Amazing facility ; great location friendly and professional staff. Safe and clean with attention to detail.

As you get out of the property , the immediate neighborhood didn’t have a good feeling from safety stand point .

The property is central located near all the attractions Jaipur has the offer, the hotel itself is very charming decorated, open and airy. The view over Jaipur from the top floor magical. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed ten night at Bloom boutique and when I’m Jaipur again I’ll definitely will stay at Bloom again.

We loved everything about this haveli. It is situated in the middle of the city so ideal for walking to pretty much all of the monuments, museums, city palace (literally next door). The staff were so helpful & friendly as nothing was too much trouble. The room was fantastic, spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable we had the best night's sleep in 2 weeks of being in India!! They offer a breakfast, although we didnt have this as not hungry, it all looked great. We would highly recommend this hotel to stay in when visiting Jaipur.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a two-night stay at Bloom Boutique - Chelon Haveli, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The heritage building is stunning, providing a unique and authentic atmosphere that truly enhanced our stay. Our room was enormous, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night's sleep. The room was equipped with AC and hot water, which added to our comfort during our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right near all the major sites in the old city, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the local area. The staff at Bloom Boutique were friendly and attentive, contributing significantly to our pleasant stay. The room was huge. Like for two people it is very good. The bathroom was very clean. The staff was very polite and eager to help, which made my stay even better. Special mention to Rinkesh here.

I won't say there is something that I didn't like, but I would mention something that happened. So, I needed a hairdryer as it was not in the room, so I went to their chat support and requested for it, they even said that it will come shortly. But that never happened. Maybe I should've just called reception directly. I don't know, it could have been my mistake too!

Big clean room with comfortable bed and many closets for storing belongings. Minifridge, kettle and very good coffee and tea available in the room. Staff was very kind and helpfull. They still have messures from corona time: hand sanitizing, chat on mobile for any in room requirements. The building is a nice haveli, with 2 yards and a nice shop. It is situated 5 min walk from entrance into City Palace. They offered higher speed internet as we requested in advance good internet connection. And also allocated us a room on the 2nd floor closer to rooftop as to be closer to smoking area. They have filtered water machine where you can refill your waterbottle. Toiletries, towels, ceiling fan, airco and a safe available in the room. Overall a good experience for India but lacking on some areas to justify the price.

Some of the minuses are more due to personal preferences. So might not apply to all guests. The hotel does not serve or allow non-veg food and alcohool on premises. The door of our room was not closing properly probably due to old havely door design (see photo) so there was a feeling of limited privacy and no sound proofing from outside noise. Also the room we stayed in had only colored windows close to the ceiling. It was a quite dark room. Location is in old city on a small dusty street.

Great value for money, in a perfect location walking distance from all major landmarks and museums. The hotel has an historic touch, with traditional decorations and spaces. The hotel uses an online service for any request which is just incredibly efficient

The bedsheets were not very clean and the shower had no curtain, making the floor very slippery to use the bathroom afterwards. There was no cleaning of the room (even though I stayed 3 nights). The location is great, though it might be scary at night with rats, dogs and dark corners (you have to accept the bargain of a hotel in pink city). Nonetheless, I never felt in danger!

We had a very nice stay for one night. The sights in the city centre are reachable by foot, staff was nice, food was tasty, and the hotel/rooms are very pretty. I can not understand complaints about noise, yes the room door to the hallway is not noise isolated, but I didn’t hear any noise from the street whatsoever.

One thing that maybe needs improving is the checkin/checkout process: I feel it was overly complicated and took long if every guest has to receive a confirmation code via mail, just do a normal checkin like every other hotel. All in all, I do recommend staying here.

Beautiful property, quiet but very central. Fantastic bed and comfortable room. It was not as big as it seems in pictures, but I wasn’t really bothered by that, because everything worked well. Uber will be able to get there and also pick you up from the hotel, but just state very clearly where you want them to come pick you up as uber doesn’t allow you to put the pin in front of the hotel. Ubers to the airport are no more than 300 rupees.

The staff was very helpful and kind, I just don’t like the fact that the concierge clearly wants to sell, which is understandable but I was just not in need of tours as it is pretty easy to do most on your own.

It is a nicely restored heritage haveli in the middle of the Pink City. The entrance with the wall paintings is just amazing! Two inner courtyards brighten up the whole place. The rooms are situated around these courtyards. The staff is super friendly, hospitable and serviceable. Raju from the travel desk was so kind and helpful in getting me around this wonderful city. A place that I carry in my heart.

A little bit noisy in the rooms but that’s part of the charm.
