Our stay at the Marriott Resort and Spa was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional hospitality, pristine and spacious rooms, and the helpful and friendly staff.

However, I'd like to draw your attention to a concern. While strolling along the seaside, we noticed a considerable amount of plastic litter, used cans, and disposable glasses accumulated along the hotel. I understand that it's public land, but I believe Marriott can take ownership to maintain the cleanliness of the surroundings. A simple initiative, such as assigning staff to regularly clear this area, would make a significant difference. It doesn't demand extensive efforts, just a willingness to enhance the hotel's appeal by keeping the vicinity clean. I invite you to take a brief walk and observe the situation firsthand – a small effort that could contribute to a cleaner and more appealing environment for both guests and the community.

It was a memorable stay especially travelling with my wife and 2 year old son. The room had a good view and the staff was caring as well. The food was delicious and the chef took personal interest in visiting us at the dinner table and asking for our opinions about the food he prepared. I never saw anyone denying any of our requests. Best part of the property was the location. You can travel east north and south of Goa. Even the ferry boards at the doorstep and you can go for an hourlong ride. If you have kids they can enjoy at the kidsroom. The resort conducts daily activities for kids and that was one parameter that drew me towards booking the property. Overall a fantastic experience

The room sold to us was a sea facing one but we got a partial sea facing one. Only on the intervention of the manager did we get the room changed. But no complaints here.

Thanks to all the hotel staff who tried to make our stay exceptional. We would especially like to thank our guardian manager, Mrs. Delana Pai, for her cordiality, efficiency in solving cases and full professionalism. Delicious food of the highest quality, large selection of dishes, cleanliness and smell throughout the hotel. Large gym, clean pool. We really enjoyed the live concert during lunch and the last evening of our stay in Azur bar where we had lunch and no limit drinks.

The all-inclusive option should include unlimited access to non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Unfortunately, the hotel has a policy of limiting 1 drink per person per day or 4-pack of beer per room per day. Unfortunately, the all-inclusive option by the pool does not work. We missed the all-inclusive option of wine for dinner, which is standard in hotels of this rank in Europe. Lack of prior information about the 9% tax added to massage services, which was a surprise when paying. Fortunately, the lady from the SPA staff canceled this one-time fee.

A nice resort in the middle of the city with all of the facilities swimming pools, gardens, access to the beach, multiple restaurants to choose from including Chef Palai’s restaurant which was great, a coffee shop, and a nice SPA. You can easily go for a walk on the beach along a walkway or through the roads to some of the shops or restaurants/cafes in the city. Most of all an exceptional service and such a friendly staff who are willing to assist and make you feel welcome.

The noise, it is a busy hotel and some guests were loud at night so if you are a light sleeper your sleep would be disrupted by the loud residents walking/talking loudly in the corridors without much concern.

excellent staff who took efforts to make me very comfortable. I had an issue with my patio room which had no view of the bay, one discussion with the staff on ground and they moved me to a different room with a proper view immediately. furthermore, they kept checking on me through the stay and the offered me additional options.

the beach is not so great as it has very noisy tourist boats docking there for business all day . the beach has a lot of trash and plastic which has nothing to do with Marriott but it is just this location. The hotel itself is right on the beach and this cannot get any better, wish the surroundings had been better. maybe Marriott can take up a csr initiative to keep the surroundings better.

Breakfast spread was good. All the people especially Ganesh was very helpful and wonderful to talk to. Dinner spread was good especially desserts.

Nothing specific but chains dangling on outside of room were an eye sore for an otherwise great view of bay. Beach which was I believe communal beach not property specific was very dirty. Special efforts can be planned by Property to own that with collaboration with Goan authority and other corporates. Bay is beautiful. It must be protected at all cost.

The staff: excellent and great service. Mrs. Pai and Anamika at front desk, Harshit at pool bar, Joseph at Simply Grillz (he gave amazing tips on what to do in Goa), Chef Ahana, Chey Shayaan, and Chef Dattaguru, Rajendra Jena, Shreyas, the lifeguard at the pool. All of them took great care of us. They also made it very comfortable for my elederly parent to access all facilities and pool. This place is very family friendly.

They messed up my booking. I had booked a suite but it was not available when I checked in. They gave me 2 rooms converted to a suit. It tirmes out ok, but still left a little irritation. That is why I gave 9 stars and not 10.

George and Nelly Assilian say: A Marriott hotel but the greeting, service & hospitality was above the Marriott standards compared to any Marriott in any part of the world. The staff from top management to all other staff members within the hotel were very helpful & attended to all our enquiries and requests. The food was rich and delicious 😋 specially the Indian dishes. I would definitely recommend to others. Excellent Breakfast spread. Pool was very well maintained. Requested for an extension for 2 hrs 30 mins which they gladly provided for one of our rooms. Staff is well trained & they know how to attend the customers.

Casino in the property is not owned & managed by Marriott. Although, they do not charge the Hotel guests while entering but at the same time the services & place is not up to the mark. It was a bad experience visiting Casino. The services are poor. It is not so that I played & lost.

The room with the patio exceeded all my expectations. It was such an amazing experience that it took me a while to catch my breath. Also, the view from the patio is unrivalled and should be the talking point for all guests travelling to this property.

I couldn't find fault with anything that happened during my entire stay with the property. It may seem clichéd but there's nothing you guys need to change and you should just maintain this incredible standard.
