The location is very good, the beach is across the road (around 400 meters away), the staff is very polite and ready to help the guests. We stayed only for 1 night. But we definitely will come back to Varanda Do Mar, the next time we're in Goa. I was very happy to see so many female staff in the front office and everyone is very friendly and efficient and polite. The bed and the room were very comfortable and we slept fitfully! I don't like very big rooms. I like it to be cosy and our room was exactly that!

When we arrived, the room was still being cleaned. And when we entered, the room got dirty again because the floor hadn't dried up. But we requested the housekeeping to clean it again whilst we were having our lunch and they did the needful quickly.

We have stayed here at Varanda Do Mar for 9 days. And we find this hotel extremely beautiful, very peaceful and relaxing. Their rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping service is also very nice. They have Sufficient space for Car Parking. The Hotel staff is very friendly, helping, sweet, kind and they provide truly prompt service. Very helpful and well mannered staff. We will really miss you all guys-and yes we assure to come soon back hopefully this November. The breakfast and restaurant food is good too. We stayed there for 8 nights in April 2024 and won't hesitate to recommend Varando Do Mar for very pleasant and peaceful stay nearby to Miramar Beach.

Location 7th floor restaurant/breakfast has a 180o panoramic view of beach Shops close by Airport - GOI - 37 mins Walk to Panaji market in 20 mins or take the Goan bus for 10 INR Staff readily available to resolve issue Tea/Coffee maker facilities asked for fresh milk, front desk obliged General Manager Santosh went above & beyond to resolve issues. Room was recently refurbished. Given choice of rooms before check-in Turned up early 12 noon given room within 15 mins

Sewage smell in the bathroom. However, staff cleaned the bathroom & sprayed a strong freshner. But sadly, it came back by the morning. Front desk also called to check a couple of times and even offered a room change, but I was staying 1 night & it was gone 10pm. So I declined. Property is "sea facing view" beach is 300 yards at the end of the road.

It was so nice. Location were calm and quiet. If you have your own car then its easy to go calangute beach n baga beach . Miramer beach is so calm as you can njoy the beach. Dona paula is also 10 minz drive. Yea traveling to south goa will take 1.3 hrs yet you can njoy the ride. Staffs are so supportive. Bed is comfortable and neet sheets. Bathroom and shower is excellent.

The staff, Bhagyashree gave us an upgrade to a room facing the sea. The room was very comfortable and clean and WiFi quite speedy. The staff at the reception and restaurant were super helpful

The room was really spacious but had a slightly musty odour likley because of being closed due to air conditioning. The restaurant food was average.

Good location in Panjim, near Miramar beach and Dona Paula Room was large and clean.

The room service team was a bit careless. There were plates with wasted food lying in the corridors overnight and well into the morning. The elevator would also smell of food probably because room service staff used it to deliver orders.

Good value for money, we got a room on 7th floor sea view which was pretty good and it was nice to have coffee on the balcony in the morning. Room was really spacious, clean and had everything you might need in a hotel room, plus the shower was great. The road outside is noisy but the noise isolation of the room is spot on so when inside, you can't really hear anything.

Location is a bit out of the way if you are looking to explore main Panjim town area only on foot, but it wasn't a massive issue as taxi price to get there wasn't excessive (they even have a taxi company person sitting at reception to help out), and you can't have it all given the price of the room, which was pretty decent.

Close proximity to the beach. Nice clean location.

Bathroom was very smelly. They had construction going on and main restaurant was closed- this should have been disclosed in the hotel description. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I knew that.

there was this bad odor in the room , polish stains everywhere could be cleaner and yes RAT in the ac duct which spoil my sleep in the early morning
