1) The room is quite spacious 2) The location is very strategic in the city centre and it is close to almost every place in Bandung city 3) The staffs (receptionists and house keeping) are all friendly and polite. Farhan Fajri (housekeeping staff) is helpful and polite. He happened to be cleaning my room when the wifi at my room did not work. He took initiative to report to the receptionist/technician. Then the technician came and fixed the wifi. The following day, I put "do not disturb" sign because I was working all day long outside the hotel. When I came back in the evening, I saw him in the hotel aisle. He noticed I put "do not disturb" and asked if I wanted my room to be cleaned. I agreed. 4) The hotel accommodated my request to print some documents (and it's free of charge). Helpful for those of you who travel for business.

1) The lobby is quite small 2) When I stayed there for 3 nights, there were some problems with the wifi. The staffs were quick to help fix it, but the following day the wifi did not work again. I appreciate their fast response. When I called receptionist and ask for help, the technician came to my room within some minutes, and the wifi connection restored But overall, I recommend staying at this hotel!

My recent stay at Best Western Premier La Grande Bandung was a truly wonderful experience. The reception staff provided a warm and friendly check-in process, while the attentive and helpful outdoor staff added an extra touch of hospitality. The accommodations were not only comfortable and well-designed but also incredibly spacious, providing ample room for relaxation. The hotel's convenient location made exploring the area a breeze. I can't think of anything

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in Indonesia. Everything was excellent, from how welcoming and polite the staff were (reception, doormen, restaurant, and room service) , to the comfort of the rooms - my stay was extremely enjoyable and will be staying here again the next time I return to Bandung. Thank you for having me!

Nothing which I didn't like

The room and bed was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Beyond expectation. The location also great right in the city center, near mall, restaurants, and Soes Merdeka. The best part is the warm water pool. So much fun. Will come again.

- The payment is not automatically cut from credit card. So I have to pay at the reception and I need to bring my booking creedit card. If I change payment method, they will need the release to charge again. So I'm quite worried about double charging. But so far it's okay. - The lighting is quite dim. So it's hard to read and work in the room.

Perfect location.

On arrival the bathroom was not very clean, found long black hair in shower and sink. Windows inside really dirty. Tray in bathroom should be renewed. The entrance door heavy damaged and hard to open and closed. No handtowels available. The door was fixed after reported to front desk. Next morning I have asked room Service for some Hand towels. The room Service then prepared the room and bathroom very nicely. Great Job and no further complain. Breakfast area well secured with gloves, wrapped cutlery, sanitizer and distance control. Food was good. Unfortunally not all was refilled untill end of breakfast time. Service Staff very friendly but some fellt stressed. Security and Frontdesk great.

The stuff are very friendly. We need Sajadah n Mukenah they bring to the room fast no need long time to wait. The hotel bath room is clean.Overal five star. thank you😊

But only the light is so less.Better put another bright lamp at the end of the room example near make up table.

The strategic location, the amazing breakfast with many varieties for all cultures. The hotel staff are exceptional in every aspect as far as my experience is concerned. especially Irma who was really helpful in finding travel information and flight timings and cost to Bali.

The only downside for me, the room windows were built not to be opened. That means there is no way to get a fresh air whilst staying in the room.

The place is right smack in the centre of Bandung. Surrounded by shopping centres, restaurant, hawkers, and in the same location as Soes Merdeka. The price is a bargain considering the size of the room and the strategic location. Room is very clean and well kept. All the staffs are very nice and helpful, as I got my requested room. And even those working in the parking area are very helpful in helping us find a spot to park when it's fully loaded with cars.

Parking space is unfortunately too tight and too small to accommodate all patrons during peak days (weekends), thus one has to be very creative and park wherever there's a space.

not enough parking space, valet service personnel was not around when i arrived so have to park by myself, no soap in room so need to ask manually. When i checked in there was a leftover birthday cake from previous guest on the coffee table which makes me wonder whether my room was properly cleaned or not

The room is spacious. We booked 5 rooms : 1 Junior Suite (very spacious and nice overlooking Tangkuban Perahu mountain), 2 executive rooms and 2 deluxe rooms. All the other 4 rooms are also good and spacious. Hot water for shower and bathtub is good too. The bottle water is provided for free. For suite room, the mini bar is free. Not much but it is good.

The parking lot is small so it’s difficult to find parking. However, the hotel provides valet service for free.
