Excellent location and extremely comfortable bed

The sun lounges were way to low, we bought the ones from the sun deck down each day as they were higher and you could adjust the backs. They also need some type of lounge cushions so it would make your relaxing time around the pool much more comfortable

I have been staying at Zest on and off for years. It's one of my favourite places to stay when I'm travelling alone or for work. It has good WiFi, good aircon, great location, it's clean, the pool is stunning and private and usually not too busy, the staff are so friendly and the rooms are great if you need to work as they have a desk and chair with PowerPoints etc. I also loved the Mango Daquarie I had on Friday - best one I ever had!

I can't fault anything really. It's perfect. For this price point, it's amazing!

The hotel location is very good: 10 min from the beach, a lot of cafes near. Roof pool is also good, can make lots of Instagram photos. Nothing unexpected in rooms, very soft mattress. Breakfast wasn't buffet as usual, but daily suggestion from the hotel, each morining breakfast was different.

Near the hotel there is a bar with announced daily drag show (good by the way), but it's lound in the rooms till late at night (in case you want to sleep). For those who want party won't be a problem i guess.

Perfect rooms for solo travellers or a couple of two. Central to everything, walking distance to beaches, shopping, bars and restaurants. The rooftop pool was exceptional and with $4.5 cocktails there’s nothing to complain about

The only thing I could fault about the whole stay was the bed. Was a big dip in the middle but after nights out on the piss it wasn’t much of a worry

The rooftop pool was amazing. Had a great view, great temperature of the water, lovely pool to swim or relax in. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They let us stay later on our last day as we didn't fly out until late, and we only had to pay half of the already very cheap price. The bed was very big and the spa offerings direct to your room was a great offer for reasonable prices. This accomodation had great value for money and was so close to bars, restaurants, shops, and best of all, the beach (it's just down the road from both Legian and Double Six beaches).

The food from room service wasn't the best tasting unfortunately. Not bad, just not the best. The margherita pizza had sweet ketchup as the base, which was very bizarre. The room was very small, we could barely fit our suitcase when closed ad kept kicking it or the bed whenever we were moving around/leaving the room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, I had to keep turning over as my hips would start to hurt after 30ish minutes. Due to their being no balcony or anything, you had to either go downstairs, or to the rooftop, to have a cigarette. I understand no smoking in the room, yuck, but at least having an open area on each floor would have sufficed, especially late at night.

Very friendly staff, well maintained,clean nice smelling elevator and the location isn’t too bad.

Bed sheets weren’t 100% clean and if you want a quiet night in the little bar across the road can get a bit noisy but we loved our stay any way.

I liked the hotel since the begining they open i always stay in Zest even my husband liked so much the Zest,nice spot and very good location. See you on September 🙏

This time a bit dont liked with staff of Jean & bar especially the girls,maybe because im local they choose more western to serve them,before i always talk with staff name Gloria and the other girl but shes not there anymore,but its ok i dont want destroy my holiday after 2 years and 5 months stuck because covid-19, but soon back to normal. Thanks to all during my stay im enjoying the hotel,a bit enjoy the bar during the breakfast 😑 see you on september🙏

Staff is the main thing in Zest. All so polite and mannered, but, above all else, friendly. They talk to you, want to know about your life, are incredibly hands-on. Lidya, Ratna, Arya and Dwi, to name a few, are the best people to talk to at the Zest. All staff is incredibly well-trained but not only, they are great people!

The neighborhood has a lot of loud bars at night.

Restaurant food, friendly and helpful staff

The fact that the pool was out of service for 2 months and I was only informed once the free cancellation had expired. If I had of been told this at the time of booking or before the free cancellation expired, I would not have stayed there. The noise from Sendok Ema's across the road was very loud.
