1) Very decent hotel suitable for family, price is affordable and worth it. 2) Rooms are well maintained and clean. 3) Courteous and friendly staff 4) Efficient service - any issues are fixed promptly 5) Good location, very nearby Krishna Gana Sabha and nearby shopping places I was supposed to stay only for 2 nights, and move to another hotel. However I was very happy with the hotel and decided to extend my stay in the same hotel. I stayed in the suite, very spacious room with a living room in it as well, suitable for family with kids as there is ample of space. The manager Mr Ravi and Mr Anand (i think, cant recall exactly) were very kind and flexible in managing my request. Mr Hari's hospitality is simply amazing, he really makes one feel at home with his warm and charming personality. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this place.

What could be improved is the breakfast variety. They have vada, idli, dosa, upma, bread butter jam etc coffee tea fruit juice. Good to have different variety on different days.

I forgot to take pictures of my room but it was exactly as described in the photos for a solo traveller like me. I was on the first floor near to the front desk and I commend the cleanliness of the place and the amenities worked fine! Comfortable bed with clean bed sheets, hot water, good wifi to video call my family, 1 bottle of water everytime they cleaned my room and the AC was great! My room was spacious and the small fridge was perfect. Will be staying there again. Not to forget if you are in for the shopping spree then its well situated to T Nagar Ranganathan Street and Pondy Bazaar (15 to 20 mins walk).

The only thing I did not like was that I could not see any kettle in my room but only tea packet and cups. But I could have asked but it was not a problem for me. There was no shower spray as well but only a bucket like the good ole days. I think this needs to be renovated!

The most AMAZING A/C in Chennai heat.nice location on the by lanes of busy T Nagar with all the silks. v.clean.quiet.nice hot shower,clean bathroom.lovely modern space saving interior deco and furniture.cozy room.tiny fridge and safe also there.families, relatives for wedding events,conference attendees,all make this service apartments feel very safe place.even laundry service before 10am collection,delivery sameday 10pm.bfast buffet although not too great, but does help.good parking space.good wifi.

No kitchen besides the buffet bfast,only some limited frozens can be fried in room service .bed was not comfortable.staff not friendly,very curt.no hairdryer. kitchenette is only one tiny kettle.outside food allowed but going down each time to collect from swiggy near security was bothersome.take Uber coz autos there charge triple.5 nights same bedsheet beddings.bfast starts at 7.30 but the complete spread of dishes is only by 8.limited space at dining hall, moderately clean.

Loved the location and ambiance surrounding the hotel ie midst of a residential area. Felt like living in a condo unit. The entranceway was filled with lovely plants and was welcoming.. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.? The auto-stand was just outside the premises and walking distance to quite a few eatery, pharmacy, etc.

Breakfast selections could be improved, including the tea/coffee.. The room itself was comfortable and good but the changing area was cramped and the lights a bit too dim there and in the bathroom..

There was security personnel on the ground floor as you drove in which made you feel extra safe. The room was very quiet, away from the traffic noise from the street. The suite was extremely well designed and spacious for the price. Lighting for reading which I love to do was excellent. Small Indian meals were available for a very reasonable cost. The breakfast was good. It didn't take long to get to the airport, maybe 15 mins or so.

If you wanted an International or Western meal you would need to travel some 15 minutes or so. I couldn't get the tv to work.

The front desk staffs were very helpful, rooms were maintained clean. Good clean water in the bathroom with hot showers throughout the day, no electricity power cuts throughout our stay there.The rooms were quiet in the night despite located at a busy area.

Breakfast menu were limited, but saying this, the food prepared was always fresh and tasty to eat

Overall the experience was excellent. the location is very convenient to travel other parts of the city. Staff behaviour starting from room cleaning person, room service, breakfast incharge and service person, reception all are well mannered and make sure that i didn't have any request open. Wide variety of breakfast served with love. I went 2 hours earlier than my checkin time. i was given a room in 10 min to refresh and get settled. In the evening, i was given the actual room i booked once it was well cleaned. AC was very clean, bed linen, sofa etc.. all are maintained stain free. the only suggestion i could give them is to provide hair dryer in washroom. Otherwise, nothing to complain.

Too many electric switches all around the bed and keep trying each to turn on or off. Labeling them would be useful. A white light/ sunlight bulb would be preferred. Shower caps be provided. Although location is centric but sometimes outside noise do come through the window. A in-house restaurant is required for other meals.

It was located close to t nagar main streets. Room was clean and kept well. Staff were friendly and ever ready to assist. Breakfast was decent. Laundry services available.

The bathroom did not have a hand shower. Only rain shower and bucket.

Very clean. Excellent room. Extremely courteous staff. I really enjoyed the room I was staying in!

I honestly did not like the breakfast. I stayed for four days and it was the same breakfasts every day. I decided to go to a nearby restaurant to eat my breakfast.
