The ambience and the availability of smoking rooms. The food has a vast variety as well. Staff are friendly though I did make several requests and a few had to be reminded but all in all they did upkeep to my requests. I got to compliment the housekeeping staffs though, I requested for my room to be cleaned up and they done it in front of me within 5 minutes.

I didn't like that you could hear people making love in the nearby rooms and the vehicles passing by are all quite loud, maybe could do much better with the soundproofing.

Breakfast had a good spread. Most was the Indonesian cuisine. There were some options for Vegetarians too. Fruits were fresh, bakery products were good too.

There was not staff to set up the tables except for laying the matt on the tables, usually the table set up gets you the cutlery, tissue, salt pepper, sugar, creamer on the table. Not a big deal because we could find those things easily. Almost everything was self service, which is common for buffet type of set up. This feedback is just to help improve.

The bed was so comfy! I just didnt want to leave the bed in the morning, had a really nice sleep. Water pressure for shower is powerful. The hotel and the room is very clean. there is a lot of mirrors in the room makes it looks classy. Enough power socket. Staff was friendly. Lobby area is spacious, have enough seat for the guest to have a seat while waiting for transportation (grab/ taxi etc)

My room was facing the road, the noise from the road is very loud, maybe the sound proof at the window side wasn't as good as the other part of the room, still had a good sleep because of the comfy bed. Shower head is mounted and is a bit too close to the wall, not able to adjust the angle, for a bigger body size might have difficulty to bath without touching the wall. Toothbrush provided has a very hard brush. Room was a bit smaller than expected or what we see in the photo. Breakfast with quite a number of choices but the taste was just so so. The graphic on the TV was very blur. Maybe not a good location, nothing much can be reached by walking distance.

The room is clean and nice. Breakfast is reasonable good for the price.

The gym is a bit small, there is only one threadmill machine, I could not execrise with my wife at the same time. The toilets on level 3 do not have washing basin so people wash in the swimming pool. Also, there is no requiremnet for people to rinse before getting into the pool which is quite un-hygienic.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Requested a parking lot and was given once when i went out and came back. The breakfast was great, and my family love the spread. The location was also not too far away from the central.

They have very limited parking lots. I have to do a u-turn to reach the hotel, and it does take a while for me to do the u-turn as there are quite a number of on coming cars at certain time of the day.

Location and value for money but for the food can be better coz egg and fried rice are tasteless. Other than that I like the sambal Merah betawi. Delicious.

The bell door or the one staff that his job to open the hotel and car doors didint do his job properly. Imam i think his name. Papua Florence guy. Sitting around chatting chit chat. MANAGEMENT PRASANTHI please do something. If other guest come with an elderly how? To the bell boy please do your job properly. Welcome the guest with smile. If you cannot do your job give your position to thoose who can work and let other people do properly than you.

Did a group booking for 20pax but despite that, check-in process was fast and smooth. Rooms were decent and clean. Walking distance from shops nearby and easy access to grab/cabs. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable for a good night's rest. Hotel location is quite for peaceful sleep at night. Absolutely love the water pressure in the bathroom! Good selection of food in the breakfast area and food was good.

Rooms facing the main road will be a bit noisier than those facing the back of the hotel.

The breakfast could have some improvement. The selection of food ran out of many things when we arrived, and they didn't bother to replenish them. The coffee was good..., I enjoyed it.

I loved everything about it! It’s my second stay here, and it was a relaxing one. Breakfast was great! Loved the fried chicken hehe. And the pool was nice and cold too; just the way i liked it. The staff were SO SWEET as well!! They allowed us a 15-min extension before checking out upon request to do my prayers. I absolutely LOVE this place, and will definitely come back again and again!

The service provided by the friendly staff is superb! Easily contactable by whatsapp, they helped us to arrange the shuttle bus to nearby malls, and also a ride to the ferry terminal with all our luggages. We don't have to worry about our luggages at all after check-out! Water pressure in the shower is good. Everything during our trip was smooth and comfortable. The breakfast (not inclusive with our room) wasn't too impressive, luckily we only went for 1 day. The hotel is not within walking distance to the malls, but it was easy to get a taxi or grab in Batam so it wasn't a big problem.
