Both pools were perfect especially the infinity pool with its palm tree jungle outlook. The lush green garden setting was well cared for and attractive to be in. The big room overlooked trees and palms. The staff were friendly and attentive. There were lots of other hotels and eating places nearby on the same road ranging from expensive to cheap and cheerful so there was a range that would appeal to all travellers. It was close enough to motorbike or walk to the Yoga Barn via the Monkey Forest exit road. There were still a few paddy fields around.

I ate at other nearby places.

Location was excellent for us to walk to restaurants and spas. Beautiful pool area .. plenty of loungers . Comfortable beds /clean rooms

I would have liked more choice for breakfast .. granola and yogurt would be nice .. more fruit perhaps .

If I had to find fault, perhaps the lighting could be improved in some areas of the footpath leading to the rooms.

The location was good and staff friendly and helpful. The pools were nice, and so were the grounds. Generally ok value but definitely in need of some maintenance- which we have found a lot of accommodations are the same. Even higher end ones.

There was a lot of mould in the room, not just in the bathroom but also the lampshades were mouldy and all around the room The cushions on the beds smelled bad, like they’d not been washed for years. There were renovations on other units on the property happening late into the night with loud power tools. The smell of the water was bad, at first we thought it was the toilets but it was also the shower water. The food was okay but the mozzies and flies in the restaurant quite distracting. It’s the little things that all add up.

We really really liked the location (close to Ubud palace, Monkey forest, Campuhan ridge walk and there are many great restaurants in the street where is hotel), pools and greenery everywhere! The room was very big and clean.

It could be cheaper because rooms are outdated a bit. Bathroom was especially old. I would give 10/10 if the room was newer.

Beautiful grounds and lovely pool areas.

We paid extra for a wooden house, which was a beautiful location, but I'm unsure it was worth the extra. No accessible plug sockets in the main room, only bathroom. Dim lights. Wardrobe in the bathroom. Still positive overall but wish we had got a more basic room.

The hotel was kind to offer us an upgrade to our reserved accommodation to a mini lodge by the second large pool which was a complete surprise. The large pool outside our lodge was very clean and the staff providing massage and drinks were good. Overall, we would stay again at the hotel again if we ever decide to visit Ubud next time around. The accommodation was clean and the staff offered to help when we asked for clean towels and room cleaning service.

Traffic: The hotel is located at the end of a long narrow street that can be accessed by car, bike from one side only which makes it difficult to come from other side (only by bike). The way to the hotel from main Ubud road can be clogged at times. There is a walkway to the parallel main street from the hotel by 10 min walk (and bike) which was not bad but it is a narrow street like everywhere in Ubud with passing bikes.

2 big pools Large bedroom, nice decor Patio area Location is great if you want to see everything in central Ubud. Walking distance 15 min or quick Grab or Gojek motorbike ride. There are plenty of restaurants, spas, shops, money exchange, tour sellers etc. on the road. Life music in the evenings in lots of restaurants.no need to mission it to the busy, congested main road. Bisma Road is not busy, no traffic and still has rice fields. Great location for 1st time visitors.

There was some building works next door so the back pool was a little noisy to relax but ok for a short visit and swim. The front pool doesn't have such a nice lookout on the greenery but it's the same large size and great for chilling by. The noise was not bad here. It was ideal for my teenager kids and I could explore the town or go to a spa etc.

Beautiful grounds with very picturesque views. There were 2 pools, both large and very clean but the one at the back was more private and beautiful. Rooms were large and had facilities such as tea and coffee, fridge, bath, hair dryer. We also had an outdoor seating area which was really nice. The location was great, only about 15mins to the centre of Ubud and we liked that we were in a quieter area but could walk a couple of minutes down the road and find a lot of lovely places to eat with a great view.

Not really much to fault - the food was overpriced compared to places to eat nearby but you get a voucher for free afternoon tea (with snacky foods) for one day. The bathroom also had a smell to it which wasn’t a big issue.

Really friendly staff, nice rooms, gardens and pools. Good location to access shopping area Jl Monkey Forest annd Hanoman) and easy to find a Gojek or taxi. Lots of restaurants nearby, and a small convenience store across the road.

The breakfast seemed to have lots of choice but very little that was appealing: cold salad, chicken nuggets, white bread with jam. Freshly cooked eggs were fine but a cereal/yoghurt offering would have been good. Next time I would pass on the breakfast offer and head along Jl Bisma to one of the nearby eateries.
