The staff was courteous, well trained, and guest-focused. All basic features for a short trip are present in the hotel. I would like to make special mention of Smita Basumatary from the housekeeping team, deployed on the 6th floor. She was extremely professional, courteous and did her job very well. Such staff define the difference between a good and an excellent hotel.

The check out experience could have been much better. The hotel should make check in and check out transactional. There are other opportunities to make sales pitches and do the standard hospitality industry sweet talk with guests. Never at the expense of people standing in the queue.

The location was convenient in the city center. The walk to the main street was enjoyable. The Hotel is very modern with a great breakfast and lunch. The Buffet spread was excellent with multi cuisine and some delicious dishes. The staff was very helpful, they catered to our needs well and promptly. The extra roll up bed was comfy too for a good night sleep. The Wifi was fast and available at most spots inside the hotel. The bar was great, catered to us even later in the night and the staff stayed back for us to finish and call it a night.

The Swimming pool was closed and we were informed about it after we changed for a plunge. Rest the facilities were well and working.

Feel at home after busy - hectic day's work schedule. Very tasty food. Always smiling staff at all locations. Ready to help. Mery - Chef Negi - Neha & everyone there, in dinning - made the food enjoyable. Pooja - Divya - Rushika, the manager - everyone at front desk made all procedures easy - hassle free. Mr Suyash helped in arrangement for meeting. It was long stay of 5-6 days. Nicely located. Big well lit rooms.

I was travelling for medical purposes and the close proximity of the property to some main hospitals and clinics was a major plus point. There are shopping complexes and eateries at walkable distance as well.

No major complaints. The kettle in our room was not functioning properly. Would request management to check all appliances in the rooms and ensure that they are in working condition.

Breakfast is very good and well spread, we had dinner buffet it was very good. I would like to compliment about the service, their service is excellent. We even got free room upgrade which is super nice. Overall it was a very comfortable stay..Keep it up and definitely we will be back.

Sumptuous breakfast. Friendly. Good parking area. Hotel is Go Green. Love the room keys. Wooden cards. Caring for the future generation. However, it should not compromise clients basic requirement. Minimum two towels could have been provided.

Towels has out lived their age. Alternatively hotel could consider using perfumed detergent.

Excellent property and location if you are on a quick leisure trip to Kamakhya temple of generally Guwahati city. It's a busy road so it gets tricky as such but all shopping and street food is around. Food is great, property is large , staff is very good. Rooms are large and have a nice default child bed cum chair which was smart. The wardrobe and bathroom designs are also very good..

Spacious rooms. Cleanliness and hygiene well maintained. Prompt and excellent service. Excellent Food with a Very well spread Menu. Food Taste was good too. The chef went all out to make the food to our taste and choice. The staff were courteous and ever ready to help.

You could check on the Tariff rates. Can think of lowering a bit.

Mostly everything: food, coffee maker in the room and their assistance in providing mostly all the small things that one can borrow.

The reception seems to be busy most of the time but they do their best and it's very far from the airport.

Services of Ms Pooja and Khushi in Front office were excellent and very cooperative, even after heavy traffic of Guest due to G-20 conference. Only disappointment is that the swimming pool is not functioning .
