I liked the room, breakfast and the swimming pool. The breakfast had many choices. The coffee was superb. they had 2 pools. and the pool view was awesome. Liked their staff as they were so friendly.

The room with garden had lots of mosquitos. Bathroom should have bidet for easy use. certain things like pipe and showers have to be replaced as i found a little rusty and old. the breakfast area was very hot even in the morning. They should have fans' or coolers.

The food was great! The staff amazing! Massage lovely!

Mosquitos and the fact we had a pram and they didn’t have ramps or elevators. The ramp was in construction but can’t put family on second or third floor without elevator.

we were charged for a broken glass despite spending a considerable amount on accommodation, additional dining and tips , seems one sided and mean sprited

The hotel is clean and well kept. The gardens are immaculate. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and beach front area. We were grateful for the room upgrade for our long stay that was arranged by reception staff member gunsri. Would like to also mention the delicious rosella tea that was offered on our arrival.

Limited food options and the cost was comparatively quite high. We noted that there were some individuals who arrived early in the morning to the pool area to book up to 5 or 6 sunbeds only to disappear for hours which we didn't think was fair by others.

The main hotel building was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The Reception team are welcoming (delicious welcome drink!) and the check-in was simply. The main building is Balinese in style yet modern, clean and spacious. The poolside is a highlight. Plenty of sunloungers and sunbeds even though it could be busy, with a poolside restaurant, ice-cream parlour and piped music. The beach however is not the best - there is no sand right next to the beach (instead there the hotel has a little sand terrace with sunloungers), there was jellyfish in the sea and the water itself has lots of floating twigs. All the hotel staff was friendly, welcoming and so attentive. There are many warungs within easy-walking distance of the hotel so that you can have meals outside of the hotel.

We had a room on "the other side" of the main building, across the road, also known as the Garden Wing. Crossing the road to go to the main building for breakfast and the main pool is not a problem nor inconvenience - there is a security guard stationed at the road at all times to stop the traffic so that you can cross safely. The Garden Wing has its own pool, children's pool and bar. However the rooms in the Garden Wing have not been refurbished for a while and this is clearly reflected in the price of the rooms here. Whilst clean, the rooms are old and tired, and do not reflect the 5-star rating of the main hotel and facilities.

The yoga and activities being held in a very public area where the diners in the dining area could watch . I didn’t partake for this reason . I was mortified have pointed out to us that there was a drinking glass broken in our villa . we were charged Aud $8.00 for that . considering we had eaten in house daily ,used room service and were happy to tip and our final bill paid was well over $2,000 being asked to pay for that comes across as mean spirited an ungracious.

Our poolside rooms were facing the kids pool ? The 2 pools across from the main hotel had been renovated nicely, always a deck chair available. Breakfast was pretty good with the normal selection you would expect. Staff friendly and engaging, the security guys stopping traffic so you could have breakfast were always great.

We had 2 rooms 436-438 which were Ok, Bathrooms need a refit and redesign, as you can sit on the toilet and lick the glass. At times the corridor between the rooms the doors slamming would wake or startle you. The corridor tiled floor was dirty not washed the 3 days we were there.

There are marts and convenience stores and small restaurants/cafes nearby to eat

Compared to other hotel prices in the same area - its stunning! Its spacious and very relaxing! The breakfast was great and the area where the breakfast is served is just amazing! Loved every single minute- the staff/ service is just top notch and couldn’t be any better! Narni from the spa area held my 3 year old daughter and played with her for a long time! Alot of water sports can be done at a reasonable price and the pool infront of the beach was fantastic!

I would only say that they need to spray the rooms as there was alot of mosquitoes.
