Apart from great hospitality & food, the highlight of our stay were; 1. Holi celebration at pool side. 2. Personal interaction of GM Mr. Bose with every guest, Ops Manager Vikram's handling, Miss Melrose's affection for our little one. 3. GM and restaurant staff surprised us by arranging special cake cutting for grand maa's 70 birthday. 3. Last but not the least, Swimming pool team Dinesh his fellow attendant and engineering staff Santish's tips to maintain my home pool and its water will be of great help to me. Thank you everyone at Vivanta Miramar Goa. MUST VISIT.

Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet

Though the description said the property was on the beach, it isn’t actually on the beach. It’s across the road from the beach and doesn’t really have the feel of a beach property.

A wonderful centrally located hotel,a stones throw away from Miramar beach. This property is not on the beach but has quick access to the beach separated by a road. The rooms are spacious and my request to allocate my choice of seaview rooms on a higher floor was acceded to and the view from the rooms on the sixth floor are a visual treat anytime of the day and night. Undoubtedly the best thing of the hotel are the staff and I encountered the most pleasant , helpful staff during my stay here. From our speedy check-in by Lithin at the front desk to all others , the housekeeping staff, staff at the restaurant Rohit, Jessica, Soham and others our needs were taken care of. The staff also displayed a demeanour of pleasantness beyond the routine. The restaurant Mynt is airy, comfortable and the the chef does provide a great variety of delectable dishes to suit different palates. There is a pool on the terrace which offer great views of Miramar beach and the poolside bar offers a happy hour promotion of buy one ,get one free from 6 to 9 pm. Certainly would choose this centrally located hotel again .

I wanted to opt for the package of buy one , get one in the privacy of my room but the staff at the bar refused to let me carry my drinks back . I think the Happy hour or buy one get one should be standardised.

I liked Everything !. 1.The early check in with a Smiling n Helpful Navneet . 2.Front desk- ever so ready to help pleasant Prashant. 3.Always on her toes Melrose understanding even before asking her. 4.Anees of poolside who looked after us warmly even on a chilly cold night. 5.Pratik of Breakfast restaurant who looke after us just like a mother. 6.Shriman Suhash.jee Bose G.M.Taj Vivanta Miramar who was so Fatherly to both of us that he made us feel absolutely at home treating us with his personal Motherly care. With a Fantastically Fabulous Super Excellent GENERAL MANAGER like him no doubt his entire team of Security n Doormen right upto himself was All Love -Caring-Efficiency-Hospitality par ex excellence personified. I have stayed in diff.properties all over the world from Canada USA Europe Middle East Asia n Far east but I have NEVER ever felt so attached so Attracted to any property any hotel....ever. Nil.Usually it does happen that you may not like a thing or two in a hotel property but Taj Vivanta Miramar surpassed it all by proving an exception to this fact. Need I say more ? Please go to Goa n experience the heavenly stay yourself.😊

It was a wonderful stay over several days and we were welcomed and treated very courteously and warmly at all times and even had a birthday, which caused joy with an absolutely outstanding surprise in the room. The management, Mr. Singh and Mr. Bose knew at all times how to read the wishes of their guests from their eyes and surprised us several times in an absolutely positive way. The entire staff is highly attentive, very competent and courteous. The cleanliness of the hotel is fabulous and the room service is outstanding. The Indian cuisine is also extremely tasty for European palates. We would come back at any time.

Breakfast was like as usual it was good. A lot of options and on demand breakfast recipes. For a continental breakfast lovers, there were a bunch of options. However, I still felt the taste was bit lagged. I really wish Vivanta management should focus on improving the taste of the food instead of counting only the number of recipes. The terrace view of ocean was good and I also liked the complementary T (Chai) on the terrace in the evening time. I would give 5 out of 5 for the bathrooms. They were so neat, clean, fantastic and I enjoyed every shower in the bathrooms.

What I think could be better is the Vivanta Miramar is felt more like an official stay like. It bit lagged in creating a family friendly environment. When parents come to stay with kids, we expect a bit family friendly like environment. For instance, a friendly reception, pool for kids, play area for kids, etc. I think if Vivanta work on some of these areas, there is no doubt they will become top.

We loved everything about this hotel,..location, service, yummy food and the best part of the hotel was the amazing view from their Terrace,..view of the Miramar beach,..it’s an out of the world experience, especially during the sunset. A special thank you to Somnath for taking special care of us during our stay!! A must visit!!

My mum and I stayed at Vivanta, Miramar for 4 nights. It felt like home away from home! Highlights: - The purpose of the trip was to do a recce of areas where my mum could relocate to. The guidance and advice we received from Hotel Manager, Mr Suhash Bose, and Operations Manager, Mr Vikram Singh was extremely valuable. They took time to sit down with us, on a regular basis, and shared feedback, as well as checked in on how we were getting on with the process. The level of personalised service was exceptional! - A special mention also goes out to (F&B) Arvind, Rohit, Nashi, Amit; (Housekeeping Manager) Lithin, and to Tapan at front desk. Great attention to detail, and if there was a possibility, I would click 7 stars for the service received! Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time!
