The location is near the city centre. The hotel is newer than many others. The room is spacious and cozy. The hotel staff and managers from the front desk to the restaurant are very welcoming. The continentals breakfast is great with many varieties. The free rides to major shopping malls and hotel drivers are friendly and smiling face. The GROs are helpful and patient. The hotel offers a good and compatible rate for staying here.

We were on the 2nd floor , and our windows were facing the hotel portico cement roof. it's very hot and glaring sunlight that we had to draw up our curtains during the day.

Its been quite a long while since I stayed here previously and I must say standard is still great!My room is very clean. Toilet is squeky clean too.Bed and pillows as cozy fantastic as ever too! We simply LOVE Aston's breakfast buffet.The fact that all the dishes are tasty is a huge fete as the buffet offers multiple choices of dishes.As we had 3 days to enjoy the bfast,we tried most of the dishes offered and kudos to their chef! My mother in law came in a wheelchair and for 3 consecutive days,Angee and her team reserved for us convenient seatings and that we were very grateful for. I needed to do some printing and front office kindly did it for me.(can't remember his name) but overall experiance at Aston Hotel and Apartment is very worth our money.Highly recommended!

Only that the water in the wash basin runs super slow and water from the bidet is also trickling.I stayed at room 518 so maybe hotel could look into it.Otherwise all is good!

Swimming pool .breakfast

First my family book at resident Aston..is apartment..we reach thr 2pm..and we get the room..all happy and the next morning our master bed room the toilet bowl choke after my pasmortion all smelly in the appt ment..I go down and see frontdest and tell everything..so I get replace the room..and the kettle problem.is spoil..call servicing and send new want..this is my first time book the apartment at resident Aston..and if can the single room put something like hang the cloth and side tables..that I not happy in the single only have 1 bed and 1 pillow..that all..how I want to heng my clothe and need to put thing at side table also dnt have...please look in to it

Shout out to Elly upon checking in..despite there is abit of hickups on the arrangement of the connecting rooms,..Elly did her part by explaining the details to me.. And my special thanks to Tri, I had approached him on the wee hrs of sunday to extend my checking out timing. He is very2 detailed on the details and the best part is he is very patience as me n my husband still discussing on the final check out time. Thank you for the hospitality given from the both of you during my stay in Aston...Hoping to meet and being served by both of you again..and not forgetting the Housekeeping team for Level 7..they were very polite and cheerful..overall much 💜 for Aston...Cheers😍😍😍

We stayed in a 3 bedroom residence. Room is big, clean and spacious. I love the breakfast and the friendly staff. Last but not least, I love the fragrance at the lobby 😊

We stayed in a 3 bedrooms residence. One of the room is so bare. It has only a single bed. It would be good if you could include bedside lamp, simple dressing table and cloth hanging. The toilet is super wet after every shower. I have a 76 year old mum, I am worries about the wet toilet. Can consider shower screen?

The bed and the pillows are super comfy. Location is good and the buffet spread is great.

The dough in the buffet is oily. The drink is sweet. The air con in the master bedroom is not cold and the fan in the other room cannot be flipped. The drainage in the toilet needs to be worked on as the water does not flow down easily. The towel rack in the master bedroom is faulty. When we requested for extra bed, we are surprised to see it in the living room instead of the master bedroom. This leaves one of the guest to sleep alone in the living room.

The breakfast was superb. Wide choices. The staffs were pleasant and friendly. It was our wedding anniversary and had a deal with Ms Aida and her team to have a suprise room deco for my husband. It’s was really a suprise and my husband was very touched and felt so amazing. The deco was very impressive too. Well done Ms Aida and team. Great job.

I guess the rooms need to be touch up with paint in certain places. The walls were dirty and the toilet needs silicon work to be done to cover the black turned silicon. May consider these two points. Otherwise it was a good stay. 👍🙏👏👌

The room size is bigger than the hotels that I have been to in Batam. But what is memorable, is the breakfast feast. They have many food options. Too bad I have a small tummy.

The room flooring. They use tiles. It looks expensive but it's cold and you need to wear slippers. Our room aircon needs service. It's leaky even when the temperature is at 23 or 24. They don't provide hand towels or face towels. Only the bath towels. So it's a little inconvenient especially after i wash my hands i need to search for the tissue

I’m a vegetarian. I cannot take egg, onion and garlic. The hotel breakfast has limited vegetarian food. Lucky for us, Ms Anggita (a hotel restaurant’s staff) noticed that my wife and I are vegetarians and offered to prepare for us a nice plate of vegetarian bee hoon. We really appreciate her outstanding service. Well done, Ms Anggita! Thank you!

The bedroom slippers. They are made from paper and a thin sheet of rubber. The front portion will fold occasionally and cause us to trip. Accident may happen because of this poor quality bedroom slippers. It would be good to change them.

Reception Indra was acceptional. He recognised me at the point of check in and greeted me with a warm welcome. As I am a regular guest, I observed. There is a receptionist that rarely smile and she always gave the impression that hotel guess are troublesome when being approached. Unapproachable and unwelcoming. Aston Batam bellmen are the best first contact. Always the warm greetings, helpful and even address me by my name. That was a pleasant surprise. Overall, good job y'all!! Btw, breakfast has more new menus. Nice!
