Hotel management is thief , They took toom key from us and told that we will clean the room and have plumber work to do once work will b fineshed will shift you in another room when we return. Ack from. Outside in evening they , shifted or lagges in a dirty store ,, and told us we have another booking today … no phone calls nothing and this was totally unacceptable and they stolen pur 50000 cash and 2 gold rings from the bags and one charger 🔌… hotel owner ask me to wait 3-4 days and told me they will return it back and force me not to raise any complaint so i am waiting for 2-3 days and if they will not retun my money and gold to me .. I will raise a complaint in police after 2-3 days … overall worst experience worst staff

The fact that, I wasn’t informed that booking was cancelled before arrival was extremely frustrating. Destroyed my entire plans for the day. I had to find another place on the spot pay double the price.
