The staff were amazing. All our requests were meet. Whether we needed extra water, an extra vacuum of the room, a screw driver so we could replace some batteries in my sons toy. They went above and beyond. Also location was superb. Across the road from the beach, and on a busy street of market stalls, a few restaurants, bars and day spas.

There was nothing not to like. Some suggested improvements would be to add a pool bar (the ones actually in the pool). Add a few more interesting cocktails to the happy hour menu. Also a shuttle bus to and from kuta would be handy.

Pullman has the best buffet breakfast around. The location is close to everything as well. The grounds are pretty and gardens are nice. Customer service is great. Stayed here a couple of times though and you never seem to get an early check in. Always 2pm.

Like several other hotels in Bali at the moment the Pullman needs some renovations. It's certainly not 5 star, rooms are tired, infinity pool needs a revamp, lifts not working. It's a decent hotel but currently the price and star rating are too high for what you actually get.

Bogan Parents who let their obnoxious un-couth children run around in the infinity pool bar area like they were at home when there is a family kids pool. People who turn up for breakfast wearing singlets or topless.

checkin was extremely slow this time around. no lines / just slow staff who did nothing know what they were doing. The pools could be a lot cleaner

Loved the breakfast - so many options and fresh fruit every day. Loved that it went on until mid-morning. Loved the seating outside and the gracious staff who were attentive to all our needs. Stunning. Also fantastic open space for families and children to play if they weren't swimming. The staff who attended the rooms were very quick to respond and, again, so gracious.

The rooms facing the large family pool are all very dark, the bathroom and air-con had a very strong smell and the bed was very hard - all issues that I understand the renovations will take caree of in 2024.

we had the one-bedroom premium suite on the ground floor. The room is very spacious and recently renovated. the receptionist gave us the ground floor room because I’m pregnant (very attentive 😊). it’s located in front of the pool and nearby the restaurant area. the bed is very comfortable, living room is nice and cozy and the bathroom is spacious.

Due to COVID restrictions some of the facilities are still closed: spa and kids club. but there many spa around the hotel and my son loved swimming so this was not an issue. the shower handle was broken, it would be nice if the is repaired (not clumsily being put back). it didn’t give us too much discomfort though.

Loved the location, and the ambience of the hotel and its grounds. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly whenever we needed any assistance. Great sized room and bathroom. We also loved the rooftop pool, was a great atmosphere and view up there. Breakfast buffet was great too!

The lighting in the rooms is not enough, there needs to at least be a lamp or something that can provide actual bright light in the room itself (bathroom lighting is great!) The power point next to the light switch also didn't work when the lights were turned off which didn't make sense.

Parents who let thier children run wild expecting others to put up with thier children who have not been taught respect or manners in public places main adult areas. Bogans dressing like a backyard bbq in the eating areas

This is not our first time. we've been staying in Pullman every time we went to Bali in the last 10 years. As always, the room was spacious, clean, good breakfast, nice pool, Great kids club activities (the boys love it so much), the gym was good, beach is just across the street.

The traffic access to the location is bad as it is near by the beach walk mall. and there's only 1 other option to access the property (through jl. bene) which also narrow. But compare to any other hotels in the same street, i rated pullman as the best value for money The room start to get tear, (TV rack, bathroom area, door) still acceptable, but might be broken if not renovated in the next 6-12 months.
