The ac in the lobby was way too much n even the Europeans were wearing winter jackets 😳 Girls at the reception were not helpful at all. I wanted to know where the veterinary hospital was n she said she did not know. That was it. No trying to find out. Disappointing '!

Everything went well. Room was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and the staff was ready to help with any special request. We got discount for our dinner for the first night of stay. The buffet was very very good. The spread was amazing and it fulfilling! Breakfast spread was good and had minor changes everyday to keep it interesting. They were serving hot badam milk, which was our family's favourite. Staff during the breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Avhi, Mikund and Karthik for going an extra mile. We also ordered dinner to the room and it was very delicious and staff was helpful. We also ordered cakes and cookies from the lobby cafe, it was delicious. Our family and friends enjoyed the cake and cookies. Overall, it was a great experience and we would like to stay at Hyatt next time!

The lines were busy if you are calling the guest service sometimes. With number of guests staying it is inevitable. Not a major concern, but could be improved a bit!

We really enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency. The staff were all, without exception, welcoming, friendly, attentive and efficient. The room was large, spacious and had all you needed. The bed was big and so comfortable, the bath and shower great. Lovely view over the pool and the city. Breakfast was superb - they had everything. Incredible choice and quality. Stylish lobby. Christmas tree, decorations and music all lovely. Hotel car to airport was a good service. Also good value for money.

Our only disappointment was that the pool area was in shade from midday onwards really and we wanted to sunbathe!

Mesmerizing stay the staff behavior and getting things done with in one call , personal space and privacy also the ambience of the residence totally worth the invest . also my incident , me and my wife arrived early to the hotel there were no rooms available on spot .. They arranged it and gave us within minutes which ever was available in the same booking since we travelled long were tired . such a polite nature of staff ...really impressive and recommend 😄😄😄

since there are no slides in the pool area or any such dangerous area any garment can be allowed rather than the swimming costume ( my opinion )

Breakfast spread good with several options available. Staff very helpful and positive. REM was always smiling and kind. The idea of Anna shop inside the restaurant novel.

I booked the room at least 3 months earlier with request for high floor. However, while check in was allocated in 3rd floor curtly saying room upgraded which wasn't the case. Wi-Fi did not work inside the bedroom. Staff tried to rectify,but could not fix it. Saloon / parlor for ladies not available, so had to go outside for the same.

A nice hotel at the center of the city. Though expensive but if you are not a perfectionist then everything you will find worth your money. I have stayed there for 4 nights with my wife and kid and enjoyed the whole time. Each and every hotel stuff are well mannered and attentive. Room service was prompt and their restaurant ambience and food was good. They even gave my son a farewell 'Brownie' (he liked Brownie very much) once the young girl named 'Thani' heard that we are checking out from hotel. Their every facilities including swimming pool, spa and airport shuttle was up to the mark. I have really enjoyed our stay there.

No lock in the shower and toilet. As I have travelled with kid so sometimes It was bit scary for me. Toilet fittings are bit old.

The breakfast was good. The valet staff were the best of the lot - polite, efficient. Checkout was quick and efficient compared to other hotels who take forever to get their act together at the time of checkout.

1. The bathroom is probably suitable for a newly wed romantic couple who do not need any sort of privacy from each other. It is absolutely not ok for a family with kids. Zero privacy. 2. Just one key card provided - this is not sufficient for a family especially when we have to move individually. For example, access to their floor (on lift) while returning from outside is a problem when one leaves the family in the room. 3. Room was tidied up on the day we were leaving. That's like 3 nights of leaving the room unattended. Poor

Continental food! The rooms were oaky… spacious and comfortable. An architectural design of bathroom and double access doors make it beautiful. Late closure of breakfast during weekend is marvelous and empathetic

Dining layout can be improved considering family, apart from the couches, we find only one table that fits our number! Alternatively there was a table that was too big, preferably for a group.

Overall the stay at the hotel was awesome. A Family friendly close to shopping malls. Breakfast buffet was a wide range of spread from local to international. Restaurant Hosts was amazing specially Mr Anan and Mr William was more than a help for us during our stay. However sometimes when coffee ordered it comes in different variations.... ( So its all best if you could go and make your own coffee from the coffee machine.)

House keeping was excellant and on time, The person in charge was Mr Subash. The concierge was also excellant. The person in charge was Mr. Danial. Breakfast buffet was good. SPA was excellant too.

Would have preferred a higher floor. noise from the swimming pool party at night was not good ( 1 night only). Noise from the room residents ( think a wedding party) 2nd floor was unbearable.
