Cheap room freshners and weird smells in all lobbys. Hair dryer not functioning. No replacement hair dryers. Had a repairman at 9 pm in my room. Pool dind't have towels.

I really liked how friendly and positive the staff were. At security we were always greated with a wonderful smile. Reception were always happy to respond and help with anything. At the restaurant (buffet) we frequently were served by Ganesh and Bajarang who would make sure we try local food, they took a very good care of us at breakfast and dinner. All the staff at the hotel were amazing. We were happy with our stay and if in Pune again, we would consider going to Novotel again.

The only thing I was a bit unhappy with was the smell in the room. It smelled of mould. The windows could not be opened and the venilation system wasn't enough to deal with the smell. Not sure if it was only our room or if it runs through the hotel in general.

This was the 4th time we visited the property and we liked almost everything. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, the view from room was very nice. We specifically liked the food in both buffet dinner & breakfast. We would like to thank the whole team of cooking department along with head chef like always we did for presenting the healthy & yummy food.

In the bathroom, the water got clogged and thus flooded in the whole bathing area. This was very much irritating and not expected from a 5 star brand. All the drainage system needs maintenance in a proper interval and I hope the hotel management will take care of the same. Also, the AC needs maintenance as it got automatically cut when the temperature is above 24 degree. This was very annoying at night when you had to manually start the AC repeatedly during sleep.

Lovely Venue, they gave me a room immediately, Vruthika and Babita were very kind at the reception. Vruthika deserves a special praise for acting very professional when I did a early check in. It is very good hotel in prime location. The breakfast is good and rich with varieties, book the buffet dinner in the hotel, it is really good. Excellent hotel, I should rate this as a top one in Pune

The first receptionist Avanti didn't help me when it was a early check in but Vruthika immediately got things sorted out. Everything is good, very sweet staff and a lovely ambience, clean environment and polite staff. A small suggestion is too many staff in lobby, which could be reduced however I don't know if they are for security purposes.

We liked everything. The rooms provided in upper floor with nice city view, beds were super comfortable, all the amenities were there in properly organized manner. Food was excellent, both healthy and tasty as usual. We got free lounge access during happy hours with complementary food and drinks. As we visited this properly several times within last year, so they treated us with special care. Also, we noticed several tiny things which they improved within last couple of months. Overall, the stay was excellent.

Though all the rooms are sound proof but still, there was some noise at midnight from the adjacent rooms, where some party might be going on and people were shouting loudly. This kind of nuisance at midnight should not be tolerated by the hotel management, which causes sleeping problem to the other boarders.

The location, ambience and staff were unbeatable!! As was the food offered, the pool. I just cannot fault the facilities. I would definitely book to stay here again. The only improvement in my opinion would be to have a full length mirror in the room and some spa facilities. The staff were amazing, especially Babita who was just simply outstanding. Thank you so much for making our stay a home from home.

Everything was good. But as per the 5+star standard, few things could have been better as well. Lights inside the room need to be more.

I stayed on the 8th floor. People have a tendency to keep their used plates, bowls and other utensils outside their rooms on the corridor. It looks quite odd and unclean if those are immediately not removed from there by the house keeping staff, especially when u r walking on the corridor. Colour TV, inside the room, a numer of times I had to call the staff to run the sports channels because they were automatically getting off after running for a few minutes

Basically, the hotel is what you would expect for a new hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom had all the amenities and was in working order. Lots of bottled water as well was provided. The lunch buffet on the ground floor was also quite good. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. Uber worked very well here and a tuktuk was never more than two minutes away!

Unfortunately, when I wanted to extend my stay, the whole hotel was full. Otherwise, everything was pretty fine. It would be nice to have easier access to the Wi-Fi in the lobby, but most places in India make you join the Wi-Fi through some circuitous route.

The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. I particularly loved the luxurious bedding that were provided. Food served in the restaurant was awesome. Every dish I tried was expertly prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The ingredients used were fresh, of the highest quality, and thoughtfully combined to create a truly memorable culinary experience.

The location of the swimming pool. There was no privacy as it is located next to Bar and Gym.

I liked the staff. Special mention of Safina at front desk who helped me with early check-in and also Tanvi who helped me by emailing the invoice copy to me urgently.

I just felt many essential things were not kept in the hotel room. Probably they would have been sent if they were requested but I just felt some essentials like slippers, dental kit etc are used frequently and then you suddenly realize it's not available immediately.
