I booked there because it is right next to cricket stadium where I was going to watch a test match. It was very convenient. But I found the place excellent. The staff was very obliging and friendly. The rooms were modest but they were also modestly priced and they were just what I was expecting. Excellent breakfast. Close to station and dining options.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room with a decent bathroom. Located in a very good spot on Marine Drive and just a 10 minute walk from Churchgate. A good breakfast is provided via room service as there is no onsite restaurant. There are a number of restaurants close by. The staff are very good. It's only a 20-minute walk to some of the major tourist attractions. Marine Lines and Churchgate stations on the Western Line are a 10 minute walk away.

The hotel made it clear prior to booking that building works are currently being completed so there was considerable noise associated with this during the day.

One of the biggest pull of this place is its awesome location in Mumbai. Sitting right on Marine Drive and just behind the legendary Wankhede Stadium you cannot arguably get a better placed hotel in South Mumbai (or rather, the whole city). The hotel itself is easy to miss as it is located within one of the legacy buildings overlooking the bay. It actually spans an entire floor within a apartment building. For me it just added to the charm. The staff was very courteous and took pride in their job. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Washrooms were very clean as well. Breakfast was served in the room as they don't have a dining area (owing to the space shortage). It tasted great. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. One other thing, if you are not averse to walking, the Churchgate station is a mere 10 mins brisk walk away. Also you get buses for CST if you wish so.

The hotel is within an old legacy building which is under renovation so it looked a bit rundown from the outside. We saw cracks on the exterior walls which pointed to the fact that it has been standing for a long time. The interior of the hotel was excellent and my observations are solely for the exterior and staircase of the building. Secondly, they only have 1 room which is kind of sea facing but is very expensive. If you want a sea facing room in this area, this hotel wouldn't cut it for you

The Bentley was a great place to stay, fullfilling all needs. It was a little hard to find in the beginning for our taxi from the airport, but once found all went well. The staff was great, and even got a room ready for us even though we had arrived well ahead of check-in time (plane from Abu Dhabi came in at about 0630) which was VERY much appreciated. Location is right across Marine Drive from the Arabian Sea so that was also a great asset. Not far from restaurants, walkable distance to the Gateway to India monument. Taxi's easy to get in the vincinity. Staff was fantastic during our whole stay, and we certainly enjoyed the fact that breatfast is brought to your room! Bed comfortable and the room very clean! Good value too! Thanks to everyone at the hotel!

Nothing that I can think of - everything worked well and we felt that the hotel took very good care of us.

If you want to drive to this hotel, it is best to enter “Krishna Mahal” on Google Maps, as there are two hotels with the same name in Mumbai. This Bentley is located on the 3rd floor of the "Krishna Mahal" building. During our visit, the hotel was very clean and not worn, we had a room at the back, so it was very quiet. The staff was not only attentive but also very caring, thanks again for that. The location is fantastic, walking distance to major attractions.

Superb location on Marine Drive and within easy walking distance of good cafes/restaurants, Churchgate station and is possible to walk to all major sites in the city. Large and tasty breakfast (breakfast is delivered to your room). Very clean.

Although somewhat expected based on what we booked/the room price - the room was small; and it had a window but gave little natural light.

It's a value for money hotel. Located in the area, where I had to attend most of the work and meetings, it was perfect option for me in the budget I had. Good comfortable bed, clean bedding and towels, clean rooms and spacious bathroom.. It was all I needed for resting after a hectic day at work. Staff was helpful and courteous.

My room was a bit towards small size, if it is to be used for double occupancy. But it was just enough for me as I was travelling solo. There's nothing that I am unhappy about.

Location is great. It is a simple budget hotel but for the price it is really good. My room was more than acceptable and my stay quite ok. I will definitely go back there when in Mumbai.

You have always to consider the room rate you are paying and, based on that, nothing to complain.

We got upgraded to sew view room, looking out to Marine Drive to fully experience the monsoon windy sea breeze of Mumbai ! Perfect location for short stay in town breakfast was good, adequate, and served hot
