The property was one of the bests we have been in. It is in a quiet area and you could not hear the mosque which gave us amazing sleep quality. Masran welcomed us to our room and showed us some of the best spots in the island as well as some restaurant recommendations. He helped us book a snorkel trip through the hotel and organise some laundry cleaning as well as rent bikes. Masran is one of the nicest people we met in Indonesia and he also speaks French! Breakfast was also great and you can even get a floating one for free.

Everything was great! Even the wifi which is not usually the case. The only thing I could mention in that the bikes did not have any light at night, but we quickly found out that nobody else in the island did, so we used our phone light and saw many people using a headlight as well!

Wonderful facilities, private pool was fabulous. Loved the water cooler in the villa, lots of places to lounge around and relax. Very comfortable beds, fans as well as AC was great too! Staff were very helpful and kind, nothing was a problem. Very close to the beach and some amazing beach side restaurants. Especially loves the floating breakfast that is delivered to your villa, this was a special highlight.

It's hard to think of anything, everything was so perfect. But if I had to write something I would say (and in no way the properties fault) it can be a little tricky to locate because of the little paths surrounding the location.

The private pool and terrace are lovely. Both get a lot of sun and feel very peaceful. The breakfast is generous and comprehensive. It's great to have it delivered to your room. The rooms are really clean and comfortable (and well lit!).

The resort is located down a dirt track. We came during dry season and even then, it was impossible not to be covered with dusty mud up to our shins each time we went out. The rooms are not soundproofed. We could clearly hear our neighbours. This may be because the bathrooms have an open skylight.

We were 2 girls traveling and at first we were worried about the location as it seems quite remote and secluded but it was very safe. The staff were so so lovely. Sat us down, gave us a map & drew directions for the best spots for food, sunrise, sunset & other scenic sightings. They prepared a beautiful message for my bestfriends birthday with the flowers around the villas garden. We also booked our private snorkeling through them & had someone pick us up then drop us off for a very cheap price. We had food delivered almost every night via whatsapp to the local restaurants near by - kicking back and enjoying our food under the stars by the pool. Very peaceful. Great place to stay for relaxation!

the sliding doors are very loud as it has a big gap between the wall and itself. One had no stopper so we would over slide the door leaving gaps for our AC to slip out leading us with a warm room

The best place I've ever stayed in! The villa was amazing, beautiful both indoors and out. The pool was big and incredibly clean, a nice patio, and pretty flowers and plants creating a relaxing atmosphere. A spacious bedroom with beautiful furniture, comfy bed. Big, soft towels, separate ones for bathroom and pool use. You get bathrobes, too! Good AC. As much cold drinking water as you need, there is a big bottle attached to a water cooler and the staff brings a new bottle if you run out. There's a small fridge also. Totally private, even the staff uses the doorbell and waits for you to open before entering, so it felt like our own house. Friendly and helpful staff.

The bathroom floor drain was quite clogged but that's the case everywhere. Didn't bother much and the water drained eventually, even though it didn't seem like it at first.

Comfortable bed and great aircon. The pool was always very clean and the breakfast was delicious, especially the smoothie bowl and pancakes... The staff very very accommodating and the check in process was extremely thorough. We were given a large printed map and the staff explained a lot of attractions and where the shops and pharmacy were etc. We booked this on a last minute deal so it was definitely value for money at the time although as we are traveling on a budget we wouldn't have paid full price. The villa had a fresh water dispenser provided which had hot and room temperature water. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for having us.

Only had hot water on the day of our arrival. After that the shower was always cold. Which is absolutely fine with us but as we are travelling with a young child things that don't usually matter do become minor inconveniences sometimes! We had a power cut the first night, which was fine but at such an expensive villa complex if we had been paying full price we would have appreciated a cheap $10 torch included in the villa or available at reception (so we can see our child at night when she wakes).

Great villas, amazing breakfast, nice pool, drinking water distributor in each villa, and very friendly & helpful staff. Liked that the bedrooms have both A/C and fans, and mosquito nets.

Need a fan above the dining area, the walls are so tall around the villa that no air circulates and it’s too hot around the pool to enjoy during the day. Lot of new construction next door so it’s noisy from 7am.

We had an amazing stay in this little slice of paradise. The pool and outdoor space is great and we loved how they managed to fit in pool loungers, a table and chairs, and a couch, so there's always somewhere to sit whether you want sun or shade! Breakfast was next-level fab. So so much food, so many selections, and brought to your in your villa with the possibility to have it floating in your pool for free! Bed was very comfortable and so nice to have a proper duvet after many accomodations in Indonesia only having a sheet. Really efficient air con and there's also a fan. Staff are wonderful and helpful with anything you may need.

I shall start by saying Gili Air only has two roads that quickly become sand tracks - everywhere! It has only been open 6 months and has done an amazing job at bouncing back. Maybe some things were closed before but not now! We are from London and just loved GiliZen! It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It is accessed by the Gili Air tracks - super close to the beach (5 min walk maximum) and an abundance of countless beach bars and restaurants that are all back open. Try La Pirata or one of the many others for fresh fish off the boat (you watch them come in) or Pink Coco if you have been on the road a while and just want some western comfort. The resort is away from the bustling village centre but very easily accessed with an iPhone torch. Gorgeous, friendly staff and French owner who insists on croissant for breakfast! The traditional Indonesian breakfast are delivered to your villa - in traditional Indonesian style! If you want a full resort breakfast, stay on the mainland island life is not for you ☺️ Gili Air is just amazing. make sure you do the private snorkel tour and go snorkelling on the east coast - we saw countless turtles on both Thank you so much for a wonderful, off-grid stay. We are sad to be back to civilisation!

Great private space with nice pool area. Perfect for a time out! Provided everything we needed for a short stay. The staff was great - super welcoming, supportive, gave great recommendations on what to do on the island. We went there two times and would come back!
