The location is near Marina drive. Close to many attractions. Breakfast was good

This is a truly great property. The rooms are large, the bathroom is fully functional and the staff are outstanding. Rooms were made up each day with clean linen and towels, the view of the oceanfront was picturesque and the rooms were very comfortable. We asked assistance from the staff is a variety of areas. Each time they responded quickly with good advice/information and exceeded our expectations. This was a real find and qualifies as the best hotel in 4 weeks and 8 hotels.

The breakfast was great but a little cool by the time we got it and there was no masala chai.

Good location, right around the corner from Churchgate on Marin Drive. The hotel is in a 1940 art Deco building. Packed full of period features with large rooms and high ceilings. The furniture is a bit 1970's but solid and comfortable. Many rooms have balconies with a sea view.

It's a pity that they did not have their own resturant, there is a good coffee shop however.

The location is outstanding and we had sea view rooms, which was the biggest plus point. Only you have to choose an upper floor room for the mesmerising sea view, which we had. Car parking is also available, which is a boon. The staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful in all respects. The hotel building is a period building with large, square, high ceiling rooms. Room and bathroom was very clean. Hot & cold water was available, there was provision of tea in the room, drinking water was provided and as a pleasant surprise, we were given a welcome hamper with dry snacks & soft drinks. Happy!! The breakfast was sumptuous with fresh bread and freshly prepared omelettes with a fruit and tea in a flask. Perfect! Overall, it was an excellent stay and we will recommend to all. Thanks.

Nothing wrong with the property only it’s online details need improvement. The rooms listing on website should clearly mention the location and number of sea view rooms available on EVERY FLOOR, this will help to book appropriate rooms in advance.

Everything was great. The view and location is to die for. Everything is pretty clean. Put some seating in the balcony and we wouldn’t even leave our room. The view is to absolutely die for.

The balconies can be cleaner and the washrooms a bit more updated. It’s clean mostly, but dirt from wear and tear is evident which can be a put off.

The location was perfect – 10 minutes walk from the bank and lawyer's office I needed to visit each day. Staff very helpful and efficient, really felt welcome and wanted. Spacious room, as requested on the quiet side. Occasionally (on match days) very noisy because my 1st floor balcony overlooked one of the entrances to, and was overshadowed by, the Brabourne Cricket Stadium – but that was fun noise and was over by 10.30pm.

The window and doors onto the balcony were not very secure and the wi-fi was not secure. I had some important and difficult to replace legal documents with me, but I needed them with me most of the time anyway, so carrying them with me always was not a problem.

The location is highlight. It is a clean property. Happy with the facilities, they are good enough for a comfortable stay.

Nothing much about, what I didn’t like. The locks of the bathroom and the balcony can be fixed. I have stayed in the queens necklace suite on my last visit, the bathroom accessories were not available as they were in the superior room that I stayed this time. As they are very basic it should be provided in other rooms as well because I would love to be back to this properties and maybe with my requirement next I might take need a smaller room. That’s it. While it wasn't our first choice, and the presentation in Booking.com wasn't very convincing, we were positively surprised once we had installed ourselves. While it was awkward to have breakfast in the room, it ended up quite nice. The staff was all the time very helpful and always with a smile. The area is also recommendable, with nice strolls along the sea shore where couples, families and friends gather for a nice time in evenings.

Would have been nice with a separate room for breakfast, but it worked out quite nice the way it was.

The one most important thing about this hotel - It's location is outstanding. You can sit on the balcony sipping tea and can watch the views of sunset at the marine drive. The hotel - clean and simple rooms, basic amenities available like electric kettle and a complimentary water bottle each day. It's located right next to the fort area so there's plenty of good eateries nearby. If you don't want to go out, you can also order via swiggy Or zomato. I was a solo female traveller and I should say that it's pretty safe. The staff is extremely good too. All in all, it was a really good experience staying there.

I had ordered food couple of times through swiggy when I was staying there. One thing I would like to say is kindly don't allow the delivery people to come upstairs. There are two shifts, in the morning shift the receptionist is pretty strict about not letting them go up but in the evening shift, they allowed the swiggy guy few times during the stay. Instead have them deliver it to the reception and send a hotel staff to the room with the food. I know it's not a big deal, but since I was staying solo, I would have preferred if they were not allowed inside.
