Very close to the beach and the fancy resorts. Professional and friendly staff.

We took Deluxe room thinking that this one is going to be better but it’s the same like the regular one. Room a little bit too small and bad smell in the bathroom.

What attracted me to this place, was the bedding and the elegance netting around the Bed. The staff were very welcoming and warm. It was nice to see and meet the manager, who was just casually walking around greeting guests Very Quite and Peaceful Room, clean every day. The Villa is absolutely stunning, pool was great and the Bathroom very nice.

Hands down one of the best accomodation I have rented for work related purpose (and do I travel A LOT). My colleagues and myself really appreciated the warm welcoming after 20hrs + journey to the island. Amazing staff, very available, extremely friendly and helpful. Roomy and comfortable rooms, with a nice design. Great and affordable menu options, both for breakfast (different choices: Balinese, continental, etc.. from a la carte) and other meals, variety of juice (and other) cocktails and attention to detail in the presentation of food. The resort is a bit away to the bigger Hotels "estate" in Nusa Dua (but very close, 5 min or so drive), which allows one to really relax at the end of very busy days, away from the hustle and bustle. Reception was always available to assist for calling metered taxis. Highy recommend using the spa services (massage) if you can find the time. The final attention was providing me with access to room for an end of afternoon final shower (as I had to check out at noon due to resort being fully booked), which was hugely appreciated before heading out to the airport.... Will most definitely recommend and will come back again, this time to enjoy a villa with family if I get the opportunity.

We really loved our stay at La Berceuse - the hotel is nice and spacious, spread out around the restaurant and the pool. My room was large with a lovely bed (and mosquito nets), clean bathroom and balcony for having a drink before dinner! The staff were incredibly kind and ready to help with whatever we needed. The restaurant was open early till late, with lovely coffee available outside of meals also. Overall, fantastic value for money to be honest.

Genuinely nothing bad - might have been nicer to a bit closer to the beach, but the hotel ran a free shuttle so really can't complain.

The resort is amazing! There are some lovely beaches around that are very worth visiting. The staff was very professional and helpful. Beautiful decor as well. Great food at the restaurant, which made us to be regulars.

You have to know that Nusa Dua is pretty much a resort location, so outside of the resorts it is not similar to the rest of Bali. Getting taxi rides proved to be quite challenging so having your own car or planning it prior with the hotel or drivers is recommended. Also, if you are using an Esim you should know that they might not work at the area, which could just be me but it is worth-noting.

All the staff were most helpful, especially Yogi, who went out of his way to accommodate our every need. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the dining room daily, which is situated right next to the main pool and surrounded by beautiful gardens. We took a two bedroom villa as we were travelling with our children, and the room was worth every cent. Kids loved the private pool and we loved the privacy of having 200m2 to escape into. Free shuttle at 11am every morning to the beach or Bali Collection (which is looking almost deserted after Covid), with pick up at 3pm by the gorgeous Yogi.

The mattresses are a little firm for my liking. There was a bad odour from the drain in the downstairs bathroom which came and went. The road works happening on the main road for the upcoming G20 summit stopped us from being able to walk/ride to the beach which was a shame, but we just caught a Bluebird Taxi.

Loved the size of our pool at the villa and the outside kitchen area with fridge and TV. The bathroom was beautiful and a lovely size and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very helpfull. The food was lovely Loved that we could have our breakfast delivered to the villa to eat at a nice sized table. The rooms were cleaned nearly every day to a high standard. Fresh towels were provided in our rooms and also towels specifically for pool use. It was very peaceful. There was a free shuttle bus from the hotel to either the beach or a nearby shopping complex Bali Collection.

The cushion on the outside settee needed either cleaning or changing as it smelt a bit. We had to use a towel to sit on.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The service was great and hotel and surrounds are beautiful. The included breakfast options were very generous and delicious. Complimentary push bikes and shuttle service is great. Offered a delicious welcome drink and complimentary 15min massage.

The lunch and dinner menu at their hotel restaurant were very average. The rooms are comfortable but dated - the bathroom fixtures and soap bottles all had blue stains on them due to acidic tap water in Bali. Nothing too major that takes away from a comfortable and great stay.

The place is beautiful! The grounds and rooms are lovely, clean and utterly relaxing. We loved the staff. Hans and Yogi were super helpful with chaotic arrivals, last-minute activity bookings, and just local tips and pointers! Everyone -- from the dining staff to the spa to the housekeeping -- was super kind and sweet. The food in the restaurant was pretty good too! We liked our meals and the spa was decent.

There were a few funny things in the room itself. The mosquito netting, though beautiful, was a tripping hazard. The decorative runners were beautifully placed on the bed on the first day, but after that just bundled up in a drawer. In the bathroom, I found a few hairs in the sink when we arrived!! And for breakfast, we would have loved to be able to order stronger tea and by the pot but the staff kept giving us single cups and single tea bags :) These are all very minor things, just small notes for improvement.

This place is really fantastic value for money. We had breakfast included and the Nasi Goreng was some of the best we've had on our trip. The staff are super accomodating and nothing is too much trouble, whether it's borrowing towels for the beach, booking in at the spa, borrowing bicycles or holding luggage before/after check in and out.

The only tiny downside was that the bedframes are very noisy wood and the walls feel quite thin so there can be some noise from the rooms around you. Not talking or TV but just furniture sliding on the floor.
