We loved Nata, the staff were exceptional, so kind & helpful and always went the extra mile, its a small hotel and you really felt that the staff were looking after you well. The room was wonderful really beautiful and big with a gorgeous balcony overlooking rice terrace. The pool was also amazing, a good side with stunning views. We did the floating breakfast one morning , the food was great and it was so well presented really special. The hotel also arranged massages for us, we had them in our room which was so handy and they were amazing. It was about 10 minutes from Ubud centre which in Ubud isnt far at all, we just got grab scooter taxis in and out of the centre which was really convenient and no hassle at all.

That we had to leave and go home! We honestly couldnt fault Nata at all, amazing value for money and such a great experience.

Everything. Starting from the airport shuttle service. We arrived quite late at night and it was really easy to book this service in advance and so comfortable to not have to worry about it so late at night. The hotel was lovely, beautiful Balinese style decoration and the room big and very spacious, with a terrace to chill out facing the pool side. The bathroom was also great and clean. The view from the restaurant is stunning. The staff were also fantastic. Everyone was really kind and attentive and always had a smile on their face. We also took a day tour with Gede, our taxi driver, which we really enjoyed. Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

The staff at Nata Ubud were incredible and so helpful. The pool is as pictured and looked over a beautiful terrace.. it was so tranquil and calm. The location is a short distance to Ubud central or up to the rice terraces on a scooter or car but far enough away from the busy that you have no noise and can enjoy the calm. I would say it’s the perfect location for an Ubud stay. The breakfast was great too!

Our room was under the pool and it was quiet dark. In saying that it felt really private too. There was a little mould around a light fixture.

Nice and cozy place not far from center of Ubud. Great views from the restaurant. Staff if amazing and helpful. Breakfasts are tasty. Room is big and clean, awesome views from room balcony as well.

They had some problems with wifi, it was not very good, but maybe the solved it already, idk. If you have room on the first floor - be ready that there will be a lot of noise from the street, it can be very very loud. Thanks to the staff, that I moved to the second floor after few days.

the beautiful views, you’re really immersed in nature, breakfast was exceptional (i had both the pancakes and the american breakfast options - see photos), the staff were so incredible and kind, customer service 10/10, the room was so spacious and beautiful with a terrace overlooking the rice fields, great location to all the main “attractions” i.e. Tegallalang rice terrace, Tibumana and Kanto Lampo waterfalls, Ubud Palace and main town, Tirta Empul Temple.

Everything about the hotel was excellent - the rooms, the pool, the breakfast, the aircon (a big deal in the Balinese summer), the WiFi (was working remotely so this also was a big deal) but most of all the staff were incredible. I've never seen such attentive, friendly, helpful and caring staff anywhere around the world. They really went above and beyond with all they did, learning everyone's name and genuinely interested in all the guests. An incredible experience!

Nothing - even if there is some slight issue, the staff will go above and beyond to fix it immediately.

I can't even express how caring the staff was during our stay (for 3 weeks btw). The team led by Asih and Indra was there any second to help us out in any situation, trying to fulfill any our request. The place was very secluded and cozy, room always tidy and convenient. Nata exceeded our expectations a lot, mainly thanks to the staff!)

Genuinely nothing... Tried to find even a little flaw for a couple minutes, but when it's good - it's good.

The breakfast was great, good options. The staff were very kind and helpful. Good facilities, spa on site and laundry service. Pool area is really nice. Room was clean and serviced daily.

The accommodation is around 10/15 minutes drive from the centre of Ubud so a little out of the way. Easy to get a taxi or hire scooter from the accommodation to get to the centre however.

Very nice hotel in a quiet part of Ubud with stunning views overlooking rice terraces. Comfortable beds in spacious rooms and a lovely pool deck. Staff are friendly & helpful. Good breakfast is included.

Very minor…but one of our rooms was missing towel bars/hooks in the bathroom so there wasn’t really any place to hang up our wet towels.

Loved working on my own balcony with an amazing view for a week!! The WiFi worked perfectly well all week for calls to Europe. No road noise, comfy bed, laundry service, friendly people, so much to go experience within about 20minutes by moped, really happy with this place!! Can also recommend it in combination with the gymnasium that's 25min walking along the road.
