Beautiful property , well maintained , pollution free stay, lot of open spaces and greenery, pet friendly so our dog liked it, lot of activities within the property , very hospitable staff, very good staff behaviour , good quality food, very good breakfast

Wifi signal within the property is very poor especially within the rooms which needs to be improved upon. Mobile network within the property is also very bad (Vodafone , Airtel). Hotel management can speak with the telecom companies in this regard. In room dining menu needs to increase variety . The restaurant should allow pets.

The only disappointment came in here as there was no breakfast displayed owing to low occupancy. We are one of those who love love the self served hotel breakfast set up. Taste was ok. We liked the dinner much more than the breakfast. Definitely scope for improvement.

The property is beautiful and located in a peaceful environment amidst greenery and nature, it's open with lots of activties. The rooms are big and clean and the superior king room has a huge balcony which is a plus, it has a Greek vibe to it and the buggy system makes it very convinient

On Instagram and social media they have promoted the place based on the fact that it's close and accessible to the river and that's where the high tea happens, there was no high tea for the guests who had come to stay that day and we were told we will be informed but that didn't happen. My husband had ordered something off the menu which they agreed to get namely grilled chicken and mashed potatoes which usually comes with a gravy even after repeated kind request that it always comes with a gravy the chef or waiters didn't care enough to address to our polite request and come up with something if they didn't have it already. I felt it was not good hospitality.

Large clean property with lots of Greenery and a river flowing at the edge of the property. Rooms have all amenities and are clean and comfortable. Service is very good. Trained staff who do their best to give good service. Loads of activities available though we preferred the walks.

Some policies could be more clear like 24hour check out is advertised but not possible if occupancy is high. So we had to really push to get additional time for check out despite 24 hours not being up. The staff did try their best to accommodate us though. The restaurant at times does not serve ala carte ( offer buffet and room service) and that can be an issue as it is not advertised well enough. Like we had checked out and wanted a light meal and the restaurant was serving only buffet. The staff did finally offer ala carte so despite the issue service was provided. Overall a very good and comfortable stay!

Food was very average .I had been to rivergate a few yrs back before it was taken over , food then was excellent , I revisited for food but this time was very disappointed with the quality

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Be it the security guard at the corner or the the staff at the reception desk and restaurant, they were all very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was receptive to special food requirements. Overall it was a pleasant experience staying at U Rivergate.

The place is big with wide open spaces and full playground. It's by the riverside and have access to the bank, which we loved. Swimming pool too is big and clean. Overall, resort is well maintained and is near and clean. Food in the restaurant is delicious too.

Bathroom STINKS!!! Game zone needs attention. Very less games and space. No board games. Can be added & improved. Bicycle were in broken condition. Needs repair. Also, more bicycle to be added. We couldn't enjoy the cycling despite place being so big. On restaurant side, tea and coffee is below average. Needs improvement.

Overall a good location. Nice greenery. Great room. Comfortable stay. Lots of activities for my toddler. Great food. Got special good for my toddler after requesting the chef.

The guy at the restaurant with some sense of high headedness, who just refuses to show any hospitality. Rest of the staff at the restaurant is amazing though.
