loved everything! the location is at the best restaurant, free bike use, up the road from turtle point, the clearest water for snorkelling and seeing turtles, & next to mini golf hehe the staff were the best! shoutout to Yudi & the staff made us feel so welcome! he even went out if his way to return our plug adaptor after we left! what a legend

It's bit off the main road which means it's quiet and you don't hear loud prayer call all the time which you might near harbor. You have to use horse cart of you have luggage as it's half an hour walk from the ferry. You get a welcome drink and warm welcome which is really nice. Room has free snorkel and beach towel to use during your stay which is very much appreciated. Snorkel is of very good quality. They give free water bottles in glass not plastic which is plus to environment and they refill it every day. Open bath is nice but can get bit dirty would be nice to have scrape available to clean it so you don't have to slip. Breakfast was basic but good. They have bicycles rental which is odd market price but if you go around town you can negotiate for better price. Same goes for booking tickets to other islands or to Bali.

Open bathroom can get bit messy, would be nice with better anti slippery mats. More vegan options in menu would be great.

Where do I start? Everything was perfect. Impeccable cleanliness, clean sheets and towels, no dust, no ants in the room, they even clean the windows. Comfortable bed, with extra pillows, AC works. Loved the outdoor shower. Jali crew really take care of the place and of the guests, they are friendly and welcoming. Clean pool, every room have their own sunbath chair. Breakfast was delicious. The food in the restaurant was amazing and good portion. Bikes can be rented there for a good price. Exceeded my expectations, and it felt like little paradise. We decided to extend our stay in Gili T and as soon as they had availability we came back. Highly recommend.

Leaving

The staff were very nice, easy check in/out, free bike rentals. Great food from the restaurant and loved that we could order to our room.

A couple of bugs got in probably from the open top bathroom, but to be expected.

The restaurant is incredible, the food was delicious and it has a good range and such a lovely vibe. The staff are always very friendly and keen to help. The pool was refreshing although pretty much always in shade. Air con in rooms works well and rooms are spacious.

Unfortunately the wifi is not great. We basically had to use our 4G the whole time as it was so slow and unstable. Even in the restaurant area I couldn’t download anything. The location is a bit far from the port, it’s not a problem except for arrival or departure day is a long walk with bags. But otherwise a great location to get around the island.

The room was fresh and decorated nicely and had a small fridge! It had lounge chairs outside your room and a nice outdoor bathroom. The staff were very nice and helpful plus the restaurant had good food at a reasonable price! I tried to extend and would definitely recommend to others.

The location is at the end of the east side of the island so a ways from the dock if you have much luggage… the sunset was on the other side but I like to walk. The pool does not get much sunshine. It’s private and quiet because of its location.

The staff is super friendly and the room is perfectly clean and looks exactly as in the pictures. Every morning we got 5 different options for breakfast and we also tried some of the other dishes from the menu for dinner there. Everything was very tasty. You could rent a bike via the hotel for a day and that way explore the whole island. To sum up, we really enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to come back soon!!

If we want to find something to criticize, maybe the pool could be cleaned of the leaves a few more times a day, but it still was very clean in general!

I enjoyed the excellent attentiveness of the staff to the room, at breakfast, dinner as always so helpful and welcoming with lovely smiles. Delivery of food to room or banana lounge with no extra charge as only a short walk. I really appreciated the ambience and style of the frangipani trees either side of the pool and all one level. No dangerous steps to worry about the room and bathroom. Rooms were well looked after with mosquito spray applied at entrance each day after bed changing. Building on one level which is unique, exquisitely interesting and very welcoming. A highly recommended resort.

Bread such as French and German choices need to be implemented. The bread is below par for a popular restaurant. There needs to be installed a metal step ladder into pool as tiles at each end can be very slippery, unsafe and difficult to easily access water. New items need to be added to menu as only Asian style food is available and one needs to have choices and of the various Indonesian, Malay, Thai and Vietnamese there are no other meal choices which is very interesting but the palate needs an occasional different taste.

Although it was a little away from all the main bars. There were plenty of bars and restaurants all along the beach front. 20 mins walk to the busy bars didn’t seem far away but also meant it was quiet so you could get some sleep. The staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. It was clean. The pool was mostly shaded, so if you wanted sun you would need to head to the beach which is literally 5 mins away. The restaurant food was absolutely amazing and was always busy. Would recommend it as a nice hotel nearer the centre. There were nicer hotels but they were all over the other side of the island and a good hours walk so if you want to be close to it all but have a nice hotel, this is the one.

The pool was too shaded but was still lovely.

Wifi is not very stable in the room. When we checken out there was a man with many questions about the payment. I have said have a ready paid with booking.com. The bicicles are not free, and very old bikes, really no comfert. When register the booking. There was writen that bicicles are free? But the man when Checked Said that we should pay for them. Per day.
