Some rooms / suits have an amazing view offer peace & tranquility, others not so (some rooms in poor shape) Good food, excellent and ever helpful staff. The Breakfast spread & variety was adequate. The South Indian items on the menu (Idli, Dosa etc were very nice) A good spa which is reasonably priced Well stocked games room with host of games (TT, Pool, Air hockey, carrom, lot of board games) Few places if you want to setup a private Bonfire The hotel conducts interesting group activities in the evening

The property is at the top of a steep hill with a narrow access road cutting thru a market [Broken road is not the hotel's responsibility, but makes getting out & reaching the hotel hard] With rooms at multiple levels, old folks / people with accessibility challenge's will find it hard to walk within the property (although ramps available to 'Most' part of the property) The first Suite that we checked in was in bad shape (old & dirty linen) - Although Staff readily changed on request Lot of hotel furniture, fittings needs immediate replacement / maintenance

Overall experience was wonderful. We got upgraded in a better family room.

What we didn't like was not anyone's fault. The slope one had to climb to approach the hotel, the ups & down layout, the road connecting the resort to the main road was too congested & narrow. Lots of time was wasted due to road clogging.

The view of the property is mind blowing. I mean, waking up straight with the view of Kanchan-jangha was surreal to us. The view and comfort of the property is perfectly augmented with the SUPER FRIENDLY staffs. special mention to the restaurant- the food was amazing and they will make food as per your recipe.

it’s like 8-9 KMs away from Darjeeling City Centre which costed us a bit to travel back and forth to the city.

We liked the food quality and also the cleanness of the property. Sizes of the GR also good

As far as premium room is concerned it is far away from distance. We faced problem due to rain

4 People I would like to thank for their exceptional hospitality is Chef Manoj.....Room Service guys Arun Thapa, Pramod, Subham. These people made sure my 2.5 year son got homely food and he didn't fall sick having any outside food. Exceptional behaviour

Food menu and lunch ...dinner & breakfast timing. They had rigid timings for all and you cannot order anything anytime apart from those timings.

The staff are superb and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. The speed of service and courtesy are unparalleled

The location is terrible. The road to the resort is very narrow and expect to get stuck in traffic - but that's for Darjeeling as a whole.

I had 3 suits. 1214 had a very bad pungent smell. initially we felt it was from the wash room but was something else. the smell stayed all the 3 days we spent there. access road is very narrow and tricky.

the property was huge. maintenance was good. staffs are well behaved. food was ordinary

the approach road was terrible. vicinity was not good. time taken to go to Darjeeling was too much.

It’s the most beautiful property situated away from the hustle bustle of the city

The access road is a bit of a messy path. But that is taken care by the property.
