I highly recommend anyone to stay at the Vamana Resort. We stayed 6 nights. We were all sad when we had to leave. It felt like home. I toured around for 3 weeks all over Bali and this was my favorite place the whole trip. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I can not express how much we loved the staff there. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was awesome. AND its right across the street from the beach. It has the best location- corner store next door, spa down the street and the best restaurants walking distance and you can rent a bike at the front desk and you can tour all around the island. The area is quite which is nice because if you wanted to party it up the party places are just a short bike ride up the street. 10/10

There was nothing I would change. I enjoyed everything.

The hotel is just near the beach, with access to great snorkeling places and a chance to see turtles and many colorful fish. It is also relatively close to the port. It is situated on the main road on the east side of the island. There are many eating options and other facilities, e.g., spa centers around. The hotel has a short belt of beach with its own deck chairs and umbrellas. The breakfast is adequate as for a relatively small hotel. It also has not too large but a reasonably deep swimming pool that is rarely used by hotel guests so that one can have it practically for oneself. The staff is polite and helpful, and they also arrange travel options or snorkeling trips. Generally, rooms are large enough, with comfortable beds and solid room service. They also have a black resident cat (like most places in Gili), which could be an advantage for people who are cat lovers.

We were three people so to have a a comfortable stay we had to book two rooms, which significantly raised the total cost of the accommodation. But it is not a fault on the side of the location.

Absolutely loved staying at Vamana resort. The staff were so lovely and really looked after us well. The rooms were large clean and very comfortable beds. With lovely smelling towels! The location is perfect. Great turtles and snorkelling right off our beach, with own deck chairs for Vamana and the staff delivering any food and drinks we wanted. We hired bikes for our stay and could easily ride to the sunset side of the island or down to the bars etc. thanks for a lovely holiday.

Vamana Resort - CHSE Certified is a place that truly deserves the highest praise, mainly thanks to its incredible staff! A special thank you goes to Jackie, who was not only polite and always smiling but also showed exceptional care and professionalism in a difficult moment. My husband got injured while snorkeling, and Jackie immediately stepped in, offering assistance and providing everything needed to take care of him quickly. Thanks to him, we felt well cared for and at ease during this stressful situation. The hotel itself is perfectly located—close to the port, which is very convenient, and just a step outside, you can start snorkeling in the beautiful reef. Encountering colorful fish and majestic turtles was an unforgettable experience. However, it was the service, especially Jackie, that made our stay truly exceptional. If you’re looking for a place where you can enjoy the beauty of nature and rely on outstanding care, Vamana Resort is the perfect choice!

It was great to wake up every morning and have a wonderful breakfast with Yoseph as our wonderful host! The beach was directly across the street and you can rent bikes to go around the island. Was a perfect location to be away from the party areas but close enough to walk to them when in the mood to party.

We didn't know they had a menu for lunch and dinner till we were leaving or we wld of had more dinning there.

The location is great being on the quieter NE part of the island & opposite a nice little beach with good snorkeling & turtle spotting. Rooms are a good size & buffet breakfast was tasty & plentiful. We loved that breakfast went until 11am as we could do a morning activity (surf, yoga or snorkel) & still be back in time for breakfast. Staff are so friendly & helpful. Thanks Jackie and all staff. We had a great time in Gili T.

A bath mat is needed as stepping out of the shower onto tiles is slippery. More pool lounges. Lots of guests smoking by the pool & in the restaurant, unfortunately this was a problem everywhere in Gili T.

Location - close enough to the action and far enough to be quiet. The basic facilities were very well presented. The staff were very personable and ensured we had everything we needed Breakfast was everything we needed Beach was across the road

Unfortunately the photos of the beach restaurant were out of date and should not have been used on booking.com The photos looked impressive (large bamboo structure on the beach), but this was removed some time ago). However there are plenty of options nearby that we used instead.

This is the perfect spot on Gili T if you’re looking for a more laid back vibe that’s still within a 5-10 minute walk of the main area. It was quiet, private and steps away from the beach! There are bikes and snorkel equipment available for rental and we saw turtles daily. Excellent pool & because of the smaller size of the property it never felt overcrowded. The highlight though is the staff! Jacki goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy during your stay. The entire staff was so friendly and pleasant to interact with, not mention funny! I didn’t want to leave and will definitely items be staying here again in the future.

Truly can’t complain!

The owner and the staff was just so nice and helpful all the way! Due to bad weather all the boats were cancelled and we were stuck on Gili T and didnt reach our plane to Vietnam. They did everything they could to help us in the situation and we could get all the extra nights we wanted. The breakfast was nice and the guys always welcomed us in the morning. Very clean and quite but close to everything. My best stay so far on my travel in Indonesia. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we will definately stay at Vanama again next time we go to Gili T, it felt like a little familiy and I already miss it!
