Location was perfect, the island is small anyways but location on the North side was great with amazing beaches 1 minute walk away. The standard bungalow we stayed in was heaven, lovely comfy four poster bed with the perfect amount of privacy as-well as having an outside terrace to have your breakfast in the morning! Bathroom was outdoor which was a nice touch. The staff were sooo attentive! Opposite a very cheap gym which has a good selection of machines. Best place to stay on Gili Air!! Would definitely stay again:)

Breakfast and food was pretty basic but it didn’t really matter as we ate out.

Nice comfortable bungalow on Gili Air. The rooms are in the back of the property so it was very quiet. The room is spacious for two travelers and the bed is large. The bathroom / shower is open-air which was nice. The shower head and sliding door to the outdoor shower malfunctioned but the staff were very quick to fix. The staff were very good communicators and helpful in terms of advice, booking tours, etc. The hotel is super close to the beach (~3 minute walk) and nearby many beachside restaurants and bars.

When there were power outages, the room's lack of windows made it very difficult to see indoors during the day (but to be honest I would not say this is a super huge negative).

Beautiful cottages, great location, brilliant team. When my horse and cart didn’t arrive to take me back to the port for my early morning boat, one of the team gave me a lift down in the back of his electric scooter.

Nothing really bad to say, yes my electric went out a few times but I never waited more than a few minutes for them to come and sort it out. Had no hot water one day, told them as we were going out for the evening, by the time we got back, hot water was back working.

Lots of conveniences - loved the four poster bed mosquito net - so much better than the traditional type. Bed comfortable. Appreciated the hooks for hanging things. Guys who worked here were very helpful and responsive. My daughter and I enjoyed the deep pool. Nice place to stay on the island - would recommend.

This criticism applies to most places I visited on my trip and other hotels on the island- I found the pillows to be too big / high. Next time I will travel with my own pillow.

Cottages are set in a perfect location and 2 mins from beach to snorkel. Nice breakfasts; lovely pool & bar; great air con; very clean; staff really helpful & friendly. Amazing places to eat on the island!

Possibly slightly more cover over shower to stop leaves etc dropping in but it was fine and perhaps paint the cottages different colours to match the name?!

Nice bungalows with very friendly and helpful staff. Location was close to the beach and anything else you needed. Good pool and simple but satisfying breakfast.

Not the fault of the hotel at all, but the roosters! They aren't on the property, just all over the island. Bring some earplugs for a sound sleep.

All the staff here are very friendly and helpful with bike hire , tours and recommendations. It was comfortable bungalow with a large room ,fridge and air conditioning. Lovely little outdoor area to sit out of your room . A good location to the beach and able to ride a bike or walk to the main centre . Lovely clean , deep pool with shaded areas . Breakfast is available or you can easily walk to the beach for many other options.

The bathroom has an open roof which lots of leaves come in . They did explain that they can’t cut back the trees as they are the neighbours and offer to clean as you like .

The location was excellent, so close to beach but not in the main, busy area. Close to shops, gym, doctor, cafes etc. Staff super helpful and new owner refurbishing as we were there. Refillable filter water (small cost) was a bonus. Lovely tidy bungalows, great AC. Affordable place and pool lovely. Yum breakfasts every morning.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location, though it isn't on the seafront, is quiet and it takes less than 5 minutes to reach the beach. Breakfast was served at the time one wanted it, on one's verandah or by the pool as desired, and I was happy with it. The pool was a real bonus, providing a great swim at the end of the day, or in the morning after a run.

Nothing. The gekko in the roof couldn't be helped and it certainly didn't bother me, despite its loud call!

I like that the staff was able to refill my water bottle upon request! It's super important to me to find places where I can refill my reusable bottle, rather than have to purchase a single-use plastic one. They were also very helpful in arranging fast boat transportation back to Padang Bay, snorkel tour, and bicycle rental. The pool was wonderful to take a dip in after biking around in the heat. They also serve breakfast for a small fee (15k for eggs and toast). Super close to the beach, about a two minute walk. The room was dark and clean, A/C worked well, and the little shaded patio out front was so nice. Bathroom and shower area are private, but are more open to the outside. Cute cats there as well! They have about seven on the property, all friendly. If you're able, be sure to donate some food to help them take care of these orphaned kitties!

Can't really think of anything I didn't like here! I would just suggest maybe having a water refill station that is accessible to guests at all times of day.
