The moment I walked into this hotel I was wowed it’s breathtaking!. The atmosphere the architecture the staff just astounded. Arrived very early was kindly upgraded to the room I wished I had I was so excited about this . The staff very just next level never have I ever experienced such high level of service from every single staff member treated like absolute royalty. My favourite staff was Artis at breakfast absolutely phenomenal service . The kids club was awesome staff very extremely friendly my son never wanted to leave when I picked him up which was a really good sign. The room very had pool suite room that we were kindly upgraded to at it was breathtaking huge luxurious had all the little amenities one could need . What truly makes a hotel a 5 star plus is always how you are treated by the staff and the staff are the real show absolutely phenomenal outstanding service by every single staff . The photos don’t do this hotel justice this is a must once in a life stay . I literally cannot wait to come back to this hotel . The spa treatment as well outstanding had a pranic healing and wow ! Everything just 10stard nothing to fault not 1 thing .

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is truly stunning, with exceptional design, breathtaking views, and top-tier cleanliness. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and after a small issue at the beginning of my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent experience. The pool was fantastic, the breakfast was delicious. The highlight of my stay was the incredible effort the team put in when I lost a very valuable item. They went out of their way to locate it and even arranged a courier to deliver it to my next hotel, which was truly outstanding service.

Kempinski Bali is a fantastic hotel. It's massive but elegant and doesn't feel overwhelming. We stayed at the Cliff Oceanview Suite with a private pool, which was the best choice. The hotel was nice enough to provide us with a high-floor room with a stunning panorama of the ocean—one of the best views we've ever had. With Cliff Suites, you also get excellent bonuses, including a separate breakfast area, a separate lounge area, a Concierge, complimentary tea time and complimentary cocktail hour at the rooftop bar. Our room was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, and the private pool had great views. The staff was fantastic everywhere we went—breakfast, restaurants, pool, beach—everyone was smiling, kind and helpful. They truly made our stay memorable. The concierge staff, especially Gaby and Jennifer, deserve a special mention as they provided us with truly special care, made us feel at home and helped us with everything we needed. It's a very luxurious experience, for sure. PS. Japanese restaurant is a must-visit.

We didn't particularly like the Koral restaurant food: the vegetarian menu and the wine pairing were disappointing. Albeit the manager did make it up to us by inviting us for a private cocktail, sadly we couldn't accept due to illness. The Chinese restaurant has live seafood which they keep in very tiny, confined spaces - it's animal cruelty :(

One of the best hotels I've ever been to and we travel a lot. everything at the highest level - cleanliness, service, beautiful decor, food. the hotel has beautiful greenery, the beach is cleaned every day - in the rainy season you won't see any seaweed. A lovely birthday surprise for my son, with live music and cake. The staff asks every day on whats up and fulfills every wish. Greetings to the wonderful staff at the Reef beach bar - we loved being there! In this hotel you can really feel wonderful

- Pala Rooftop Restaurant: Needs brighter lighting; the dim candlelight made it difficult to see our food. Service could be more attentive, and there were delays with meals. - Pala Buffet Variety: A wider selection would be ideal; we missed the broader spread of cuisines offered at Hilton’s Grain buffet. - Spa Consistency: The quality of spa services could be more consistent for an improved experience. - The moisturiser in room could be similar to what’s offered in common shower rooms and toilets, much better quality, bigger and comes with a pump for convenience.

Typical big beach resort with all facilities, nice restaurants, nice beach, swimming pools, bars, gym. We booked a Laguna Gand deluxe suite, but they upgraded to a cliff Junior suite with private pool, we felt very lucky and agreed, the room was very spacious, full of luxury, huge bathroom, shower, terrace and private pool and a sunset view, but...

The room was at the backside, as decribed, with a view to the garden, but in fact ,the view wasn't so amazing. I was a view to backside vilas of the resort. But most annoying was the noise, 24hours a day. The rooms are close to the entrance of all delivery trucks and also a meeting point of personnel, so lots of noise, the whole day and night, even they empty the glass container at 4 am. Unfortunately the windows aren't so noise isolated, so it can disturb your night sleep. At the terrace and at the pool you don't have a relax - holiday feeling due to the noise. So, we recommed to avoid the odd room numbers at the 17th floor 1701-1703-...-1717. Always check for a room with ocean view, this is very relaxing and quiet.

We loved many aspects of this wonderful resort. The magnificent Indonesian Architecture and landscaping set the experience, the design team have created a truly memorable moment, when you walk into the Foyer. it truly is WOW , a really powerful statement of indigenous craftmanship. We also loved the aquarium and the large swimming pools. And our huge bed!!!

The restaurant food was terrible , breakfast was fine . We had two different meals dinner and lunch and they were bad. I suggest the pizza chefs go to Sammis at the Ayana and learn how to make a decent pizza. Ordered advertised fresh mango juice it came out of a box !!! I cannot describe how bad the Gado Gado was !!!! Also the walkway to our room was FILTHY for a five star resort this was not good enough.

Omg where to start 😄 The resort is breathtaking, we took a room that exits at the pool, which was so beautiful. Room was big, we requested a crib, we traveled with small baby and it was waiting for us. There is several restaurants and we tried them all , some several times 😄 every experience was nice and I would recommend if you are staying here to book restaurants immediately. With this you will get a help of girl from Lady in Red. Omg where they useful and kind, I would text them any time of the day if I need reservation or any assistance and I would get respond asap. Special thanks to Jessica and Ruby 🫰🏻 People are so genuinely nice and kind and helpful it was amazing. Our housekeeper Rilin even got us bottle sterilizer without asking, because she notices I was sterilizing babies bottles in a plastic bucket. Extraordinary 🙏🏼 Will be definitely coming back

Excellent service and amenities. Staff were exceptionally friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable of the resort such as history, amenities, etc. Special shout out to our concierge Wika from the lounge since we stayed at the villa. Angga from the drop off area and Aga our buggy driver were also excellent. They went out of their way to make our stay exceptional especially I have limited mobility.

Need more handicapped user friendly amenities like adding pool handles for easier access to go in and out of the pool especially on the private pools like in the villa where we stayed. Provide toilet air fresheners.
