to be aware of this before booking - although to be fair, that is not totally simple. Throbbing music on the beach can get a little wearying. Hotel management were pretty helpful on discussing this but could obviously not do anything to reduce it. Big weddings ought to take over the whole hotel?

The beach front is amazing probably the best in South Goa this I can assure as I even stayed in Taj and compared to other properties if you are in Goa you want to access beach through your hotel specifically in South Goa with clean almost white sand beach, where you will also feel safe in the middle of the night this is the place for you. They have maintained it well too. If you are staying here plan to have a drink in the evening on their beach restaurant the grill. You wouldn’t want to miss the sunset view and the night vibes of this place. The pool is well maintained too and so is the entire property. Rooms are pretty average but very clean Special call out to all the staff members interacted with starting with Banu at the reception who was managed my check in very well. The travel desk staff, staff at the grill and the main restaurant near the pool.

I have visited Holiday Inn multiple times this time I feel like the breakfast options and the overall taste of the food has declined a lot

Ambience , Location and private beach were awesome.. Breakfast was outstanding with prompt service by staff inspite of being so overloaded due to Hotel occupancy being full and heavy rush during 9.30 to 10.30 AM everyday..Very ideal place for family and Kids. We tried their two restaurants that is Zest Cafe and Beach Grill and were more than satisfied with the meals we had there. F&B costs are little on the higher side. If the Resorts work.on the same I am pretty sure people would not venture out in any of the nearby restaurants or beach shacks ever.

There was a group of 11 men on the 17th Feb who might have come in a group for vacation. These guys were like well educated but so heavily drunk that everyone in the swimming pool and on the beach had to leave due to the ruckus being created by these hooligans . They were littering all around the beach and had no shame in throwing away the crockery in dust bins and empty beer bottles on the beach .. Rest everything was excellent.

The Staff - each and every one of them were v very professional and went out of their way to assist all guests. They never said "No" to any request and made sure all our needs were met. They are a testimony of the investment that IHG makes in training and professional development. There are so many staff members that we would like to highlight but can't remember their names. In particular, Angelo at the Fig and Olive and Deepti at the breakfast exceeded out expectations. Well done IHG and thank you all staff for making our stay and holiday in South Goa so very memorable.

All was exceptional. There is space for an adults only longer swimming pool. Perhaps one day this may become a reality.

Overall fantastic. Location, location, location! Just on the beach. Good food quality and variety, although at breakfast the focus is more on the Indian cuisine Italian restaurant and Beach grill are great, as well as the poolside restaurant.

Wifi isn't great. At breakfast french/danish bakery is very so-so The old, stale smell in the rooms, and more often than not the smell of cockroach spray, as well as sewage smell all over the property, especially.at night. When the music is very loud at night at different nearby venues, the windows, and doors shake so much! The Gala dinner charge of ₹10K++ per person was not worth it.

Lovely buffet breakfast with fresh masala chai, dosas, idlis, fresh fruit plus many salad, pastry choices. Staff were very helpful and friendly, including assisting with taking a tray of food to my Mother who could not come to breakfast room. Serenaded by great live saxaphone playing each day. Beach is great, not too busy, quite clean. Dinner choices in the hotel were good and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food choice was amazing with fresh seafood, Indian or European. They were preparing for New Year's Eve party but did not interrupt regular service.

Reception needs some service improvement and upstairs lounge bar was too slow with service & awareness of menu / availability of drinks. Not difficult to improve.

It is a very impressive property, well maintained, the staff is exceptional. Has a very nicely maintained swimming pool and a good track for walk and run. The spa is well maintained. The breakfast spread is the best we had at any hotel, Everything speaks of class. The staff is very energetic, polite and very caring. They pamper you and serve you with a smile. The dishes are cooked to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and the way it was served. The beach is easily accessible as the property is at the beach. It is a very clean and less crowded beach. Good for a swim too. The Beach Shack of the Hotel is very good
