The open shower/bathroom was very nice, people were very nice and super kind, all very helpful, nice bungalow very central place next to the main street with shops and harbor, but as the island is small beaches and snorkeling places are also reachable within a 10-15 minutes walk. Great diving spots around the island, very good teachers for diving lessons and the breakfast was always good. Free coffe and tea in the lobby reception area :)

a very important point: no moscito net in the shower/bathroom, so sitting on the toilet is uncomfortable cause the moscitos come even in the dark and with moscito blocker, so please as already mentioned in other comments put a moscito net on the top of the shower to cover the bathroom! -it takes time to prepare the breakfast

Though this is a dive resort, we weren’t diving and still really enjoyed our stay here. The location is really convenient, it’s literally one minute’s walk from the ferry drop off. This was important for us as we didn’t want to use the horse carts. There are two pools to choose from which were usually pretty quiet. The sister cafe/restaurant is lovely but expensive. The complimentary breakfast is served there but the options are massively reduced so if you want a coffee, juice, or breakfast from the full cafe menu, you have to pay again. The room itself was pretty basic but clean and with good air con. The WiFi was also good and didn’t drop out. You can easily walk to all the restaurants and the beaches are about 10-20 minutes walk away (the best snorkelling spots anyway). Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby was a nice touch too.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the outdoor bathroom but they can’t really help that. The bed was pretty hard and actually a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast options were quite limited (lime, watermelon or papaya juice - had to pay extra if you wanted orange, for example).

great location, right at the Wharf, amazing access to restaurants and groceries and easy location for kids to wander in and out (teenagers). comfortable for family of 6 if you don't mind sharing a bathroom. was a little like being away camping all together. great bonus having breakfast included. great cool air-conditioning and shampoo and conditioner available, which was a life saver with all the swimming.

The internet access was poor in the bungalow and at some dining areas within the resort, yet it made the kids sit outside to use their phones so not all bad. just meant we couldn't always receive messages from planned activity etc when in the rooms. mattresses were very hard but didn't bother us, and would have loved ice tube trays.

Lovely, spacious family villa, right next to the pool and restaurant for breakfast. Everything kept clean and tidy. My daughter loved the pool! Fantastic location, within walking distance of restaurants, shops and ferry. Bike to everything else. Great for divers (we did a refresher course and it was really well run). Tasty breakfast and super friendly staff.

Our villa was at the end of the resort, so we were right next to the restaurant‘s kitchens and the island’s main street. It was really noisy in the evenings up until 10pm (music from the bars), then you could hear everything going on in the kitchens from 6.30am. It didn’t really bother us, but it might bother light sleepers.

Excellent location. 1 minute walk from the pier when you arrive, and next to the main shopping street. The staff was very friendly and their level of English was pretty good.

Our house was next to a karaoke bar (3x a week till late), we did not have WiFi in our house, only by the pool and reception. Breakfast was nice, however the coffee was not good and we only had one option (Lombok coffee), and had to pay extra for an americano or cappuccino.

The location is fabulous, right outside the harbour station. Inspite of being a dive resort busy with people coming in for diving, the cottages have privacy. Room was decent spacious, bathroom was pretty big. Staff is very helping. Inhouse restaurant is good place to chill. Many shops and restaurants are nearby.

Nothing major, checkout time of 11am is little early. Going to Bathroom has steps so at night need to be careful.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent and restaurant was nice. Location was good, next to the port and close to the beaches and restaurants. The pool was also clean and right temperature.

The bathroom door doesn’t shut completely so during the night it allowed for some mosquitoes to come in. But the hotel offers mosquito repellents. WiFi was a bit slow.

The experience in Ocean5 resort is amazing and it’s so close to Harbour. Ono, Chelle, Azkia, Tegar, and other staffs are really helpful and always smiling. You will find a good vibe here no matter just staying or diving. Also, my AOW instructor, Yunus, is a professional, cute yet funny guy. He tried many ways to improve my skills. If you wanna have a good learning environment throughout the course, Yunus is definitely your best choice. And Sury was our fun dive DM, a professional, caring and thoughtful guy. Immaculate rooms and facilities. The whole place is very well maintained. Central location, right across from the harbour where the ferry arrives. Easy to walk up the Main Street to the village where there are lots of delicious restaurants serving traditional food. We had some of the best Indonesian food we have ever had in the local Warungs. Easy to walk to the snorkelling spots on the east coast or the white sandy swimming spots on the west coast. The pool is beautiful and very clean. There is a choice for breakfast and good espresso coffee at the resort cafe at an additional cost. The diving is well organised the guides are very professional and experienced and the visibility was exceptional 30m+

Lovely place to stay. Well-located on the island. Two swimming pools which get good sun and shade. Good breakfast options. Close to restaurants and cafes but pretty quiet at night. Also a great spot to do your PADI course (Tama was the fantastic instructor who lead the course).
