Excellent stay in the outskirts of Ubud! The hospitality of the staff was amazing, they were doing their jobs always taking care of the customers in the most respectful way. The bathroom was amazing with the feeling of an outdoor shower. The pool was excellent and always inviting with its pretty decoration. The cleaning was flawless and the breakfast very sufficient! They provided the option of getting a rental scooter delivered to your door.

I liked the location, but I have good scooter driving skills, and as some reviews mentioned, it is a bit tricky to get your scooter all the way up to the villas. If you want to see it, search the villas in Google and search for a video I uploaded in the reviews ;)

We loved every moment at this beautiful place. We stayed for a week and extended our stay twice, that’s how good it was. We were staying in the last villa, the one right next to the rice field, it was very spacious, beautiful semi-outdoor shower with a bath and a terrace with comfortable furniture, where the breakfast is served (which is really good, with plenty of options). Overall, it felt very private, I managed to mediate on the terrace every day, without ever being distracted or disturbed. Since there are only 3 villas, it feels really quite and private there, you can almost always have the pool just for yourself and there are no cars going around. In general, it is a great location if you want to be in a peaceful place. We had a motorbike and going around was not a problem. It’s about 10 minutes to the city center, and you can park the motorbike right next to the villa (it’s a bit of a narrow path for the last couple of minutes, but totally doable with a motorbike). Also apps like Grab and Gojek can deliver food there and pick up for the motorbike taxi. The owner and everyone who works here are incredibly nice, friendly, thoughtful and kind. We once had a flat tire in middle of the road and, and they saw us and helped us carry the motorbike to the service, just out of kindness. Also sometimes when my partner had to work in the coworking space, and I would go back to the villa with a motobike taxi, they would always ask if I need any help and be available for me if needed. If you need a proper taxi - it can park close to the villa, around 3-5 min walk (a bit up the hill, but if you are with luggage the team from the villa can always come help you).Overall, we had a great stay and I can only recommend this place!

Yet another excellent stay at Galang Hari Villa. The villas are surrounded by rice fields full of fireflies and beautiful birds. It is quiet and immersed in nature, yet it provides an excellent food choice and easy access to Ubud. They even offer massage straight to your room. I didn't feel the need to leave the villa too much, as everything you need to relax is here.

The villa is beautiful. Breakfast provided taste so good. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Heater is working. Outdoor bathroom was amazing. Peaceful place, few kilometers away from the restaurants and temples. Nice view of rice paddies.

This is a hidden gem about 15 minutes outside of Ubud. Surrounded by rice fields and tons of hidden restaurants and shops within 10-15 minutes walk. It’s down a fairly rocky trail to get from the street to the property so just be sure you’re ready for a little walk.

The night noise of frogs birds crickets was loud. No traffic you get there by scooter. perfect for solo and cpls. Fireflies at night in the rice fields gorgeous pool. Outside bathroom was lovely!

Fantastic, peace and quite in a beautiful setting, surrounded by rice fields, listening to ducks and frogs at night. The staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly with good value meals available till 8pm. We also used the in room massage service with 1.5 hour massage for $16Aud. Bathroom was fantastic, with large open roof area meant you could have a shower or bath under the stars. On the road there is many close cafes (I recommend Ellys kitchen), Ubud palace is 30 to 40min walk, from road

The villa are about 10min walk from the road or 5min from the carpark up a steep hill. On arrival they will pick up luggage and drop off on last day. But I would not recommend this Villa if older, unfit, or have injury. (from the road steep down hill to carpark then steep uphill to path to the villa)

This property exceeded my and my family's expectations. We booked it for 3 nights along with 1.5 year baby and it was just perfect. There are 4 villas and we booked two and it was just the perfect sharing atmosphere. Not too many people around and you still have the same privacy as you had the villa to yourself - What a strategic location, near all the places in UBUD - Loved the small walk from parking to the hotel. You are literally going to stay in the middle of the rice field. - Found them to be very customer-centric: Very friendly, they helped us probably with everything: Ordering food with hotels, took us on their bike to atm, came to pick up and drop our luggages until parking. - I exceptionally liked traditional instrumental music playing inside your rooms with the speakers installed in every room. Wow it was so soothing during the day and it gave such a nice atmosphere - The bathroom was so cute and colorful. It helps in the photos ;) - Beautiful swimming pool, the place is super clean

The villa was lovely and the bathroom exceptional. Very comfortable bed and the unlimited drinking water was a bonus. The staff were very attentive. The garden and the Pool are very nice. There are great cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

The location is a little further out from Ubud central but we knew that and we like to walk everywhere, but the road was closed due to landslides and we were told by locals that it was not safe to walk that road so we had to get a car in each time. Obviously it's not the properties fault but just be aware during the wetter times of year.

Surrounded by nature, rice fields, ducks, butterflies, cats who would wander looking for a morsel. The staff were exceptional, the service above par. The sense of peace, clean spaces, amazing pool, caring staff, attentive via whatsapp messages, the room, the clean washroom, the attention to detail. They even carried my luggage for me down to the road for the Grab car. Staff even went to the store for me to pick up something when I needed it.

Wifi dropped out on the regular. It wasn't ideal for the work that I do that requires a constant, good connection Was not close to anything. Have to either have transportation or get grab.
