The location of the hotel is close to the city center. Surrounded by eateries, 24-hour convenience stores and various other shops. There is karaoke, a pub and other entertaining facilities. Suitable for group friends. Despite being in a busy area, the atmosphere in the room is quiet and not noisy. The cost of staying at The K Hotel is very reasonable for the price.

The cleanliness of mattresses and sheets can be improved.

One male receptionist very rude and Manager not helpful with no power to make decisions except follow the Rules.All other staff are very courteous. No customers service to on amendment on booking. I booked for 5 rooms all for 2 nights stay and wanted to change 1 room to 1 night only. In properties by times before free cancellation date but no reply. I thought I can inform them in person 2 days before cancellation date as I was in Blitz hotel and I did so. They said I got to make amendments through booking com and refused to help. Even meeting the manager also cannot help and I have to pay for 2 nights charges for 1 nights stay. Will not stay at this hotel and not use booking com anymore if I cannot get refund on this matter. Will also tell all my WhatsApp friends on this story.

This is a smoking friendly hotel, if you are a non-smoker not recommended to stay at this hotel. The bathroom water heater is not warm enough.

It is considered acceptable in terms of price and location due to its proximity to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Many restaurants are within walking distance for visitors.

The sound of motorcycles wakes me up early in the morning because the hotel is surrounded by busy streets.

Friendly Staff, location near to Nagoya Hill Shopping Center and 24/7 mini Mart. Street food available at night at a stone's throw. We initially got a non-smoking room, but the shower was spoiled (no heater). We called the reception and they sent us an engineer in 5 mins. Sadly the heater issue was unable to resolve. We called the front desk, they initially asked us to stay in the room an extra night and that they would find us another the next day. However, they were unable to guarantee the time for room change. Disappointedly, I called the reception again. This time, they agreed to allow us to upgrade to a Junior Suite, but needed us to pay the difference. After much discussion, they agreed to allow us to stay in the junior suite until checkout. The service recovery here is good but can be improved. On our last day, we ordered Kueh lapis, it was delivered to the front desk but the driver forgot to collect payment. Thankfully there is this staff who was able to communicate in Mandarin. He was able to help us to transfer the money to the Kueh lapis company. Thank you for your help! Overall nice stay, will consider returning again. Oh and the smoke smell is not too bad. Could request room service to spray the room before entry.

Well, as expected from the reviews here, the towels are not so clean. However that was not an issue as we brought our own towels. Service recovery for defective rooms can be faster.

I am pleased with the excellent services of the staff especially the receptionists. The location is convenient. Overall I am happy with the K Hotel

Location very convenience. Walking distance to Nagoya Mall. Shop everywhere. Staying for 4 nights, Everyday staff doing housekeeping without being told(automatic).

Hotel is like almost collapse. Everything is run down. Breakfast not much of choice of variety.

I would say with the value i paid for this hotel already up to my expectations. me & family very happy with everything about this hotel, from check in, friendly staff, clear explanation, direction, bed type, we are assigned as closed as possible (the staff have done his upmost best), breakfast, cute doorman, till we check out... all good! Good job!

The shower room come without a glass panel to stop the water from wetting the whole place.

location wise very good close to eateries, shops, mall. can go around look at local life. very spacious room, free drinks in the mini fridge. bathroom clean. overall, can book again if come to batam.

you cannot borrow iron, instead the housekeeping will help you iron for a small fee. but the outcome not very satisfying. however, this is not affecting the overall satisfaction of staying here 👍

The breakfast was adequately served with a reasonable variety of choices. The location is near to mini markets, restaurants, shopping mall. food peddlers, pharmacy and hospital.

None to comment as the hotel is already providing the best value for money. 2 thumbs up!
