After reading some of the bad reviews was hesitating to book, but it turned out to be a really great hotel! Comfortable, clean, quiet (probably more so because we got a room at last floor). Staff was also very nice, I really appreciate how helpful they were with keeping my big luggage for few days before check in.

Water stopped running while I was taking a shower and had to wait few minutes for it to resume. No hot water - but Padang is so super hot that it's not a big deal. Atmosphere at breakfast in a small, crowded room, full of local tourists who not always can behave, get ready for pushing, not keeping the queue and lot of noise 😅

The room was very aesthetically pleasing, white and marble, very clean The bed/ mattress/ pillow was one of the comfiest beds since travelling The staff were very nice people

They should offer a cheaper price without breakfast We chose this place because of 30 hours travelling it looked like for the price we would have hot water, for the price of the room Indonesia I would expect them to have hot water for guests paying this price

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the manager of the hotel. She gave me good hints concerning my onward travel or how to send a parcel. The room was well equiped, the bed comfortable. I had a window with a view. For breakfast there is mostly Indonesian local food, which was nice to taste. But you can have toasts and butter as well.

There were not so many restaurants nearby, unless you like McDonalds and KFC.

Nice place for a couple of nights in Padang. Close to few places where to eat. They offer pay laundry service. The staff is very helpful and nice. The room is big and clean. WiFi works good There's a tv in the room with Netflix and smart tv access.

Bathroom is a bit rusty and no hot water

The staff were very welcoming. Nice quiet street. Clean room. Clean & comfortable bed. We were in room 310 and although the blinds let in too much light we saw a beautiful sunrise over the mountain's from our bed

Shower not warm or powerful. Blinds don't keep out enough light in the morning.

Staff were super friendly, they accommodated our early start for the ferry and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is an experience! :)

Breakfast could include a few more simple options but the locals seemed to really like the options so maybe it was just us :)

Very friendly staff, so helpful and charming! The room was very clean, good bed, good WiFi, nice place to sit outside. It’s close to the center but just outside all the busy traffic, so very quiet.

the location is great.within walking distance to beach, mall and food stalls.breakfast is superb.

the road to the area is quite narrow for a car.no lift to 3rd floor.no kettle in room.

The location is smack in the middle of the town.

There aren’t any lifts, so if your room is on the upper floors, carrying your luggage might be an issue for some.
