Overall stay was great and good property overall.

I had travelled from overseas and forgot my OCI however had my passport. I was with family and they all had their Indian IDs. I was denied check in despite I suggested that I will be able to send my OCI copy when I get home as home was 8hrs away from this property. Considering everyone had their IDs including myself, just because of OCI which I suggested that I will send a copy, and denying check in was unnecessary as it could have messed up the entire trip. Fortunately I found a scanned copy in my emails and was able to share it.

Good food, many options in dinnig menu. Excelent breakfeast bufet including Continental food. Very good internet connection.

Noisy air condition. Despite the Room was cleaned every day, some imperfection as Extraneous tufts of hair and fluff mainly in bathroom. The toilet paper was not replenished for 2 days.

Great breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We got there early and before normal checkin time due to our train arriving early. The staff were friendly and helpful and explaind that the room was not ready yet. They gave us the room as soon as it was ready. In the mean time we were able to relax and freshen up. Staff also helped with taxis etc.

Propery is away from the main part of Haridwar but we did not mind that. It was nice and quite and very clean and comfortable.

I like behaviour of reception guy who helped me avail room, I like restaurent team who serve at the table , room service team who is just a call away

I dont like the way laundry people reply on my query, I simply asked in hindi " bhai mujhe kapde sukhwane h ,kya charge hai . He Replied "sukhana to free hai but apko pressing k charge dene honge". I told him that I dont want pressing ,just drier . he said u have to pay. I dont think this is cooperative behaviour

i liked the way they restricted Smoking in the hotel , a fine of Rs 5000 for smokers. Thanks, this was really helpful, so atleast we can breathe clean air. Clean rooms

Perfect hotel, love to stay again. Staff are polite, Gym, Food was very tasty , seamless entry to rooms, fantastic & courteous staff. Only thing is that hotel is 14 Km away from city

Breakfast was usual, but the pastries can be better. They were not fresh and soft. Else, all good! The location although a little away from the Har ki Pauri ghat, since I had my car with me hardly had any issues with it. The best part is the long fly-over from the ghat to almost the hotel which makes this 15 km journey in less than 15 minutes. I have to appreciate the wonderful staff, especially Pankaj at the front desk, he was very much helpful. Housekeeping and restaurant were good too and made many changes and adjustments to make us comfortable and happier. Highly satisfied with this hotel, ITC after all! Will stay there again if I get a chance to visit Haridwar.

Bar closed, the long glass window in the room was not clean hence the view which could have been much better was not! some open spaces like a rooftop or balcony on each floor would be a breather. Highly missed the rooftop bar/bar and swimming pool.

Breakfast was ok but hats off the serving staff at the restaurant and all restaurant staff members very cooperative and friendly with smile on face always. graeat staff and very humble 10/10 for them

Menu was not that great and one of the rooms was have foul smell specially room no. 326

Liked every thing. prompt service from check in to check out. Good food, good breakfast. Location ideal for non-veg people as they can get advantage of food of choice and travel entire Haridwar and Rishikesh the hotel being on the boarder of Haridwar

Mutton preparation - Lal Mash

This place was amazing, the staff especially Ravi who kept in touch with me all the way, organise a car and driver to pick us up from the airport and take us around the city the next day. The hotel was very clean, food was very good and tasty. Cannot thank Ravi enough for everything he did for us. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

Hotel is located near to Delhi-Haridwar highway. Suite rooms are big, neat and clean. Washrooms are hygienic. Breakfast starts early by 7:30a and ala-carte food menu is exhaustive. Round the clock service. Parking space available. Wifi is stable.

Hotel is almost 20mins drive to Har ki pauri and railway station.
