Rooms were clean and very good for the money we spent. We stayed for a short period but the place was very safe and rooms are really good. Place was close to the airport, so if anyone looking for a quick airport ride from the hotel, this place is good. It was around INR180 from a uber car.

No one was available to get the bags and to welcome (We went there around 9:00pm, may be this was the reason but still we were super tired from a long train journey from agra and then a uber drive for 25km). No welcome drinks or anything and the receptionist was with an attitude.

They provide a comfortable, clean room, which meets the expectations you would have from a large chain hotel. It had the most comfortable bed of the 8 hotels I stayed at in India and Nepal. It is close to the airport, (about a 20 minute drive) so convenient if you're flying in or out.

The staff was pleasantly unhelpful at times. They were always acting polite, but either couldn't help or didn't know what to do, and at times it felt like they didn't really want to be there. Perhaps some were new and in training? They were unable to arrange a car to the airport at midnight, though they said they could help me get an Uber. I ordered room service for dinner and it was horrible; the worst food I'd eaten anywhere in India. Well, I couldn't eat it all. However, their breakfast buffet was nice.

Environment is really exceptional. Large .. specious reception lobby with very good buffet lounge...Room very good. AC very cold. Their buffet complimentary breakfast was also very good. Lot of items and good quality foods.. you can order luchi.. egg omlette .. dosa... overall very good breakfast. Reception persons are very helpful. Checking was done in 2 minutes and Checkout was done is 30 sec. Only that it is not close from Delhi... 30 minutes to Delhi... but I choose this because it was very close from Gourgaon..20 min and very close from Airport 15 min but it was very cheap. Next time I will come here again.

I didn't find anything to dislike here.

Excellent Rooms, Brilliant Value for Money, and Great staff. Unfortunately has fewer amenities, and the place around it is also not so great, but once you are in the hotel, you can unwind your day peacefully, and the room is on the 5-star standards. I have been to almost all the five stars in Delhi, so this will undoubtedly be on the top if I see it from the value perspective. Thank you!

Clean well-furnished rooms. Food & buffet spread in all meals were delicious, with adequate quantities served. Friendly & helpful staff.

Double beds were smaller, not King-sized. Only one Non-veg dish was served with buffet meals in lunch & dinner. Dessert had also very limited choice. No swimming pool facilities.

Quite far if want to go sight seeing/shopping around Karol Bagh etc so recommend to split stay between 2 hotels. Very heavy traffic on motorway between Delhi airport and hotel during the evening.

Room service was good. Availability of food at later night and taste was also good. Breakfast range was good and quality of food was also good.

Bathroom lighting and cleanliness may be area of improvement. Rest all was good.

The staff was very attentive and prompt. The food was delicious and available delivered in room free of charge until 4 am. The shower water pressure was amazing. The ac was cool and the bed was comfortable.

Reception staff during evening hours are not sensible

I loved that they had a buffet breakfast and that was optional they also had great menu that you could get via your own cellphone by scanning the barcode. The other wonderful thing was that they had a small library with nice lounge area. They also had a pool table that was available for all guest.

The only thing that I did not like was that the pool table was missing some of the balls so it was not completed for a good game.
