My recent stay at Hotel Ratnamouli Palace in Guwahati was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. Their friendly and helpful demeanor set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel's restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was inviting. What truly impressed me, however, was the impeccable service provided by the restaurant staff, particularly Gitisma, Maya, and the talented barman, Tilak. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing exceptional service made every meal a delightful experience. I also want to commend the room service team for their efficiency and attentiveness. They ensured that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. Comfortable clean rooms, good decor of the hotel, breakfast buffet had multiple options for veg and non-veg. Overall food was good as well. It is a very nice property and we had a good time. There a gaming room with PS consoles kept for kids which was a good surprising bonus during the stay.

Overall was good but couple of things which can be considered for improvement - 1. The Gym closes at 7 PM. It should stay open till 9PM or 10PM. 2. The cappuccino machine was out of order for the duration of our stay. There should be at-least 2 coffee machines in such a large hotel.

We liked the nice big room and comfortable bed. The housekeeping and staff were prompt with all our requirements and very courteous and cheerful. The hotel is still fairly new and quite clean. The breakfast spread was quite good. There was also a lovely rooftop swimming pool which we did not get to use this time but will definitely do so in the future

maybe the only con which was not a big issue for us was the bar was not yet operational and the room service menu can have more options especially snacks..

I had a wonderful experience, starting at check-in with professional and kind front desk staff. The room is huge and nice. The bed is very comfortable. There was a good selection of food and beverages at breakfast. I really appreciated the music the played at breakfast. It was a Saraswati mantra, very soothing! Overall it's good value for money.

There was some noise due to a wedding taking place at the hotel. It's not sound proof enough

We liked and loved everything about the place. The cleanliness, the prompt response by the staff. The amazing food. The facilities and everything else on par or better than some of the 5 star properties in Guwahati. We are definitely recommending the place to our friends and families and we are coming back for our future stay. We just want this standard to continue and not drop.

Sound proofing was a tad problem since early morning we could hear the guest walking past and talking. Which kind of disturbed our sleep. We wish the menu also included late night snacks. I missed ordering for club sandwich or burgers or small snacks.

I loved everything about this hotel, from the warm welcome from the front desk with drink, to the great food in the restaurant with a creative regional specialty. The staff throughout the hotel and dining room is professional and having warm personalities. Room with gigantic windows with wonderful views. And the big bonus was the roof top view was fantastic!

Fantastic ambience and great hospitality. The hotel staffs are very polite and courteous. F & B services team is too good particularly Ms. Karuna & Ms. Prateksha were so friendly and helpful. House Keeping is another noteworthy department. Rooms are kept so neat & tidy. Special mention is to be made of Mr. Gobin Bora's creativity. He use to make birds and animals out of bath towel which really made my children excited and happy. The hotel is really worth the money.

The Location is perfect and is beside the national highway which is 50 mts away.

Everything was fine, including staff behaviour, cleanliness. However the price would have been fit if it was betwwen INR 5000 to 5500 plus GST.

Love everything about this hotel! Big room with huge picture window, wonderful restaurant with wide selection of dishes, some rather unique and local to area, and a wonderful helpful staff with big-time personality. And on top of this fantastic pool on roof.
