I recently stayed at Ibis Aero City during a short business trip, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel’s proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient, making it a great choice for travelers looking for ease of access. Despite being so close to the airport, the noise levels were minimal, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, always willing to assist with any request. A special mention goes to Omvir from the room service team, who provided exceptional service during my stay. He was attentive, prompt, and ensured that my room was always spotless and well-stocked. His warm and helpful attitude made my stay even more comfortable. The rooms, though compact, were well-designed, clean, and modern, providing all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for both work and leisure. Overall, I highly recommend Ibis Aero City New Delhi for anyone looking for a comfortable, modern hotel with excellent service and great value for money. Thanks to the wonderful team, including Omvir, for making my stay enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Delhi!

Aerocity is a nice location. The food at the restaurant was quite good and varied, with cuisine from all over india and some more western options. The beds were comfy. Rooms were similar to what you'd get at an ibis in Europe, complete with plastic shower cabins (excellent water pressure though). Altogether a good, safe option for a stay in Delhi, particularly if you're inexperienced with India.

It is quite expensive, particularly for Indian standards, but even by Western standards. Same goes for the breakfast and dinner buffets. You get way more for way less just about everywhere else I've visited in India. Also, though aerocity is quite nice, a taxi to delhi central will take about an hour easily.

Very cosy room, with excellent bathroom. Location in Aerocity was great for spending the night between two flights. Despite location close to airport terminals, it felt very quiet and we got a good night's sleep. Great food with room service and the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

The prices of the stay and food were European-level - a bit of a shock after travelling in India for a few weeks! Because of the way the listing looks on Booking, I was a little confused about whether breakfast was included in the price of the room (it wasn't).

room is compact. Perfect for 2/3 days travel. In room dining tea was not good, but i asked for a fresh tea whi9ch was nice. Being a hotelier i know its little tuff to give a fresh tea, but they should not prepare microwave tea. morning tea has to be fresh n piping hot. in our property we also provide freshly made tea.- from Taj Gurgaon.

Everything is good. Only the tea part. And i must say, at night i had ordered bottle of water which was not deliver till next day morning. then i called to the hk staff on floor, he provided 2 glass bottles of water.

I really liked the attention of some staff, and I say some beacuse there were also some other staff that I didnt liked at all. But talking about what I liked I definetly have to say the food was very good and there were plenty of options and you could get very healthy choices too. Location was excellent for me, aerocity is very nice and clean and there are many beautiful stores and restaurants and security was very good, hotels will check everyone who enteres like in the airport, the pool was long but very short. It was a nice experience and everything was clean.

Some staff would not be nice, but there were more nicer ones than the bad ones. I guess maybe they were having a bad day and thats why they would be like in a bad mood.

Special mention of the staff who made the difference to my stay - Ankur, went out of his way to make me comfortable. Nitin inspite of the busy desk extended his support in guiding me with local transportation. Sameer who helped me with Amazon package delivered safely for me. Lastly there was also a staff, whose name I missed noting also quickly helped clear my check out. Also special mention of the staff who helped me assemble my dog crate together. Overall the warmth, the smile and the soft spoken nature of your staff relieves you of your stress and cheers you up. A highlight is the empowerment given to the staff to be able to give their customers the feel that he/she is the King, is the cherry on the cake. IBIS take good care of your staff. They are your gems. I am a repeat customer and I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. My dog, Murphy was also made to feel comfortable

Nothing to highlight

The room was comfortable and quiet, and the hotel was in a convenient location. I booked this at the last minute (plans changed) and there were no issues with checking in. It was also a bonus that it was within 10 minutes' walking distance of where I had been dining with friends. The next day when I checked out, Arun not only suggested tourist attractions I hadn't thought of, but encouraged me to catch the metro into town. The staff also organised a complimentary driver to drop me at the station, even though it was within walking distance. Dhanyavaad! (Thank you!) I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Very minor point, and I didn't need to buy breakfast here as I had leftovers anyway, but I thought ~$15.50 AUD was expensive for a home breakfast. However, given the convenient location of the hotel, it might be standard price for hotels the area.

Ibis Hotel is a paragon of Aerocity, a luxurious gated resort community for travellers who appreciate the finer things in life. In Aerocity, one can walk around the entire area feeling safe at all times, and with many marvellous works of architecture to see and restaurant to dine at. The security measures that Aerocity puts in place are indispensable in making you feel that you are truly in an isolated bubble of friendly and welcoming locals, and like-minded, happy tourists. The staff at Ibis hotel treated me with total respect and unlimited hospitality. They helped me expertly with every query I had. The room was immaculate and the view of Aerocity interior juxtaposed with the busy life of the local construction companies outside of the tourist area was a picturesque one. The amenities were excellent, the WiFi was fast, and the staff were immensely knowledgeable and friendly. Couldn’t have had a better stay! Thank you.

I can’t name a single thing I didn’t like!

Word known brand Ibis offers expected standard, although it is much lower comparing to Europe but still for India AMAZING!!! India is extremely difficult destination, tiring, noisy, dirty, dangerous, you are expose to scam every minute, this is destination only for very skilled tourists and in this incredible madness IBIS in AreoCity is a sanctuary of peace, security and cleanliness. Recommended 1000% Great location, clean, save, quiet (a break from the incessant horns), no people constantly soliciting, finally feel like you're in a civilized place, metro station around the corner. The ONLY choice for staying in New Delhi!

rooms could be bigger, but for 1 night acceptable

1.) Ashish was fantastic while providing us help with the room. 2.) All the basic facilities were there (dental kit, hair dryer, tea kettle, water, tea bags, towel, shampoo). 3.) Room was neat and clean. 4.) Location of hotel is hardly 10 min walking from metro station. Also distance between Airport and Aerocity is hardly 5 min by metro.

Although I would like to point out a few things where improvement could be made. 1.) Space of the room (Room space for 2 people was very less in the price they offered us.) 2.) Before checking in we made several calls but all our calls went unanswered. 3.) Breakfast and Lunch seemed to be at exorbitant price considering Ibis being 3-star hotel. Although there were variety in their buffet. 4.) Knowledge regarding local Delhi area was less with concerned person at the desk.
