The property is nicely located close to the harbor, and has some other perks around as yoga studio right in front of the property, and obviously lots of good venues. It is nice at night as you can hear waves splashing, giving this extra essence of staying on a tiny island. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

As for now (December 2024) there’s a construction right in front of the property. Making it quite annoying to spend time in the hotel during the day. As well as using the pool, cause you’ll be right next to the construction. So when you plan the trip, make sure you check if such thing would bother you, or if the construction is already finished.

Staff were incredible and always so helpful. Laundry was taken care of next day turn around weather dependant for IDR 35k per kilo You could hire bikes for IDR 50k per 24 hours Great location close to the harbour and also the main road, enough distance apart to not be in the main strip. I was originally in a double room but it needed a deep clean and I didn’t feel comfortable staying. I was taken seriously and moved to a bungalow of which was much better.

As a whole for the price I feel some light upgrading needs to happen. Definitely fresh coat of paint as the whites have taken a beating with the humidity of the island. The pool was great, however perhaps clean up overgrowth around the loungers and tables so they can easily be used :)

We fell in love with 7 seas from the moment we arrived. The staff will go above and beyond for you! Special shoutout to hertie and camel. We had minor issues with our room during our stay and they were fixed straight away with no issues. The rooms are lovely and clean and extremely comfortable ! Location is beautiful on the edge of the sea. Lovely for seeing the sun set (not properly wrong side of the islands) but it’s great with a cocktail! There is an onsite restaurant ocean breeze - which we had breakfast/ dinner ot drinks at everyday. The staff are exceptional and a massive shout out to Sadi who went truly above and beyond for us and made our stay. We absolutely loved it !!! The food is also incredible very fresh ajd very reasonable! The best chicken and mushroom pasta we’ve ever eaten! And the eggs Benedict for breakfast is lovely !!! We extended our stay for longer as we loved it so so much!

The manager, Putu is a true GEM. She was extremely welcoming, accommodating and very helpful - she even helped me with purchasing my return ferry ticket. The room was very spacious, including the bathroom! It had decent space to hang your clothes and there was also a hanging rack in the bathroom, which was great for hand washing items. There was a private sitting area outside of the room, which was also really nice. 7SEAS is a very short walk to the beach and on the "sunrise" side of the island, so it was an easy walk to catch the early morning sunrise on the beach. Also, bike rentals on the property!

I think the outside furniture could have had cushions to make the seating more comfortable. And the beach towels could have been more plush / bigger. Also, I think the coffee in the room could have been better as well.

The place has two beautiful pools and a restaurant where we always ate very well and fast. It also has a spectacular breakfast. Lots of options to choose from! The shower came out hot and with decent pressure. There was maid service every day. They also rented bicycles on site and the staff was very helpful.

Room number 7 where we stayed had two single beds pushed together (and the mattress was very very hard) and a refrigerator that did not work (the cable was cut). Also wifi wasn't working in the room.

The location is great, close to amazing beach and the harbor with some good restaurants. The room was clean, would have appreciated some shower gel. great to have filtered water in the lobby and corridors.

during check-in we were not told much about the property- where would breakfast be served, is there laundry service available etc. later on we found out by ourselves about yoga lessons which take place on the hotel grounds. it would have been very helpful if the receptionist gave us more information.

Our whole stay was very pleasant. The team was very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and willing to help. The food was insanely good, the service was efficient and fast. We felt welcomed and well taken care of from our arrival until we left. Plus the resort is quite close to the harbour which made it even I definitely recommend 7Seas Cottages to the ones wanting to stay on Gili Air.

The only minus I want to mention is the strenght of the lightbulbs in our cottage. It was a bit dark, but as I said, it is but a very minor detail to our whole experience.

cute cottages in rustic beach style perfect for the type of holiday we were on - we could step onto the porch and see the sea. we rented bikes from the hotel and were out for the majority of the day, diving, snorkelling and enjoying the beach. they have a movie night right on the beach which is great for a chill evening. Gili Air is a special mix of holiday resort and real community.

the bed is a little on the hard side, we are tall so we kept knocking our heads on the low hanging woven lampshades. the room could use a few hooks to hang up wet swimwear.

This property is in a great spot, very close to the harbour, but not super busy. My room was spacious with good air con & a mosquito net, HUGE bathroom with a good shower (nice pressure and hot water). Easy walk to everywhere, even with bags in tow. The small fridge was very useful. The pool was great with multiple depth levels to swim or relax, plus a few sunbeds & umbrellas for shade.

Nothing. It was great & I'd happily return.
