The staff could not have been more friendly and happy to help. It’s on a quiet road with plenty of restaurants, spas, shops etc and walkable to many attractions in Ubud. Incredible made to order breakfast of fresh fruit, pastries and then your choice of any type of egg dish, sweet dish like french toast or local breakfast done better than any fancy brunch cafe I’ve ever been to. We also had our evening meal here most nights as it was so good! And attended the BBQ with a traditional dance show. Housekeeping twice a day, in which they restocked your fridge with complementary soft drinks, fresh fruit and cookies. Stunning pool where you can watch the sunset.

The dinner menu is limited so we ended up going to the Chora restaurant and the “this is Bali” restaurant. Both of them were good. The hotel is a little away from the central palace area so it’s quiet but you will miss the vibe of the center.

I recently stayed at Adiwana Bisma in Ubud, and it was a truly satisfying experience. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making my stay comfortable and memorable. I would like to especially commend a few individuals for their outstanding service: Mali at the reception, who greeted us warmly and ensured all our needs were met with a smile. Johny at the restaurant, whose friendly demeanor and excellent service made every meal enjoyable. Jaya, the housekeeping lady who kept our room impeccably clean and paid attention to even the smallest details. Their exceptional hospitality truly stood out and made our stay extra special. I highly recommend Adiwana Bisma to anyone visiting Ubud!

Hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and bathroom are very good with powerful showers and huge bathtub. It’s very clean and everybody who works there can’t do enough for you. It is a little expensive but sadly that’s the way the world is hopefully they are paying their staff well??? Breakfast is good, we stayed for 7 night and it was a little bit boring by they end, mixing the menu every few days would be a good idea. Cocktails at the pool bar are very nice, again expensive but during happy hour half price and still very good cocktails. We had a good stay and would recommend it to others, will be be back? Probably no but we did still enjoy our stay

Pool is small and late afternoon/evening no chance of getting a sun lounger. Hotel allows outside guests to come in and use the sun loungers (min 1m spend) which is extremely annoying when you are a paying guest and there are no sun loungers for you to use (happened to us twice and we only went 3 times) there are only 16 sun loungers if you get there early no problem but later on we didn’t have any luck

The location was fantastic, the views into the rice field from our room were incredible and the staff were all amazing! Our bedroom was absolutely beautiful and the staff were so accommodating to all of our needs. Everyone made us feel so special. Suma in particular brought us on a day trip once and he was incredible! He was so knowledgeable about the history and culture of the Ubud area. Suma was the best tour guide we ever got in Bali and we wished we could have spent another day with him! We will 100% be returning to the Adiwana Bisma when we come back to Bali next ❤️❤️

There was not one thing I didn’t like

Best place I have ever stayed in Bali. One of the best places I have ever stayed. The staff are superb—every single one of them. We stayed almost two weeks, so those who made our stay extra special were Aldi, Made, Komang and Ayu in the restaurants; Suma (best driver ever); and Arya, Luna and Mila in reception. The yoga instructor was also fabulous. The accommodation is 5 star in every way. We had a beautiful room, very comfortable bed, and luxurious bathroom. The hotel is perfectly manicured by the friendly gardeners and kept in perfect order by the fastidious cleaning staff. My birthday was on our second night and the staff went out of their way (I had not mentioned it). We had complimentary snacks, fruit and drinks replenished daily, breakfast and afternoon tea also part of the package. The food was superb and the coffee perfect every time (we are very picky). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed there for 12 days. It felt home from the deep welcome and warm care. I felt am staying with my own family. It was very pleasant and high hospitality. Loved that you can order the breakfast your room at anytime of the day. The place is super beautiful and charming. The pool has amazing view that makes you feel you’re in heaven. Services is amazing. Room and place is clean and they come to clean it twice a-day. I loved everything. The location is perfect. They arranged couple of services for me and I am more than pleased. Receptionist, restaurant 1 & 2 and cleaning team and spa team were all amazing and i felt very welcome. The view from balcony and from the bath tube is heaven. The space of the room is very good. I loved everything. Thank you from all of my heart.

Excellent hospitality, great value for money, they really care for you. From reception area to Pistachios restaurant, all of them really care for you. Also, they gave me a free upgrade and made sure we were taken care of with respect to food, service even with a midnight check in. The few names of the top are SumaJaya, Febri, Laura, Mila, and many, many more. Suma had a unique blend of friendliness, brotherliness, and giving personal space. He really ensured the tour experience was really worth it. He is a great asset for Adiwana Biswa.

Gym and pool could be made better (pool by the bar is decent)

Exceptional from start to finish, the service , staff , room and crew all were outstanding! Extra touches , upgraded to a rice terrace view. Breakfast can be taken anytime , this was a great opportunity and personal pleasure. Afternoon tea coffee & cake free of charge from 15:30, what a wow factor. The spa staff were great, listened to our requests, the treatments are a MUST. Book this hotel , I would re book again without hesitation and definitely recommend! The prices also worth a mention these are fair and reasonable, these are not over priced hotel rates. The food and drink, unusual for high end hotels are affordable , two great restaurants on site one has amazing views of the valley. The beautiful preparations and well presented tasty meals, the delicious cocktails. Well done a true credit to the hotel and all crew for making our experience memorable. Thank you !

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in - an absolute gem in Ubud which I will be recommending to everyone and anyone. The hotel itself is set on the quiet Bisma street overlooking a rice paddy field, complete with its own family of ducks. From arrival to departure the staff to out of their way to make you feel welcome and looked after. From a welcome drink to arriving in our room, we were greeted with nothing but smiles and helpfulness. We had a twin rice paddy view room which has an enormous bathroom complete with shower and huge bath tub. The beds were supremely comfortable and although we didn’t really use it to its full extent, the balcony was a lovely spot. The complimentary filtered water and snacks were a lovely treat, which coupled by the surprise afternoon tea also included in our booking was a really nice touch, with different local treats to try each day. Breakfast was also incredibly generous, which included a fruit based starter, cheese course and a pasty before an ample selection of main courses. Coffee was also excellent with alternative milks available. We had a few snacks at the beautiful infinity pool which was a lovely place to hang out, but the stand out has to be the Tejas spa which we used twice in our 3 day stay. Beautiful treatments which were extra special when started with the foot cleaning ritual. I would 1000% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud or Bali in general!
